I deserve to win a free copy because I’ve been consistently trying for the last 4 years to lose that last 10 pounds of fat that would give me my 6 pack abs. I’ve been skinny fat pretty much my whole life but recently put some muscle on. However, I’ve also added quite a bit of fat. I’m struggling to stick to a conventional diet and religiously counting calories and picking whole foods from the grocery store. I’ve even had to sit through my friends’ escapades at MacDonald’s and refuse to wilt to the fast food over there. I’ve suffered 4 long years and don’t dare to cheat on my diet. I just picture those elusive abs and I’d make the choice to sit there painfully and watch but not eat all that food in front of me. Please send me a free copy of your book so that I know exactly how and when I can have those foods and reveal my abs. It seems too good to be true, but your clients have done it and so have you. You have all gotten amazing results. Please help!

After the last bike accident, I have trained my ass off for a solid year (gym 4 times a week, plus boxing classes, runs etc), and have gotten no-where. A visit to the doctors confirmed a severely underactive thyroid. Now I have to start again, and being 46 years of age, and 30 kilos over weight, I know its going to be a tough slog. I have done it before, and will do it again. I need to win the book because I realise that I need to incorporate the right kind of diet as well as training to get results.

I lost a 100 pounds 3 years ago. Great right? No. The problem, I’ve gained 30 of them back within the last year, and as metabolism slows down, I’m slowly putting on more weight, and i can’t stop it. Please help me with this!

Hi, i’ve been dieting for 4 months to lose the fat in my legs but i’ve lost just 1 kg although i workout 4 times a week so i though maybe the extreme fat loss diet will help. thx

I believe that the early bird gets the worm. I’m the first one to reply, so I think I deserve one of the free copies. Having said that, I am an extremely motivated and dedicated person when it comes to nutrition and working out. If it has to be done, I put in all that there is to give. I do feel that I need an extra bit of push in my diet. I’m sure the Ninja Nutrition tactics will provide me with some awesome stuff, taking me to newer levels in my nutrition and fitness goals, which is exactly what I’m aiming for.

Yes, I’ve built a considerable amount of muscle, yes I have reached and exceeded my strength goals, but the one thing I lack, which I consider to be the second half to getting the body of my dreams, is the body fat I have. I’m not obese, but saying that I’m not ripped either, and that’s what I want. I want to be able to see definition in my body, to see how my hard work in the gym has paid off, and to also feel good about myself.

ill make it short and sweet. over the past 3 years i’ve lost 86 pounds with a little bit to go. i’ve consistently work out and run and diet to keep it off. but i’ve been stuck the past 4 months pretty much on a plateau and can’t get rid of the last 15ish pounds i have covering all my hard work. <—- why i deserve it

I deserve because I sticked to the plan “Xtreme Fat Loss Diet” twice in a row. First time I was able to melt 10 lbs. Second time I followed it in an even stricter fashion, but it resulted in a drop of 4 lbs “only”. ;-) 10 lbs more to go and I’m on track buddy! Thats why! Cheers.

Aged 47 Chinese male, slim only on face and the upper and lower but not the middle part of the body. Only I myself know clearly about how serious the belly is going with age. The worst situation is normal jogging, workout do not help effectively in lowering the weight and toning the body before hurting the joints, muscles or ankles. So I think all people like me deserve to get some different ideas to tackle the problems.

easy i am a 50+ male who has tried the warp speeds of the world, the 6 days a week at the gym, the Tae Bo the P90Xs wil limited or at least transitory effect – I need more knowledge if I am to stop this bod of mine wearing out befre my (& its!) Time!!

at 40 my life has changed I work in an office so am sitting for 8 hours a day I go to the gym daily and watch what I eat but my weight has not changed since doing this I must be doing something wrong but dont know where to turn without spending thousands trying this and that. Hey Joel,
I deserve a free copy of the NNT as I definitely will use it to promote you and your programs. I have been the “go to” person for my friends and people in the gym, since my great success with your CYWT program. I mean they literally remark on my transformation and ask me what I did and I give them your information. I even give them pointers on implementation. I also have maintained my results, which impresses them even more. My popularity and life has been greatly enhanced by this success and I have the CYWT link on a special file on my phone as people ask me to e-mail or text it to them. I am not sure why I didn’t get the NNT when I got Final Phase as I still have a copy of your e-mail that promised it if I went through that link. I may have even neglected to download it (it is sometimes confusing to know if you even have everything you purchased through clickbank).
I own a copy of XFLD as well, and this will round up my library and knowledge to spread around (always acknowledging the source, which is you, of course).
So c’mon, this is a real win-win! I look great and have “gravitas” when I spread the word around of your successful programs!

i am 24 and i don’t have a job,so no money to afford trainers,gym-membership or any equipment….i live in a family who think women should be fleshy and loathes my attempts at losing fat,they even force me often times to eat unhealthy food so i get fat…and i have a terribly hectic schedule …yet, in the past one year i have searched through and through the internet…tried different body weight work-outs…tried my best to avoid all the unhealthy food stuff offered at home and coax them to cook healthy mostly…..and lost over 6 kilos and toned most of my body….only flabs being left at my belly…which has genetic reasons too as all my family and relatives have big bellies….but i am not giving up and still working on my workouts and nutrition as hard as ever….
whether i deserve this program or not….thats up to you to decide….all i know is that irrespective of getting it or not….i’ll keep going forward…on and on…with my efforts of living a better,healthier life

hey joel, i’ve been following your blog for about a year now. i have never been able to get rid of those last few pounds of fat the seem to keep me from my goal of six pack abs. i just graduated this summer and am heading to university. a goal that i set for myself was to get a six pack before i start uni in september. ive trained all summer but had to take some time off due to the foolish decison to take on an extreme low calorie diet for too long. with time winding down im looking at anything that can help me reach my goals before september and i think your book may just be the trick. thanks

I have tried loads of different schemes and end up disappointed every time. After the recent failure I went on a binge. For the past 6 months I have eaten what I felt like and had no excersise whatsoever. I looked in the mirror 2 weeks ago and my heart broke. For the past 2 weeks I have been eating healthily again and attending gym regularily and feel much better. I still have a really long way to go but feel confident and more inspired after losing a kilo. I’m not doing it for anyone else or to impress them anymore.
This ones for me.
