Im from sunny South Africa where we are in peak summer season…im not really happy with my body right now but have already lost about 10 pounds and aim to lose another 30 in the next 4 months.That would take me from 65 kgs to 52.. my dream weight.I plan to use the xtreme fat loss diet to accomplish this!Thanx for all the great articles

Just this morning me and my good friend Josh were discussing the different types of nutrition strategies we’ve been using along with our current goals, which got me a bit curious about what it is that YOU’RE currently doing.

I like 16-week goals because it’s the perfect time frame to really make DRASTIC changes to your body and the way you look—aim high, and let me know your 16 week goal in the comments section below.

I not only need too, but absolutely want to lose 18 kilos of digusting fat, and want to tone and sculpt my body, being legs, arms, stomach, butt, back.. I also would LOVE to lose my boobs completely. I HATE THEM and they hinder me and my workouts!! I can’t run coz it hurts me, so I have to go for 6km walks daily, and 100 sit ups and 20 push-ups/ day is my usual routine that I try to maintain. I also have small hand weights that I try to do different exercises with whenever I can…. I want to look in the mirror and be happy. That is my main goal!

I don’t really care about the weight – what I want is an appreciable decrease in waist measurement, and also bodyfat. In 2004, I lost almost 40 lbs, but no inches, not even millimeters. Did I lose it from the palms of my hands and soles of my feet? That stymied me so much I have not made a significant weight loss effort since.
I’m about 125 lbs overweight, give or take; at 255, I’m the size of 2 of me. My waist is about 52 inches, larger than bust or hips, which makes buying clothes hard – they’re all designed for women with waists SMALLER that hips & bust. And it’s MEGA unhealthy, I live in fear for my life. (But no diabetes or high bp… yet.)
I’m 5,9″and my goal is to be around 170-160 pounds I’m trying to increase my activity daily I go for walks and go to the gym to participate in some classes two days a week. I’ve decided to add some strength training to my workout so i can see a total body change in 16 weeks.

I am 60 years old, and I would like to lose 10 more pounds and build muscle tone.
I’m in pretty decent shape. 5’6′ and 146lbs.
In the next 16 weeks my goal is to eat smarter, lose my belly fat, and get into shape. I am also beginning to train for my first 5K run in May.

I plan to continue to learn about healthy eating and exercising, adding new behaviors and recipies slowly, allowing the new better ones to crowd out the old not so healthy habits and foods.
My changes are going to improve my energy level and make me healthier in the long run. I expect to loose permanently 5 lbs additional to the 3 lbs I have currently lost.
I am also building muscle slowly with the expectation that the new regimines and behaviors I am implementing into my life will be sustainable.

My 16 week goal would be to lose about 30 lbs but I’d like to lose at least 80 by the end of next year. I’m a nursing student and I will graduate in December next year and I’d like to slim down for my graduation so I can look back at pictures and not be disgusted with myself.

I lost 40 pounds last year, but have gained back 15 since May. :(
I would like to take off at least half of what I have gained back by New Years and lose a total of 25 in the next 16 weeks! My boyfriend says if I reach my goal, he is going to take me to the Bahamas, so I have a little extra motivation! :)

I need to lose about 70lbs but will settle for 5-10 over the Holidays!! Over the next 16 weeks I feel that an attainable goal would be 25-30lbs!
