1.  Go ahead and get yourself a Gravatar at Gravatar.com.  Gravatars or “globally recognized avatars” are the little pictures that you see next to comments posted on the site.  They give your comments personality (and you should be commenting!) and help to identify you around the site.  For your Gravatar, you can choose a headshot, the logo of your favorite sports team, or just about anything else you’d like (just keep it G-rated, please :-)). 

One cool thing about Gravatars is that they are recognized on literally thousands of blogs and websites across the web, so once you have one, you’re set!

2.  If you haven’t already done so, download my FREE 17-page Fat Loss Secrets Exposed special report at the top of the page.  In this report, I give you six of the best fat loss strategies that have been responsible for literally shedding thousands of pounds from my clients trouble spots.  You definitely don’t want to miss this information as having it will put you ahead of 99.9% of other people trying to drop unwanted body fat-guaranteed.

Hey Joel… I can’t wait to dive into all of the content you’ve provided here! I’m 44 and trying to get ready for my first marathon. It’s in Dec. so i have some time. I’m still over weight and the more i can take off the easier it is on my knees and ankles when i run! Things work in a mysterious way but i just recently found you and it was perfect timing for what i need! Hi Joel! I love the free info and you’ve got me REALLY interested to know more. I have about 50 pounds of body fat that I would love to lose but everything I’ve been trying isn’t working as good or fast as I’d like it to! I’ve been strength training and doing HIIT. Plus I’ve been eating a LOT better and healthier than I used to. Now I just need the right tools to get the job done, instead of the wrong tools that aren’t working! Can’t wait to see how much this program costs. Hopefulyy not a lot because I’m kinda broke but it soounds to me like you’re on to something here and I definately would love to try it for myself!

I am 53, my goal is to lose 180 lbs, i’ve already lost 22, applied some of the information to my dieting that i got from you in your emails, have been a diabetic for five years now everything i have done to over come this has failed, this is the first success i have found in this battle. so far all of the information has proved true. i’ll let you know on facebook joel how i’m progressing, this is the most important battle i have right now it comes down to living or not, you would not believe how much money i spend on doctors and meds, and they haven’t been able to help me to over come this problem, i will be successful. thanks for help

My Wife and I having been “dieting” together for about tens years now and have had been stuck in the same cycle. We eat healthy, exercise and lose some weight but have never reached our goals we then fall of the diet train and gain the weight back if not more. It is time for a change in our approach in our attack plan that includes a method which could produce quicker results and results that are permanent with some work on our part. We belong to a gym and generally workout 3-4 days a week and just need some help to lose FAT while we build muscle. In 1983 I turned 25 and I quit smoking. I am 5’1″ -I weighed in at 105 at that time (no muscle of course). Three months later I weighed in 125!!. So began the battle of 20lbs. I have gained and lost so many times over the years, I have lost count. Now 27 years later at 52 still battling the 20lbs. NOT for lack of trying. I have been doing triathlons, 1/2 marathons, weight training, etc, so it is not for lack of exorcise (I think). I believe it has to be diet, although, I think I follow a pretty clean diet. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I would like to take this 20lbs off once and for all. All the tidbits of info I have been getting about this program have me really hopeful anc excited again! I am sure that if I do not win a free one, I will be purchasing this program!

Hello Mr. Marion,
Thank you for offering a common sense system that I am most willing to give it my all to follow to prove that it works. The research you must have gone through to compile a program like XFLDS and offer it to those of us struggling to lose the fat we gained over the years (I am 45)…would be greatly appreciated if I could utilize your methods to help me break through the wall that I have hit. Please help me crush that wall. I want to look great for the rest of my life, starting with this summer!
I faced reality. I was obese. I did research and over the last 14 months I worked very hard to lose 93 pounds. I am very active, but my doctor said, and I agreed, I still have 50 – 70 pounds left to go. I have plateaued for 2 months and very worried because I notice that the muscle is just not there and it scares me that I am doing something wrong. I am positive the methods work, I just haven’t nailed down the intricate details like I am sure you have been able to. Please give me the chance to show it works.
P.S. My fiancee made a bargain with me, and he always keeps his word, that if I hit my target weight he would quit smoking and join my lifestyle change. That’s incentive!

I am going to be 62 years old in just a couple of weeks. I am active but I am carring around an extra 80 pounds of fat that I need to leave behind without loosing muscle in the process. I am currently spending 45 minutes walking, then anouther half hour using the weight machines in my local gym for resistance training. I replace 2 meals a day with protein shakes and eat a low carb dinner, I would like to use your program to learn how to get rid of fat and maintain health and strength. Hello, Joel, and hi everyone else. I just got finished reading your story. It’s very inspiring, and I can definitely relate. I’m 25, will be 26 in a few days. I struggled through college just like you. All the jocks around me were ripped, and I was getting up at 5 a.m. every morning to work out for 2 hours. I did actually join a personal training group, and the trainer was from the same town as me. She was great, but she focused mainly on isolated, single-joint exercises. And the program was later cut, so I was stuck with this one program for the rest of college.

Later, I found different workouts online: Turbulence Training, P90X, Arnel’s workout programs, and even some of Vince’s stuff. I never purchased their full programs, except p90x, but I did try incorporating some of their advice into my workouts. They’ve all certainly helped, but I’m still in the same situation: somewhat skinny with a less than muscular stomach.

I also started the ISSA CPT program, which I hope to finish soon. What I really need though is one-on-one training like what you got from Anthony. I live in such a small state, it’s hard to find someone with quality personal training knowledge.

Hi Joel! You seem to be part of a cadre of wise teachers of fitness. I have had a number of emails from you and friends and like the “trick” in your program for weight loss. I made a bet with my spouse that I’d firm up in 90 days and DID lose six pounds, but didn’t meet our agreed terms, so agreed to a second 90 days. Now I am starting to make real progress and your ideas seem to be a good fit for my greater focus. Thanks for making your material available. I will be reviewing your site for more help on my goals.

I am 31 years old and just received my PhD in Spatial Engineering. I came all the way from Greece to do that. I have always been athletic, however, just do a search out there and let me know exactly how many young (and old) phds you find that look like they are spending their day in the gym rather than their desk!! As a proud Greek (where the Olympic games started from) and more specific Spartan, I am at stage of my life where I want 2 things: The beginning of a successful career (am starting my new job in 10 days!!) and to look ripped, in order to honor my heritage (sadly, I already exercise more than the average modern Greek) and to break the circle of skinny-fat (at best!) docs. I have been reading enough about exercise and nutrition to be able to understand why you claim your program works. And I believe it!

I have listened to your tape and am very excited to have the opportunity to be able to win a copy of your program. I have been overweight most of my life. I have tried many different ways to lose and sometimes have been successful, but the weight has always comes back. Your program is really exciting to me in that it will tell me what to do and how to do and when to do it. Which is exactly what I need. Someone to tell me what and how to do it. My wife and I are planning to go to Hawaii for our 20th wedding anniversary next year and want so badly to lose the extra weight so that the trip can be a memorable one. This will also be our honeymoon as we never really took a honeymoon when we were married. Also after my last physical my Dr. ordered blood tests and my triglycerides were extrememly high. So I know that if I am able to get your program I can get my triglycerides down into the normal range and I can get the body that I want to make our trip to Hawaii a great trip..

Hi Joel,

I am 45 years old, and looking to lose around 100 lbs. From all the diets/nutrition stuff I have read over several years, I have a hunch that your system would deliver the fastest results possible. The low-calorie restriction phase combined with the high calorie (cheat days) reminds me of an old method (the zig-zag method) but what I think is UNIQUE in your system is the type of exercise you combine with the “dietary” day you are in. Never before I have read such a thing and for that reason I am OVERLY excited to get a copy of your program within a few days. And if I am among the lucky ones to get it free, then all the better.
