Hi Joel,

i have been diagnosed with cancer 3 years ago and went through all the operations and chemo plus radiation therapy. After that i started gaining a huge amount of weight due to loss of my thyroid amongst other things. I have met (on the net) Rob Poulos who introduced me to Fat burning Furnace as well as to Roman fitness systems who really got me through a very tough time in my life. i have been doing the workouts now for 2 and a half months and i have lost 12kg and a lot of centimetres. I have dropped two jean sizes and i feel and look great. Thank you for keeping the world toned and motivated guys.

Hi Joel,
I purchased ur diet program a couple of weeks ago and would like to thank you for giving me such valuable information. I have been struggling with bulimia and anorexia for a long time, even thru pregnancy and post-delivery. I am a breastfeeding mommy and still i was throwing up and/or not eating. After getting your program I completely stopped starving myself.. although the puking needs work still. But I am very happy to have a tool that works for me!

I tweaked some of the meals to cater to breastfeeding needs and together with Holly Rigsby’s FYM workout plan, I am actually down to to pre-pregnancy weight but stronger than before!

Joel,

I’ve already picked up FPFL; just went through the 1st workout today. I can already tell, this program is going to do really great things for me – and for anyone who takes it seriously and “gets after it” when they do the routines. Also, “Roman” is a good, smart and funny writer, so the material is fun to read.

They would be great on Density days, since those days are higher volume and you can use the extra calories towards putting on a couple lbs of lean body mass over time as you diet.

Thanks for this Joel. I have been doing BW workouts for the passed month and with this article, I’ve gained some new exercises to add to my regimen. It would be great if you guys came up with a quality calisthenics weight loss program that would build strength and muscle. I’d buy it!

hi am currently on fpfl2 but have 2 issues:
1.i want to increase at the same time my muscle mass: can i follow kyle leon maximizer program
2. to follow ur bb diet: i have noway to get those prograde stuff..they dun send them to egypt…any idea how to make it done?

While i am truly impressed with the things you have to say, and it is most likely what i need.
i am at 278 lbs I need help at the age of 44 i want and need to have more energy, my job is a bit of a work out in itself. lifting ,pushing, pulling, and walking at high paces. i am an EMT and we are on the move 22 of a 24 hr shift. i guess i have done this for so long i couldnt see how big i was getting… My youngest daughter is getting married in july and i started shoping for a dress. but i will be honest, I had a melt down right there in the middle of the store. I just broke down in tears. I need HELP I am a single mother of 3 and struggle to make it. i have been buying healthy fruits and veggies trying to make my whole family healthier. I have been able to take advantage of the free down loads on a few sights ( John Romaniello ) and it has been great help. The changes have been good. I just need help i dont want to die at the age of 57 like my mother at 534.2 lbs. Please help me……..
