Well, I have been thin my whole life and was able to eat what I wanted when I wanted and stayed 120 lbs max. Then I turned 50 and everything shut down. I am now 195 lbs at 5’4″ age 53. I made a few attempts at “dieting”, but when you have been eating “off limit” foods the past 45 years, it’s a hard habit to break. It would be nice to learn how to eat healthy. My husband, who is also overweight by about 80 lbs, is of no help at all. As a matter of fact his doctor has told him that he needs to lose at least 50 lbs because if the diabetes and cholesterol.
