Here’s the reasons why I believe that you should send me a copy of Cheat Your Way Thin Holiday Edition publication.

Dieting is something I’ve done all my life….I’ve already lost 74lbs and now I’m stuck! I can’t shift anymore weight and I still need to lose 30lbs…..as I’ve put back on 20lbs over the last 6 months…so for me I’ve realised that I now longer need a diet I need to understand why my body craves the foods it does! Hi Joel, At 43 I feel totally and physically wasted & washed up. From the age of 13-28 I suffered from anorexia which then morped into bulimia when it was discovered and it was only when I discovered I was pregnant with our first child that I managed to truly get myself together and move forward by exercising crazily and obsessively each day to keep my weight down…yep my metabolism is shot! It took me 5 years to lose the weight after pregnancy and struggled daily with the time required for excercise, work full time and look after bub. So now here I am 43 another baby 2 years ago and I’m so sluggish, not myself and can’t seem to shift it by exercise or diet. I’m now the heaviest I’ve ever been and know it’s affecting my health. I am nearly in my sixties and have never had a weight problem until I was fifty and I seemed to go to bed at 49 nice and slim and woke up at 50 with a tyre round my waist and stomach which I have been trying to shift unsuccessfully ever since. I am desperate now as I have tried every diet going but as you so rightly say they all work at first and then the longer you stay on them the less you can eat as your body gets used to the lower calories.I feel as though if I don’t get this problem solved now I am storing up health problems for myself in older age and there is such a lot I want to do in my retirement I would like to be fit and healthy to do them so I really need your help

Hi Joel I have been dieting all my life and nothing has worked apart from eating no carbs which I found very depressing, when I count calories I never seem to lose the weight which is sole destroying. Exercicing is doing no good as well. All the stuff I have been receiving from you looks very good. Thanks in advance.

My problem is due to menopause. It started by happening earlier than what we generally anticipate. I just swelled up. I get my period in like once in 3 months or later. But the interim is when I just cant seem to get a grip on my weight and swelling. All tests show nothing wrong.
It has been 3 years now and it still continues but not soo much.
I did go on a strict diet of cutting down on any extras of food popping in my mouth and combined it with an hour or 2 or exercise everyday.
From 71k I went down to 68 and then to 64 but very soon it zooms up to 68. I dread everytime I get on to the scale. Help me please reduce and keep it that way. Thanks a ton.

I’m 43, manager, “no time” to go to the gym. Been to many dietist that gave me a lot of confusing “general” instructions. The excersise becomes boring after some time becouse it takes so long before I get to see the results.
What I need is a simple, easy to follow program on a daily basis, and feedback and motivation. What sounds good in your approach is the 30 minutes a day routine. Sounds good and I’d like to give it a try. Actually, I’d like to book a success after 10 years of trying. Will you help me?

Joel, first let me thank you for what you are doing to help people to get healthier. Which brings me to my point. The reason I am so interested in your program. I have health issues that are compounded by a sedentary job I have that I spend two and a half hours a day on the road to get to which prevents me from exercising as I should which causes me to add weight. As a fifty four year old man adding forty pounds in the last year further compounds my health problems so I am hoping your program will literally be the life saver I need. Hi, i used to be the perfect figure, but now i have grown big with this embarrassing big fat pad on my belly. This has obviously made me lose self confidence, i dont want to go places where i have to go because am shy of my body.
I am single and i think this weight i have gained has been a big bother since my boyfriend has being nagging about my size. He says he doesn’t like big girls. Tried exercise and dieting but am not seeing any significant results. I am 58 year old and I am not particularly fat (160cm 52 kg), but I want to improve my body. Some “areas” (you know which ones I mean) are stubborn and don’t want to respond to any diet or fasting. I am a registered nurse and quite literate in biological science. Your CHEAT YOUR WAY THIN looks like well underpinned by physiological and biochemical studies. I find the title “Cheat Your Way Thin” a little mysterious and intriguing. Maybe, it’s because we all want a taste of the forbidden or even to have our cake and eat it too!

Maybe, that’s why your program attracts so many people – including me or even me.

Why do I think this program or regimen is perfect for me?

Well, aside from making me healthy and in shape, I have this irressistible urge to share whatever I run into. In other words, I am the kiss and tell type…:)

But because of that, I’ll be helping not only myself but also my friends and relatives and their friends and relatives…

Mind you, I never thought dieting could be such a sweet alternative! And those stubborn fats may not be so stubborn at all – if we only know how to cheat – legally, that is, huh!

I just turned 50 (arrgghh!!!) and while I was skinny since my toddler years, there was only about a year or two when I enjoyed an ideal body weight. This time, I’m on the other end of the scales.

Maybe, I deserve another ride in the middle?

One of my friends always say “I live to eat and not eat to live.” I agree with her at some point. Life is too short so we have to enjoy everything it has to offer. In this case, she enjoys life by eating whatever she wants to eat. The idea of dieting for her it seems will reduce the opportunities of being able to enjoy life. However, I also believe that if we want to enjoy life, why not enjoy it to the fullest and by “to the fullest” I mean until our old age. In most cases, as we grow older, we also develop a lot of diseases. These diseases usually reflect our lifestyles when we are younger. Because of this, for several years now, I have been trying to watch what I eat and have been trying to exercise regularly as much as possible. This involves of course giving up some of my favorite foods. Yes, I do look good but it has taken away some of the simple pleasures of life which usually involves eating :) The Cheat Your Way Thin diet is the very first diet which recommends eating the foods which I have started giving up for several years now. I felt happy when I discovered this diet because finally I found something which will allow me to enjoy life once again without giving up what I believe in. This diet will not only be beneficial to me but also to my friends. Most of my friends (as well as most people) find it difficult to stick to living a healthy lifestyle. But through this program, dieting will no longer be one of those things which will take away some of life’s pleasures but will be one of the things that you can enjoy about life.

I have to loose weight due to getting surgery. My BMI is quite high. I have previously taken off weight and kept it off. Please this may help me to boost even more weight loss.

I have started receiving and reading your material lately and have found it veery informative.

I have started taking care of my health more seriously for the past 8 months. I am 49 years old. I have had an active life but for the past 5 years work has taken over and I started to feel it. I gained weight, inches around my waist and elsewhere and did not feel I had as much energy as I used to. Blamed it on age and long work hours.

I decided to take my health more seriously. I give up beer (great move), exercise every day and watch what I eat. No junk food, no beer, no sodas, lots of water, vegetables, less red meat, smaller meals but more often.

So far I have had great results (not as fast as I wished but positive). I have lost 20+ pounds, 4 inches off my waist, and have much more energy.

I need your help for that next push for greater results. So far the information you have sent has been very useful and informative and I will continue to read you with great interest. Thanks!!!!

Joel, you have given me hope. Reading your e-mails with your years of research and experience has inspired me in an area where I have experienced a lot of failure.
There are three reasons why I NEED this program and actually find myself looking forward to Tuesday:
1) I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Being so overweight is causing physical health problems such as pre-
diabetes, reflux, and bursitis in my joints and emotional problems of being
disappointed in myself.
I would rather get at the root of the problem than pop pills and stay stuck.

2)I am tired of always being on the sidelines of life because I can’t keep up or
handle things physically. It makes me feel a lot older than I actually am. I

During High school and University I was extremely active and never had to worry about weight, but since I’ve graduated and moved on to the working world I have found that I have less and less time to take part in the sports that used to keep me so active. Since I graduated in may I’ve seen a slow but steady increase in my weight. Despite following several strategies that claimed good results, all I have been able to do is slow or temporarily stop the weight gain. The idea that I’ve been missing out on a few basic secrets does not surprise me, I would love nothing more than to just know what it is that I’ve been doing wrong, because apparently all of the “expert” advice I’ve been following is useless. If this program works half as good as it sounds I think it would be the key to getting back the body I had before.

Since I was a little girl I have always loved cooking, food and sweets and still do. I spent most of my teenage years being severly overweight but managed to loose over 50 lbs in my early twenties through a changed diet (NOTE! NOT fad diets) and loads of exercise. Now at 33 I am proud to say that I have kept them off (while still having two babies). But that is not enough. I am still overweight and would love to loose about 20lbs more or so.
Recently (while on my second maternity leave) I have been really researching different methods on how to go about loosing these last “few” pounds that I so desperately want to shed. That is when I stumbled upon your Holiday Fat Loss black book and was immediately hooked. It all makes SOOO much sense and I am eager to learn more. I would LOVE to get more detailed information on your method developed through all your hard work and trial-and-error.

On New Years Day I will turn 40 years old. At age 32 I completed a journey of losing 100 pounds to reach my goal weight – I did this by exercise and diet. I have found that as I have gotten older, the weight has crept back on, even though I still exercise and eat healthy. I have tried everything to get the 35 pound off that I have gained, but have been told by countless many that it’s because I’m turning 40!! UGH! No fair!! After reading about this program, I feel it would be a great testiment to the program to be able to celebrate my 40th birthday 10-20 pounds lighter!! I believe this program will work for me and I won’t have to settle with my 40’s being heavier!

I have read your earlier posts and and now I tend to believe that there must be some truth in this “beyond imagination” plan advocated by you. Given an opportunity I’d try this out to burn out atleast 30-35 ponds from my body. I’m 52 and am sure after trying many tricks and trends that nothing else had worked probably beacuse basic approach itself was incorrect.

Hey there, I suffer from information overload! We are bombarded by all kinds of experts with their opinions in magazines, on TV, on blogs that their program and products are the only one that works. I’m truly sick and tired of all the hype and lies and want to try something that is going to work – period. No false promises or any gimmicks. From what I’ve read you seem to have it all together about fitness and nutrition and you’ve been there, done it and got the t-shirt. I’d like to have a go at what you are offering.

im a disabled veteran my mobility is limited to almost none. i sustained a traumatic brain injury by which my metabolism came to almost screetching halt. im getting a spaer tire & been fighting with my weight since 1996 when i weight in at 200+. i am 5 5″. weight control through good nutrition is my only hope to get a kick ass body. i already have a turn off a wheelchair. my spear tire does not boost my confidence. this would be best for me to accomplish my goal of finding someone that will be willing to have children with me & to motivate me since i need a good kick in my a*Z* once in a while
