Hey Joel

i think this would be the perfect program because ive been on other ones before and gotten results i didn’t expect to get i lose 80 pounds from 283 to 203 from 34% body fat to 17% body fat and it feels great having more energy to move, and having more speed, being more leaner and mostly of all feeling great cause i didn’t think i could do it till now.i started my diet back in march and since then i haven’t stopped losing weight and i dont plan gaining back anything but i do hope to pack on muscle after im done with reaching my goal of 180 ive still got about 23 pounds to lose and i feel that this program will help me do better this holiday season since it gets to the time where we all end up pigging out at the table with our families and i don’t want to gain no weight because it will just make me frustrated gaining even a pound that i will be doing any thing just to lose it back and if i do that i fear that i will over train and gain back all the weight Ive lose and that’s the last thing i want to happen.
Thanks for everything Joel and I like everything your doing for people like me to get into shape

Joel…here is why I think this information is essential to me at this point in my life.
First, I am running out of life. At my age, I need to have a lifestyle that I can maintain without feeling as though it is something else I have to manage. Life is busy and life is complex. I cannot diet anymore. I have messed up my metabolism and withered my resolve by yo-yo dieting. If I do not get access to your information, I know I am going to start having serious health problems because I am sixty pounds overweight. My husband is already showing signs of pre -diabetes and has very high triglycerides. No mystery there – he has a sweet tooth the size of China. We have tried Atkins, South Beach, Abs Diet, Eat Right for Your Type, and none of them have given lasting results. We just cannot give up foods we love forevermore. Yet, when we get off track, it psychologically makes us feel bad and then we give up. We can live with YOUR plan, literally and figuratively. Will you please consider giving it to us? I know we will be successful with it. Not just because we will lose weight, but because we will never have to try to lose weight again. No matter what you decide, I appreciate your work. Thank you for the opportunity to share my story.

Hi Joel,I am very curious aswel as a little skeptical about your “Cheat your way thin” program!! I’ve been struggling all my life with diets!I lose weight then gain it back ….the yoyo thing!I just love food lol These past few months I’ve meen sticking to what I know is good healthy food and lose a few lbs then gain it right back. when i sneak one lousy cookie.I just want to lose 20 lbs……that shouldn’t be this difficult!!It’s very frusterating …..even more so knowing that the holidays are creeping up and will be here in no time flat and without this program so will my weight.I’m hoping this will be an inspiration for me as I believe……seeing is believing! Thank-you!

Hi Joel,
I’m in my late teens and, although not overweight, at 5″2 I have stopped growing and stubborn fat has settled around my middle – the usual areas of tummy, hips and thighs. I also have what my mum likes to call a ‘real sweet-tooth!’ And a tendancy to comfort eat on these sorts of foods.
At this point in my life I would like to begin how I intend to continue and with your program and all its extra’s I believe it would help me change my eating habits, manipulate the appetite stimulating/suppressing hormones such as leptin and allow me to continue burning fat more efficiently due to a better metabolism. I also think the hypnosis section etc that comes free with the CYWT Holiday Edition would benefit me from obsessing and relying too much on food. So far I have not been on a proper diet but your program caught my eye and it seemed to be what I have been looking for. I am intrigued to find out and would love a free copy and to keep you updated on my progress and how I found it.
Thanks for your help so far.

Oh, sorry I forgot to mention that I also like to exercise (although despite the amount I do it doesnt appear to have much affect on tummy so will put this down to metabolism and leptin) but I also have a busy schedule, like a lot of people, so do not have hours to spend. Your short work-outs sound perfect and very managable!

Hi Joel
I’m currently on another diet and my goal is to lose 20 pounds. In four weeks, i was only able to lose 5.5 pounds. I am 49 and always had a bit of a weight problem. I was never obese, but was most of the time a little overweight.

I am a belly dancer and need to have a nicer belly for my show next year.

I want to learn to eat better the food I like the most… including some bad stuff :-)… and still be able to lose some body fat. In my last assessment at the gym, my body fat % was pretty high and I would like to bring it down.

I would love to know more about your research. Thanks!

Joel,
Your email updates regarding “Cheat Your Way” thin are very
motivating and straight to the point. Your info seems to
be applicable to anyone & everyone at all levels of fitness
and weight goals. Fitness & health are so important to
feeling well on a multitude of levels. The idea of having
cake, or cookies or something generally considered
not “diet friendly” -is the most realistic way that most
of need to eat. From social occasions, and other events,
including eating out at a restaurant or at someone’s home
no one wants to feel “guilt” – for what seems like
steering off plan – when some of the time it can be
ok!! Looking forward to the publishing of your program
as it really is a ray of light in the ever so daunting
“diet tunnel” of life.

Hi Joel,

A former personal trainer sent me your information and I was really excited to see the information. I’ve been g to a few “boot camps” but have not been able to get my diet in shape. I am not terribly overweight but would like to drop at least 15-20 lbs. I used to be in good shape but always maintained a pooch. I’ve always been the chubby one and I would love to try something new other than those fad diets (I’ve tried about 3 of them in the last year). My motivation is down because I used to have workout partners and I’ve moved to an area where I don’t have any friends so working out alone is difficult for me. I feel if I could lose a few pounds it will motivate me to get back into the gym and feel ok about working out alone.

Thanks,
Alicia

Hi Joel,
I am from Bulgaria, a mom of twins, and just a little overweight with a “nice belly”, as my little son loves to talk about it. Of course I would like to get rid of it, at least to some extent.
I do not really care if I will get a free copy. What I do care is that your program is working. I have been reading lots of articles and programs lately on dieting and healthy nutrition and got lost. Now my hopes rest with you…and it is so good that Tuesday is coming.

Hey Joel! :) Well, I’ve been struggling with my weight since I can remember, people usually thinks I’m overweight because I eat a LOT. WHICH IS NOT TRUE! :( I tried every fad diet, but then…BAM! All the pounds came back again. I got to lose some pounds overall, but I still have the “chubby” image.I feel I’m wasting the potential of a smart young woman. After all the information you brought I felt like a shine of hope, that there could be a solution for all those people who have given up and still eat less and less every day to look slender. I’ve tried to apply all the facts in your updates in order to see some changes, and I have to say It works! I’ve lost almost 8 pounds in 3 months, I couldn’t believe it! But now I’m stuck. I still have a long way to my ideal weight, and being a college student doesn’t help. So it has become like an obsession to me what to eat, how and when. I feel like it won’t end until I achieve this goal. I really hope you could help me :) That way I could tell my obese relatives about getting your program…that there’s still opportunity to change! Thank you and have a wonderful day. I wish you the best.

Hi Joel,
I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the beginning of the year and last week the results of my MRI shows that I have arthritis in my lower back. Per my doctor, the best treatment for my condition is weight loss. That’s easier said than done for a fibromyalgia sufferer as extreme fatigue and pain is a factor that I have to battle in order to get in the exercise I need. Not to mention, I’ve tried every weight loss program out there. I found your program as a recommendation on the http://www.ultimatefatburner.com website. After all I’ve read and heard about the Cheat Your Way Thin Program – I’m pretty convinced that this may be the weight loss program that I’ve been looking for. Considering me as a contender for a free copy of the program is greatly appreciated…

I’ve already put the Cheat Your Way Thin diet to the test –without realizing it! I have Celiac Disease, and before I was diagnosed my body was killing itself. I literally couldn’t eat or drink anything (not even a sip of water!) for five months. I was kept alive via IV drip and PIC lines. During that time of starvation, not only was it hell to endure, but I didn’t lose an ounce of weight! But when I went gluten free and started eating to my heart’s content, I dropped over 50 pounds in a year. I always wondered why that was.

Learning about the leptin hormone and how to strategically eat goes right in line with the lifestyle that I love to live. It makes sense to me on all levels –physically, chemically, emotionally, psychologically –and I am curious to know more, to put it into practice, and to tell others why I was able to lose weight and still eat things like pasta, donuts, and chocolate (gluten free/casein free for me!).

I’m a big fan of listening to your body. I appreciate the science behind Cheat Your Way Thin, and I understand and can relate to the “mistake” that led to its inception. I want to further my lifestyle –not to be a certain size or weight –but to feel the freedom over food that I’ve felt since I was diagnosed. I’m ready to take that to next level. And that requires a “strategy”.

I feel as though I have been rung through the diet ringer. Everyone has a can’t fail program to help me lose weight and I have tried them all. Not everyone can explain them or why they haven’t worked over the long haul, however. I really am looking for a program that will work long term and yours makes sense. I am at a point where the inside looks good. I want an outside that matches and stays that way. The weight roller coaster ride has got to stop. I want to get off and finally someone is offering a program that makes me believe again.

Joel-
About three years ago I headed to Italy for a foreign exchange program. It was the toughest, most rewarding experience of my life. Unfortunately, the excessive amount of pasta and gelato caught up to me. I gained approximately 30 lbs. in a year. I have been thin all of my life, and suddenly I was covered in a layer of fat. Luckily, through healthy eating and regular activity, I was able to lose most of the weight. I still have the last few stubborn pounds to lose.
I first started losing the weight through fad diets like the Atkins diet. It was the hardest thing I have ever done. The weight didn’t start to fall off until I started focusing more on the nutritional value of the food rather than how many grams of fat or carbs I was consuming.
I’m inspired by your past few blogs, and I think that this could be the final push to reach my ideal body. Keep up the good work!

Hey Joel,

I’ll give you the short version: I’m 21 years old, an overworked, overstressed graduate student working on my M.Div. I’m 6’2″ and the heaviest I’ve ever been at 312 pounds. My wife and I are expecting our first daughter in February, and I want so badly to get off the path I’ve started on. I so desperately dread the thought of being a fat dad, but I haven’t been able to get my act together. Not only that, but I need to be an example in my chosen career path. Your program is the only thing I’ve seen like it, and yet all of the information I’ve learned from your updates has helped me get a better grip on what I’ve been doing wrong. I have a gut feeling that your program will be what helps me to finally succeed. I want to do it right once and for all, but I need help. I am dead set against letting myself go one more year in the same condition.

Thanks so much.

Hi Joel, I would love to win a copy of Cheat Your Way Thin. I have been struggling to lose weight. It has taken me 3 years to lose 10 pounds and I would like to lose another 10. I have lost weight with Weight Watchers in the past, but I am tired of gaining weight during the holidays and on vacations. It is so hard for me to lose those few pounds gained, which is obvious since it took me three years to lose 10 pounds. It would be so nice to have a system that would allow me to enjoy myself during the holidays and vacation instead of worrying about everything I eat. I also exercise an hour and a half four days a week and clearly this is not the answer to permanent weight loss. I really hope that your system is what I am looking for. It would definitely make life a whole lot easier.

Hi Joel
I am 45 years old. I have flat lined on my progress. I am on week 22 of training & eating clean. I am eating at at 20% my maintenance level. For 4 weeks nothing has changed. I am stuck at 14% body fat 160 lbs. I am really looking forward to your program hoping to break through to the next level to get into
Single digits of body fat. My goal is to get to 9% body fat to gets a six pack abs.
thanks
Mike

Hi Joel,
first off I love all the great infomative information you have to share. I’m 37 soon to 38. Now that my 3 yr old son is getting bigger. I find it more and more difficult to keep up with him and even harder to stay motivated when I workout. Sure I’m stronger but the continued weight gain. I’m now at 230 and 5’9″. I need more endurance and energy without losing my strength. I’ve tried just about every supplement legal and grey market. Nothing has worked for very long. It’s even more difficult to stay on a diet or lifestyle change or whatever you want to call it. That’s before I came across your information. Finally there was light at the end of the tunnel. I’ve tried some of the things posted on your updates. They worked and worked fast.
So thank you very much for that. My goal is to be a solid defined 200 lbs by august for my 20 yr reunion. With your help I know I can acheive this life changing goal.
So even i just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your friend in new health and life, Patrick

I would like to win a copy of this for my niece, Cindy. She just turned 40, lives in VA and can’t seem to stick to any type of diet or exercise program for more than a few days. She claims they are too restrictive and require her to have to think too hard. She’s a little scared right now, though, she just had a physical and was “HORRIFIED”

When

Joel please thank Isabel for directing me to your giveaway. I’m so excited learning about your strategy and it’s great to have the understanding behind your principle. I’m telling everyone about this American bloke Joel, the hormone leptin and reasons we fail with diets. I need your information right now because I’m struggling with what I like eating and the unwanted effect of extra kilos. I’m a 34 yr old Aussie girl and always considered myself lucky to eat what I like without consequence. Being conscious of my mother and brother’s weight battle, we followed a low fat diet growing up, providing me a good history of healthy eating. However, I’ve always believed the difference between the slim and overweight was how effective a metabolism someone was either blessed or cursed with. Now a mum to 3yr old twins and a 2 yr old, my pregnancies affected that great metabolism I often was reckless with. So I begun a calorie restrictive diet and as you suspected, 3 weeks in I’m fatiguing and finding it hard being motivated. What fantastic timing to discover your findings and I’m champing at the bit to read your “Cheat…Holiday Ed.” Your strategy is my plan to lose kilos and regain my self-esteem. It offers me 3 positives: 1. Taking control of my metabolism and body; 2. Freedom from punishment – allowing myself the pleasure of all foods, and 3. Losing weight of course! I also feel good sharing your knowledge with my husband, family and friends.

I am anxiously awaiting the release of your Cheat Your Way Thin program. From the research you’ve shared so far I believe it can work for me. It’s not easy for me to use the word “believe” when it comes to an eating program because I’ve tried so many ‘diets’ for so long, I don’t have a lot of belief left. It started when I got serious about losing 20lbs. I had some brief success, but before I knew it the weight was back and then some. I couldn’t understand it. I eat wholesome foods, I exercise regularly – but I can’t make the scale budge. I feel so close to giving up for good. I have had a few short lived successes, and oddly enough it usually happens when I’ve ‘given up’. I get depressed and eat things I think I shouldn’t. Suddenly the scale starts to move in the right direction! I get excited and get right back on my diet, but then the excitement starts to fade when the weight loss stalls and I figure I just had a random ‘blip’ of success. Now I get it! Sticking to my diet, has been sabotaging my own weight loss! That’s why I want this program – I know this cycle of strategic cheating works. I’ve seen it work for me! But I need the help to figure out how to harness this science and get the results I’ve been chasing for the last 18 months.

Hi. I’m tired of being a fat ass. Although I’m not as fat as I once was I’m still not happy. Thanks

Hi Joel. I have been fat most of my life, due to poor eating that I had been taught since I was born. When I went to boarding school, I worked out 3-4 times a week, and at some times, I actually barely ate for days, so I have been there, “plateaued”. I am not going to lie, it DID help me loose weight, but I never got anything that was even close to the six pack that I have always wanted. I have been your subscriber for some time now, and I love the stuff that you are sharing. You have already helped me tremendously, but this program could be my ticket for a six pack, and your new success story to show that even teenagers can do it. Thanks for reading my long response, have a great week. :)

In July I made a goal to lose 44 lbs. by my 44th birthday in March. I’ve lost 25 now, but am at a plateau, and don’t want to gain ANY weight over the holidays. I need something to give me the boost I need to start losing again, and I need a PLAN to stay on track. I work full time, travel often with my job, and I am subjected to business lunches and dinners. I need your help to get through this so that I can be healthy and have an eating plan that I can live with the rest of my life, not just a temporary diet. If I can make it thru the holidays, I can do it forever!

Hi Joel
I would like to be one of the five lucky winners of your free book. I’ve always struggle with weight issues and after losing my mom in september 2009 I lost all hope of ever getting the body I always dream of. But reading your articles seems so easy to understand and the things that you talk about make so much sense that I believe you’re the answer to my prayers.
