First I would like to say how excited I am about this program whether I win or purchase! I have been watching the updates and the coaching call with Teri Helsman and your program makes sense. I have struggled with my weight all my life. A constant yo yo of being over weight and losing weight, which always seems to be more than was lost! I am 38 and about 55lbs too heavy. I have had success with low carb plans, but the binging always comes around and then a downward spiral begins. I exercise (resistance & cardio) but without the proper diet it seems I make very little if any progress. The carb cycling seems to be the plan for life. I have done my research and I am very excited to get started and send you my results! Thank you for putting all the time and effort into this program!

I know that you are only giving away five copies, but is there any way to purchase before Tuesday for those of us who are not picked?

Thanks Again!

The first time I ever tried to diet, I had fantastic success. I went on Atkins in 2002 and lost 53 pounds in 9 months. And I reduced my triglycerides, which were over 400, to under 100. But I got really tired of the Atkins plan and over time drifted off course. My wife tried to diet with me, but she could not lose weight no matter how dedicated and faithful that she was to Atkins. Since then, we have tried different diets but can’t seem to find one that works for both of us. After finding your book, Joel, we went over it together, we watched the videos, and we are convinced that this is the ONE. This is the one we can do together and finally get our weight under control for good.

Hey Joel,

I am German, love food and I am a science student, therefore I love carbs, hate diets and understand the science behind your cheating while eating. Your daily e-mails are very interesting and I would love a copy of “Cheat Your Way Thin” in order to eat the foods I love and lose weight. I workout 3 to 5 times a week but have trouble losing my belly fat do to the way I eat. I think your program is perfect for me and it would let me achieve my goals.

Thank you,
Glenn

I have been interested in health and fittness all of my 52 years. I have gleaned info off the net, the library and anywhere else it was available. I have purchased some products off the net, some good ,some bogus. Nowadays I am extremely cautious about spending the dollar like everyone else. My wife and I train regulerly and have been keeping our weight in check, but always looking for a better way. I’m old school, showin’s betterin tellin. So show me.

I’ve tried several ‘diets’ over the years and have never been able to keep the weight off for any length of time. Being over 50 makes it harder to get the pounds off in the first place. I’m really hoping your system will help me to lose the weight and keep it off. I know that the extra pounds are adding to the pain I have in my back and hips. I would really love to live a pain free life. Here’s hoping…

Hello Joel,
Let me start by saying I have 2 children. That should explain itself in how i have weight too lose. After the first, I won’t lie, I was successful at losing all the baby weight, and more! But not easily. It took me a little more than two years and SERIOUS dedication to exercising and watching calories. Sure I ate the things I loved, but VERY small amounts. Small as in ONE bite maybe every week.
This time around, I’m being pulled in so many directions I dont have time to weigh and measure food. Heck, sometimes I’m lucky enough to even eat a full meal before its time to get up and go.
I need access to this program because I dont have the time to spend on myself like I did before. I also need access to this program because my husbands weight was impacted by pregnancy as well. (ever heard of sympathy weight;)
Consider me for a free copy because not only will you give me my confidence back, but my husbands as well.

Cheat your way thin sounds perfect for me because I have been cheating myself fat my entire life. Cravings and binging on Christmas goodies have always been my undoing and now that I am over 40, it’s getting harder and harder to take off the 10 – 15 lbs I put on over the holidays. Your program sounds great as I could enjoy the goodies as part of my weight loss program making it easier to control myself and lose weight over Christmas instead of gaining it.

After years of dieting and food obsession, I have developed a very unhealthy relationship with food. I’ve read hundreds of books, tried dozens of diet programs, and I exercise for 7-12 hours a week. And yet I cannot get the 10 pounds I gained a few years ago off. I think about it constantly and fear socializing, eating in restaurants and holidays.
I want to be free from this obsession! Your program intrigues me because it seems realistic and healthy, and I believe would work perfectly for my lifestyle and mindset. I’m truly desparate and would love to be free from the shackles that keep me searching for a solution. This could be the solution!

I have lost 20 pounds – and gained it right back – 3 times in the last 18 months. I also work in an ice cream factory, where part of the job is tasting / evaluating ice cream. I work out but have a bum knee and ankle – earlier injuries. I need something that will work in the long term. I’m committed to the process – but need help.
Please help.

Hi Joel
I am 52 years old and I have always been overweight but never managed to lose enough weight however in July I fell ill and as a result of this I was adviced to eat very light meals like soup I thought that I would loose a lof of weight but I only lost 6ibs until I had surgery in September and since then I have lost further 2lbs, Now having followed your e-mails it makes sense basically my metabolism rate has slowed down. I am married and my wife is a brilliant cook and loves cooking and she is beginning to get upset with me over my eating pattern.I feel that your program will be the ideal solution and I would like to follow it and get better heathwise as well as get in my wifes good book. thank you very much
regards
Zen

Hi, John. At 30years of age I believe I have tried almost everything when it comes to diet. From weight watchers (when I dropped 50 pounds to re-gain it later) to Itermittent Fasting, I can’t sitck to any diets long term.
It’s always easy to me to follow an exercise program, but hard like hell to keep up with any kind of restrictive diet. I need an easy-to-follow, fun diet plan to keep the fat away and get the body I deserve and not being ashamed of taking my shirt off at the beach. Yeah, It’ll be summer here in Brazil next month.
Crazy how your information is getting spread all over the world, isn’t it?
Thank you so much for this opportunity and hope you have a great day.

I’m in my mid-forties and have been watching my weight go up steadily each year. For the last year and a half I ‘ve been exercising regularly and restricting calories in an effort to get my weight back down to a more comfortable level. Unfortunately, I’ve been able to lose only about ten pounds. There’s nothing more frustrating than making the commitment to exercise and avoid foods that I really enjoy only to see little to no change on the scale. It makes it very difficult to drum up the motivation to continue. Being able to knock off another 10 pounds by January 1 would really help to boost my resolve.

Hi Joel, I just turned 50, all my life I’ve struggle with my weight, I’m not huge just 180.. and 5’11” live in Mexico City and as you probably know our food is quite fattening. I love exercise, back in the days, I use to play squash, badmington, water skiing, recently my exercise level have dropped, a lot so in these last two years my weight has gone up dramatically. My way of eating is some what just as your program, but with no order or discipline at all, that´s why I think I deserve to win one of your free programs, you will be helping an “old man” that wants to look a bit younger.

Hi, Joel. For years, I’ve been so confused about food and dieting. I have read so much contradicting information recently about how I should eat, and I have no idea who’s right and who’s wrong, anymore. I am so confused!!! I literally wake up and think should I have breakfast or should I wait as long as possible to start eating? I’m a very structured person and like to have a plan. I do not like uncertainty. I would like a normal, sustainable way of life. I have three kids and want them to grow up in a fun home with a happy, energetic mother. But most of all, I do not want to pass on my issues to them. Everything I’ve read about your plan seems to make so much sense. It’s like a lightbulb has gone off. I feel like it’s just what I need to finally get a handle on my weight and stop obsessing over it. Thanks for putting this all together. If I don’t win your book, I’ll be sure to buy it next week. I’ve had enough of what I’ve been doing to myself! Thank you.

Hi Joel, thanks for this opportunity and for sharing with the world your years of research and successes. I would love to be one of your successes! Over the years I have tried many programs and been successful for a short time with all of them, including body for life, weight watchers, south beach diet and more. I’ve tried monitoring my calories and working out for up to 2 hours each day. Each time, often even before I reach my ‘goal weight’, I loose interest, I feel deprived and frustrated when all my hard work doesn’t pay off. My husband needs help too but doesn’t want to struggle with it. I’ve been following all your posts this past week or so and feel like “WOW, this might be something that could actually work, and work for the rest of my life!”. I NEED THIS TO WORK NOW!! I have a two year old daughter whom I want to be proud of me. I am an older parent and want to live a long healthy life to watch her grow up. I want her father to be there to give her away when she gets married! Please help us!

Joel,
What can I say? I’m Italian!! I love the pasta and everything that goes with it, but I realized a long time ago that I couldn’t eat it all and be slim! I was an athlete all through my school days and pretty much ate anything and everything I wanted. That lifestyle is looong gone. I’m a female, about to turn 61 and work with a trainer two times a week. Although I have lost inches, the weight is not happening because I want to eat more, not less when I work out. I haven’t been out of the 160’s in years and I only stand 5’4″, not real good. I would love to break the “mark”! I need all the help I can get. So HELP! Thanks!

After gaining 30 pounds in 3 months due to hypothyroidism six years ago, I have tried everything to get it off from calorie counting to hypnotism to phentermine pills. At 30 years old and 40 pounds from my ideal weight, I know that I am far from being the healthy example that I should be for my children. At first, the fact that I could eat holiday meals with my family without being on a “diet” grabbed my attention. As I read over the next few days, however, the information about leptin levels started to resonate with me. I’ve restricted calories too many times only to have the scale go up! I am a military wife and unfortunately being overweight seems to be the norm for many military wives. I want to break out of that mold and be the hot wife my husband deserves and the healthy, active mom my children deserve! I also want to be able to pass a mirror and actually stop to look at myself with pride instead of just passing as quickly as possible. Thank you for your consideration of my submission.

Hi;I’m 57 years old,had my first heart attack and bypass at the age of 39,another 10 years later at the age of 50 and the last one 2 years ago at the age of 55.Stopped smoking 2 years ago and gained a lot of weight that I have to lose if I want to stay alive.Have tried all the usual diets, lost a few pounds, gained more.Went the pill and injections way,no lasting results.Problem:absolutely no willpower to say no to the unhealthy but rich, tasty food.Problem:live on a farm far from the nearest town,do not have access to a gym, cannot even go for walks due to snakes and wild animals like leopards;Problem: cannot exercise due to fibromyalgia and weakened chest muscles after the heart operations. The only way is to lose weight by dieting. After reading your letters the last few days it sounds as if your program may be what I need to put me on the right road to a longer life as I wouldn’t feel deprived of the good things in life by legally cheating.I just hope that the food I am allowed to eat on not-cheating days will be available at the back of beyond where we live. Thanks for the opportunity to maybe the solution to my problems.

I am really excited about this challenge. Most of my life I have been overweight – my highest being 285 lbs. I have had the usual diseases associated with obesity – high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and osteoarthritis in the knees. I will be 60 years old on Jan 17 and I want to embrace my sixties. I want to begin my 6th decade in optimal health. I have lost a little over 100 lbs. so far. Today I weigh 168 – My goal is 150. Joel, when you presented the challenge of “weighing less on Jan 1 than we do right now”, it sparked a fire within me at a time when I needed it because I was starting to get into the “Holiday Overeating” mode. I would love to win the free Cheat Your Way Thin Holiday Edition system – but if I don’t I know I will still be inspired by you and I will reach my goal

As someone who has recovered from an eating disorder – nutrition and exercise are a key part of my life, as if ofcourse the media fuelled obsession to look a certain way.
The problem with ‘healthy’ eating is that no matter what kind of eating patterns you follow – for long term success, there are always some restrictions. (High protein with low or limited carbs, High carbs with very low fat, vegetarian, etc).
Not only does this get extremely boring, but I dont think in the long run this lack of variety can be great for our bodies, or our minds, souls and happiness!
Cheat your way thin sounds like the perfect solution to this dilemma! Not only does it allow you to eat everything that you want to eat (just not on the same day) but it FORCES variety in your diet, and that has to be a good thing! And let’s be honest – who really wants to count calories and NEVER eat rice or fruit or meat or only eat bacon and eggs for the rest of your life for breakfast or whatever else it is your ‘diet’ calls for DAY IN DAY OUT?!
That’s why I’m looking to get this program – to have finally found a system that works for me, is sustainable, and the only restrictions are when you eat things – not what you eat!
Great work Joel – it looks like a real winner!
To health and happiness,
Jess :)

I have struggled with weight all my life. I go to the gym 3 times a week (i haven’t gone the last 3 weeks due to self sabotage) and do a bit of cardio with my dvds at home but i have hit the worst plateau yet. I have now hit an age where dropping the pounds isnt as easy as it used to be. I am ready to give up because it is all too hard to stick with diets as they usually are unrealistic. I try to suceed, but that little voice inside my head screams out for bad food and i succumb and feel so guilty afterwards. I am reading to change my lifestyle but I need this vicious cycle to stop. I am 171.6 pounds and only 5″3, HELP!!!!

Hi! I am 45 and would like at least once in my life to be in a good shape. I was overweight since the age of 7… and now I am obese. And my health is already suffering much. My dream through entire my life was to be in good shape, energetic, with good health.. but unfortunately the regular diets never helped. So I think, that your system may be a good solution to reach ma dream and goal.

Hi Joel! Thank you for offering the free copies of your CYWT plan! I have watched all of your videos and read through the articles without missing a word! I am very excited to get on the plan. It seems that I have tried every diet out there, with little success. If I had any success, it wasn’t long before the pounds crept back on. I love food, just like anyone else! I think truly believe this way of eating will totally change my body and my way of “dieting.” Knowing there are cheat days right around the corner will keep me going during the non-cheat days!

I am getting married next fall and would love to get my weight under control once and for ALL!! I know this plan can do that for me! Thank you for all the work you put into it! Good luck to all those that enter, I know it will be a life changer! Maybe it’ll be me :)

4 years ago my father had open heart surgery. Going through that experience made me vow to stay as healthy as I possibly could. I have been working out 5 days a week and watching what I eat ever since. The reality is that life is short, but life on a diet is VERY long & sometimes miserable. While my goal is to stay heart healthy, it would certainly help to be able to treat myself once in awhile and not feel like all of my hard work was for nothing. I have worked & worked to reduce fat and have hit the proverbial wall with my progress. It would be nice to know that something out there actually works. There’s so much information out there its hard to keep up! Should I “burn the fat-feed the muscle”? Should I go with intermittent fasting? Should I be eating 3 squares a day? Should I be eating every 3 hours? HELP! STOP THE INSANITY! Give me one program that I can live with & that works and I’ll be a faithful follower for life! If I can get the excess fat off my thighs…anyone can do anything! :)

I have just signed up to your site. After 3 kids & another on the way, I’m desperate to lose the belly fat from my 3rd pregnancy!!! Nothing, and I mean nothing will budge it!! Currently I’ll try anything and am more than happy to give your program a go. If I win I’ll, I’m more than happy to keep you posted on my progress. If you think you can get rid of my belly fat, then I’ll take the challenge!
Cheers!
