Blue cheese crumbles? Really? Isn’t blue cheese really fattening?
Yes, cheese contains fat, but there’s nothing wrong with eating fat. Natural fat is not bad for you. Highly processed, high glycemic, denatured foods are.
My main man CB-tastic just got in town today and shortly after his arrival we both sat down to a HUGE dinner full of secret fat-burning ingredient foods.
A few things you should know:
1. CB-tastic is Craig Ballantyne. DUH.
2. I’m releasing a new program called The Huge Dinner Diet tomorrow. It involves huge dinners. It also involves fat loss.
Like, LOTS of fat loss.
How much fat loss? Take your body weight and divide it by three.
Now multiply it by a BILLION.
That much.
3. Secret ingredient foods are by far the best fat burning foods you can possibly eat. In fact, here’s a list of the foods we included in our HUGE dinner tonight, each of them containing the magic “secret ingredient”:
I didn’t lie when I said the dinner was huge. I also didn’t lie when I said dinners of this size are part of a new rapid fat loss diet I developed, The Huge Dinner Diet, due out tomorrow. And I didn’t lie when I said that ALL of these foods are made up of secret ingredients.
Do you know what secret ingredient all of these foods have in common?
Simple: ALL of these foods have only ONE ingredient – the food they are.
Broccoli is made up of broccoli – that’s it.
The ingredient list for raw walnuts? Raw walnuts.
Hey, what’s in those cherry tomatoes? Oh, I know! Cherry tomatoes!
The absolute best fat-burning foods are one-ingredient foods — whole foods that contain only one ingredient.
They’re natural. They’re not processed. They contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and more…in their natural form.
Many folks ask me to analyze their diets and I find that they’re full of highly processed, crapola foods. If it comes in a box, throw it out. Instead, try this for just one week:
Eat only natural, unprocessed one-ingredient foods: meats, fruits, vegetables, oils, nuts, legumes, and seeds.
See how much better you feel. See how much better you LOOK.
How about you? How many one-ingredient foods are in YOUR diet today? Will you join me in eating only one-ingredient foods this week?

I agree 100% with you, throw out all processed foods, eat whole Foods only.
I eat most of the Foods you listed, exept Meat in the Summer.
I wish more people would follow to eat right, we would not have such a Tidel wave of Obesity.
I always looked at it this way: if the good Lord made it, it’s good to eat (all the foods you listed). If man made it (processed stuff), stay away from it.
Makes sense to me. I had a personal trainer once that extolled the virtues of only natural foods, i.e. not in a box and he was always in great shape and good health. I’m in starting with tonights dinner.
So I guess it wouldn’t be good to combine the Big Breakfast Diet and the Huge Dinner Diet, huh??
I like it when I get messages such as this. I not crazy about sites that forward you to some new sales pitch.
Just recently i started eating all fruit in the morning so that i can burn those carbs off during the day. I also believe this technique is allowing my body to detox itself. I usually only eat fruit until noon and then i make my way to the protein types foods. Im into lifting weights so i really need my protein. By following this method i natural have my biggest meal at night after i get done working out. I think your program might work because I’ve lost maybe 20 plus pounds in two months by changing my eating style and nothing else.

Awesome! I can’t wait to seethe new dinners. I’ve been trying to eat like this for a while one ingredient foods. My skin actually looks fantastic from doing so. Thanks for all the great info!
This sounds great. Looking forward to the book. You totally rock
Big Dinner Diet sounds like it’s going to be set up just like the Warrior Diet where the meal cadence and food type will try and emulate how our warrior ancestors ate: fast all day (during the hunt, battles, etc.) and then have a huge feast at night on natural, whole foods that you can only either hunt or gather. Knowing your style, I suspect you’ll stick a cheat day in there once a week to make it more attractive to the average dieter
Great concept! I’ve been eating basic single ingredient foods for several years now. They’re tastier, certainly better for you and they’re easier to make. Steak, veggies and salad…how hard is that? Salmon, squash, and asparagus on the grill? Easy!! Thanks for the confirmation I’m doing things right…
Hmmmm. This looks suspiciously like the Warrior Diet.
I would really reccomend you increase your excercise to 6 days a week that will burn more calories and help to build lean muscle mass.

You have so many different diets/ways of eating/special foods to aid in fat burning I can’t keep them straight. Is there a website or place you have all these diets and how to use them? I have and still eat the foods but I can’t seem to lose any weight. I do have thyroid issues, taking meds, depression, taking meds, cholesterol, working with doctor and sleep problems will be working with a doctor. I’m sure alot of my problems has something to do with not losing any weight and I do exercise 3 times a week. Thanks for listening, I didn’t sleep much last night. Keep up the articles, I like to read them.
Mary, I am doing a nutritional therapy course, and it looks to me that your diet is to blame, you may as well be eating so called “healthy diet” e.g. whole grains, lots of fruits, avoiding saturated fats etc, but this just might be the opposite of what your body needs, what is demanding to function properly. everyone is different, every organism is functioning differently, you may have more or less of certains enzymes, acids, bacterias etc so your body make up might be totally different from your friend , husband or child, and while they might be perfectly healthy and slim on a diet you follow, this might make you fat and ill. this is where metabolic typing comes in. i highly encourage you to read a fantastic book “the metabolic typing diet” by william wolcott, you will find there a test so you can find out what type are you,and then you will know excactly which types of food to eat,to stay healthy and slim. and then you can still follow Joel’s Huge Dinner Diet by simply choosing food stuffs that work for YOU! hope that helps, and good luck. it worked wonders for me.
How is it possible to pack on Muscle still by eating only these foods? I’m 5’11” right at 200 lbs and about 20 % bodyfat. I still want to gain muscle but amd required to eat an abundance of calories (around 3200) to pack on muscle I was told. Mostly protein, good fats, and good carbs. I don’t see how this is possible unless I’m grocery shopping every other day to keep food in the house. Can you help out? Thanks again!
I like the sounds of this! Way easier to make meals and you lose fat! Sign me up!
Forgot to add I am also diabetic insulin dependant so it makes it tough sometimes… Just looking for a little help from anybody I guess. Thanks again
I thought that is what Americans did wrong in the first place. The Big Breakfast Diet ebook that you created several months ago list several reasons for not having a Big Dinner diet. I don’t really see the reason to eat a load of food towards the end of the day when a majority of people are about to hit the hay within three to four hours. If the meal is super large some my even fall asleep sooner than they expected. I think the program won’t work for a majority of people especially people easily fall asleep after consuming a large meal. I think it will just be a reverse of the Big Breakfast Diet with fasting in the morning and a giant meal at the end.
Huge Dinner Tonight. The 16 foods read like a grocery list for one of the best dinner parties ever! I would love to post that exact list and tell 12 friends to bring a dish containing only those natural ingredients. What a great idea!
Amen! How can we get the rest of the world to see that these are the REAL convenience foods? Pop open a box of blueberries, rinse, eat! So far, it’s 9:30 here in California and I’ve logged 8 single ingredient foods already! Yummy veggie scramble on protein depletion day!
Most of these can be grown in almost everyone’s own yard (or community garden) and there’s added nutrients in each of them that way because they’re vine-ripened.
In order to get the fruits/veggies to be the right color and ready for sale at the store, the farmers pick them while still green and add gasses to ripen them on the way to the store. They don’t get the natural nutrients they’d get if they were left on the vine until ripe.
Love it! It’s so true that eating “clean” makes a huge difference in how you look and feel. I can’t wait to hear about how huge dinners tie in!
sweet man, hard to give up bread though
You are TOTALLY right with the ONE ingredient foods being dynamite…for sure! I love your posts…. Look forward to daily emails from you. I WILL only eat one ingredient foods this week and then I am on to your “25-day” program. I just received my BCAA’s, protein and metabolism… and workout too, I almost forgot… So, here’s to your program! Here’s to the rest of you out there joining this mission! All the best! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to hearing more success stories…including posting my own! Catch ya’ll on the flip side!
Food in a box? Is that food?? jajajaj! :P
