CB-tastic, a HUGE Dinner, and Secret Ingredient Fat-Burning Foods

Posted by Joel Marion

My main man CB-tastic just got in town today and shortly after his arrival we both sat down to a HUGE dinner full of secret fat-burning ingredient foods.

A few things you should know:

1.  CB-tastic is Craig Ballantyne.  DUH.

2.  I’m releasing a new program called The Huge Dinner Diet tomorrow.  It involves huge dinners.  It also involves fat loss.

Like, LOTS of fat loss.

How much fat loss?  Take your body weight and divide it by three.

Now multiply it by a BILLION.

That much.

3.  Secret ingredient foods are by far the best fat burning foods you can possibly eat.  In fact, here’s a list of the foods we included in our HUGE dinner tonight, each of them containing the magic “secret ingredient”:

  • Filet Mignon
  • Spinach
  • Apples
  • Blueberries
  • Cranberries
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • Wheatberries
  • Walnuts
  • Pumpkin Seeds

I didn’t lie when I said the dinner was huge.  I also didn’t lie when I said dinners of this size are part of a new rapid fat loss diet I developed, The Huge Dinner Diet, due out tomorrow.  And I didn’t lie when I said that ALL of these foods are made up of secret ingredients.

Do you know what secret ingredient all of these foods have in common?

Simple:  ALL of these foods have only ONE ingredient – the food they are.

Broccoli is made up of broccoli – that’s it.

The ingredient list for raw walnuts?  Raw walnuts.

Hey, what’s in those cherry tomatoes?  Oh, I know!  Cherry tomatoes!

The absolute best fat-burning foods are one-ingredient foods — whole foods that contain only one ingredient.

They’re natural.  They’re not processed.  They contain vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, and more…in their natural form.

Many folks ask me to analyze their diets and I find that they’re full of highly processed, crapola foods.  If it comes in a box, throw it out.  Instead, try this for just one week:

Eat only natural, unprocessed one-ingredient foods:  meats, fruits, vegetables, oils, nuts, legumes, and seeds.

See how much better you feel.  See how much better you LOOK.

How about you?  How many one-ingredient foods are in YOUR diet today?  Will you join me in eating only one-ingredient foods this week?

Let’s go for it…

I’m always trying to eat clean…BUT by far, the most hard part is staying away from PASTA…I’ve read and seen in a ton of books and reports telling me to stay away from pizza and spaghetti!!Even the whole grain ones…
My will force is big and I still can resist, but I want to punch everybody in the face, hehehehe….I know you talk about cheat days, but you have to agree that eat clean for 4 days and “pray” for the day 5 arrive soon to satisfy your cravings isn’t “easy”.It can be done and I’m doing, but still it’s hard!!This is just a outflow…
Hope to hear good news from you.
Antonio.

I’ve noticed for the past couple of years (just turned 40) that my body has a harder time with processed foods and carbohydrates. This makes perfect sense. Now, I just have to follow through!!

Just an addon to my comment…
I’ve ALWAYS heard, inclusive HERE at your blog, that dinner is the meal you should EAT LESS???And now you’re sugesting a “HUGE” dinner diet??
That’s a little bit controversal,hehehe…
Love to hear what you’ve got to say about it Joel…
Good day and God bless.
Antonio.

It looks like wheatberries are the only complex carb on the list. Thanks for the info Joel!

Excellent yet again, Joel. Saving people’s lives AND saving the planet at the same time! Way to go :) I look forward to reading more about the new diet.

I love this philosophy and stick to it wherever possible. I’d also much rather eat a big dinner than a big breakfast – bring it on!

This is very informative. Thank you for sharing the information.

I definetely need to check this one out. I need simple, and dinner is the one meal I would prefer to eat (I don’t seem to have a problem skipping everything else on a busy day). I look forward to seeing what you have to say this time!

I’m smiling because I think back to when I was really young; the only foods I would have eaten are the filet mignon, apples, and blueberries. Interesting how tastes change. I don’t think I’ve had wheatberry ever, though.

This sounds very interesting indeed. Can’t wait to read more!

I love your philosophy and had tremendous success with XFLD. Loved the recipes in XFLD. Eating clean and one-ingredient foods is such a simple approach, yet very effective. I’ve felt the best I have in years since eliminating unprocessed foods (along with soy and keeping wheat to a minimum) from my diet several months ago and incorporating Roman’s weights workouts into my exercise. My taste buds have literally changed, and I appreciate the real taste of real food. I love cheat days too. I have the body and health I’ve always wanted. Looking forward to the recipes. You are a true inspiration.

Love your writing style. I always know when I read your material that I’m going to learn something and have fun learning it. Thanks. By the way, does CB come to visit you to get a dose of humor? I love his info, but he always seems so serious.

Found your article and information very interesting, although I guess I know this it is soooo hard to eat this way this day and age. I also really, really enjoyed reading what everyone else had to say. In the last 4 to 5 months over winter i have stacked the weight on so reading anything that will kick my arse into action with my diet is muchly appreciated……thankyou

HAHA! This diet would really tick off my wife who loves to dirty every pot and pan in the house when all I want is a steak. COUNT ME IN!

Thank you for this simple reminder. I try to eat this way, but am not 100% successful yet. Today is a new day and I’m making a fresh start! I’ve dropped 30 pounds but still have some to lose, my trainer says 11 more pounds as long as it’s pure fat. So thank you again for this reminder, when I read things like this it helps motivate me! I would like to hear/read the answer to the question about the protein shakes. Thanks again.

Simple, easy, and obvious! Strategically eating – and avoiding processed food with preservatives – is a great way to get healthy.

I have been adding whole foods into my diet and scaling back on processed foods over the last 2 weeks and have seen a difference! I have more energy and have even lost 10 pounds. This is great info and something everyone need to try!!! :D

So true- I’ve been trying to follow this eating regime for years, I just need to really step it up and make sure I follow it to the ‘T’!

I’ll try eating single ingredient foods this week- it should compliment the upcoming 3rd cycle of XFLD that starts tomorrow!

I’m enjoying your concept…the foods you’re recommending are tasty and I can see how this diet would be a good experience and not a sacrifice!
