I could use the system to lose the wieght I need to so my arthritic knees and ankles will not suffer as much and to help control my diabetes. I have tried all the other plans and never had long term success.

I’m so intrigued about this program because I personally know it work. When I read the excerpt info, I immediately began asking people if they’d heard of Joel Marion. Many years ago when I loss 78 lbs over a 1.5 year time (slow loss), there was a time when I had only a few pounds left to lose. One night when I was out with friends, I had some french fries (something I just didn’t include in my eating plan). The next morning my weight was neither heavier nor at a standstill. I was and still and amazed about this concept. That being said, I knew there was something to having those fries at that time. I’ve just never seen anything written about such a concept then.

I really would appreciate this information for my husband and myself. I want to encourage him to lose some weight mainly for his health. He has some medical issues that prevent some forms of exercise. I thank God that nothing serious has happened to his health so far, but I get scared sometimes. I need some encouragement for both of us to start eating healthy and being healthy so that both of us will be there for our two children as they grow into adults. Thank you for all the information you have given us so far about this program. I’m excited to find out the details.

Also, i would like to utilize this program to help me with the lifestyle i am seeking to transition to. you see i just finished doing the master cleanse and i lost 13 pounds however i am beginning to gain back because i am having a difficult time changing my diet. i am looking for the right diet plan for me to help speed up my metabolism. i have been exercising and so far so good with the exercise that is but if i don’t diet right i know i will gain the weight right back and it is my will that i don’t. after reviewing the 5 principles that you have laid out for the xtreme fat loss program i know that it will work. also. im having a hard understanding what is meant by calorie deficit. and i know by doing the program i will better understand the principles and be a living testimony that this program absolutely works without a shout of a doubt.

I am getting ready to have knee and possibly hip surgery and have 80 lbs to lose, and am really frustrated with lack of mobility.

I am borderline diabetic, and have been trying for the last several years to lose weight, especially the abdominal fat I’ve been carrying around since my last child was born (and she is 15!). Hi my name is Gizelle I’m 56yrs old this year. I’m highly insulin resistant & nothing has worked for me to date. I’m hoping that your extreme fat loss system will be my saviour. I MUST fit in my jeans before May 15th, that is 2 WEEKS! Scary deadline I know! I am going on vacation after 3 years and I REFUSE to buy bigger clothes! And of course I want to be FIT, and feel good about myself! I don’t know any other way that I can lose 10 pounds of pure fat, in such a short time, without compromising my metabolism and my health. I have read tons of diets and programs for loosing weight and becoming more fit. While all will work if followed exactly, very few can become a lifestyle that allows fitness and weight maintenance for life. I have been losing about a pound per week for the past 15 months. The conglomeration of methods that I have been using have even overcome my thyroid condition, but lately my progress has slowed to a crawl. I believe that your extreme fat loss program may be the boost I need to continue my journey to a healthy weight for life.

I am intrigued by the research and development of nutrition/exercise programs that manipulate the body’s hormones in a healthy and sustainable way for maximum fat burning. I would like to put theory into practice and see if I, at age 41, can get in the best shape of my life.

I have been fighting my weight all my life and several years ago the light came on that I really need to take control and seriously fight this battle. The reason I would like to win your weight loss system is because at this time it seems I am taking a pill for this and a pill for that. Getting my weight in control is the key to solving some of my medical problems (i.e. high blood pressure, acid reflux, etc.). I am a weight watchers lifetime member but just can’t seem to get with the program right now as I have no appetite or taste for food much anymore. Makes you wonder how I’m maintaining my current weight I know. I really only need to lose about 10-15 lbs. Help!

The research Joel did is excellent IMO. Figuring out a way to out smart the starvation mode is really top shelf thinking. I can fully understands why it works when you create a moderate caloric deficit through both diet and exercise and eat again before the “starvation cycle kicks in. Dare I say “genis.” I is clear this would result in a steady reasonable weight loss — Can’t wait to report back the success results and become one of the “older guys” that can prove it is possible to lose fat quickly and safely while building muscle and tone-up all at the same time… Thanks so much Joel for the info!!! I believe this program is for me because I have been looking for a program with a tailored diet and exercise program to the lose the last 10-15 pounds I have been trying to lose after having my son. He is almost 2 years old and I have gone down to 137 pounds from 180 pounds. I know 137 pounds seems reasonable for my 5’5″ frame, however I am interested in trimming these last pounds to get a more toned and muscular body. I want to find the healthiest way to reach my fitness goals; this will also help me continue to be active and keep up with my energetic son! Thanks!

I was always on the skinny side growing up during high school. Skinny fat that is! Now I mange to pack on 30 pounds thru weight training and bulking phase. I did pretty good though, but my stubborn belly fat remained even after eating all clean food and clean diet.

I am currently enrolled in a weight management program. I am seeing results. I am eating healthier and living a more active lifestyle. I feel that this program will be a fantastic supplement to everything that I have learned. I believe this program will take me that extra step to overall success.
