This program is perfect for me because I believe a “diet” should HELP my body function at it’s best. Most diets impede our bodies ability to be the best machine it can be. Your system not only helps our bodies function at it’s most efficient, it trains us AND our bodies for long term health. I am disabled and the more weight I gain and more unhealthy I am, the less quality of life I have. Your system is perfect for ME NOW because being in shape for me is directly related to how much my body allows my disability to impede on my life. I have been getting good benefits from the various interval training exercises and diet modifications during the past year but have not reached the level of fitness that I am striving to obtain. I have used a couple of your plans that have pushed me and made me realize what is possible. I am 50 yrs old, 5’10” and weigh 192 lbs – not bad but not great. I think that with the gains I have made, the push of finishing your “xtreme fat loss diet” is what I need. I would like to share it with my 20 year son who doubled the freshman 15 in his first year of college by gaining 30 lbs.

This program is the perfect way for me to recover my fitness and athletic appearance following rehab of a knee injury suffered last November. I am 50 years young and previously enjoyed running half marathons, adventure racing (mud runs, warrior dash, rugged maniac etc) oh, and I am a Tough Mudder! and love rocking extreme fitness programs like P90X, Rev Abs and Insanity. Unfortunately, my previously mentioned knee injury stopped that fun cold. Now I am carrying 20 lbs of unwanted fat and need something that produces results to kick start my motivation to get busy getting fit again. My personal creedo is “fit or fat… your body, your decision”. I believe I need some hard core help. My daughter is getting married in October and I want my hard body back for the wedding. I am 51 years old. Last year on my birthday I said, “Oh my God, I’m 50 and I’ve turned into an Oompa-Loompa!” This year I said, ” Oh my God, I’ve turned into a FAT Oompa-Loompa!!!” HELP!!!

I can’t eat for my body type anymore, hot flashes must have changed that. Tosca Reno, Clean Eating, says that some people must accept the fact that they will need plastic surgery to get rid of fat. I can’t figure out Suzanne Sommers. I spend my mornings with Jillian Michaels, I’m still not shredded. None of the afore mentioned programs allow you to cheat. I like to cheat. Your program sounds like I could lose back fat and not keep searching for the prefect bra that eliminates back fat. The program sounds like I could follow it anywhere I happen to be and that is good. Hi Joel, I have been following your suggestions and have found them beneficial to me. I am 64 years old and have recently lost about 50 pounds on another program. I need to lose a few more pounds to get my body fat % under 10. My lean muscle is improving through diet and exercise (90 min. every other day). To maintain my current weight I only need to consume about 1000 calories/day. I think your program would help me to get lean and stay healthy. At my age that is what it is all about. Regards Mike.

As a father of three boys (ages 8, 12 & 13) and myself being 49 I want to teach them the importance of proper nutrition and training, I see that the best way of teaching my boys this is by DOING i.e. show them by DOING the program so they can see the RESULTS.
I have done a few programs from some of your best mates (John Romaniello, Dave Ruel, Karine Losier, Vince and Flavia Delmonte, Craig Ballantyne, Mike Geary, and John Benson) and have seen some great results, I’ve created a home gym that is the envy of everybody in town (invested 10 grand in a TITAN gym)

It would be wonderful if I were to win your fat loss system. Of late, I have been having minor health problems here and there as I advance in age. My doctor has told me that I am at what he calls pre-diabetes. He’s informed me that an avoid diabetes altogether if I drop the extra weight–55 pounds. Your program would help me to reach my health goals to avoid daibetes altogether. I for one would be most grateful for all the help I can get–and your program is a winner!

I need help. I have was always thin and healthy. I graduated with a degree in dietetics and despite my knowledge have gradual put on weight since. I am now 29 years old and over 25 pounds. I work as a nanny and when I switch jobs from watching 5 kids to a single infant 2 years ago my weight jumped and I can’t seem to get it off no matter what I do. I box 3 days a week, I have eliminated simple carbs from my diet, and never eat high carb foods after 2pm. I don’t know what more I should do. I know I need more exercise I just don’t know how to get started. I am ready and prepared to make the necessary changes and I feel that Fat Loss 2.1 is exactly what I need

I feel like I’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. I’ve actually put on weight on some calorie controlled diets where the company has even provided the food and only eating 1000 calories per day! Your program looks like the real thing. I think this diet would suit me, I am struggling to find the right eating plan that I can stick to long term, one that yields long term results. its mostly a struggle in the mind, ify mind is on track so is my diet and exercise. because I LOVE sweet desserts and savoury foods, a cheat day im sure would help my previously wasted efforts. Because after an abusive marriage and a terrible divorce, I need something to make me proud to be me again. I want to be healthy, fit, and happy, not just for me but for my daughter. I want to prove that you can be knocked down, but you can get back up and be better than ever.

I’m a 58 year old guy that’s put on an extra 60 lbs. over the last five years. The result is high blood pressure that requires prescription drugs and a recent 6 week course of radiation treatment for cancer. The doc says the most effective thing I can do to improve my chances is to drop the extra weight and keep it off. Easier said than done though. Lots of opinions on the subject out there. As I really enjoy watching the grass grow from this side and can follow directions, your program could be the winning solution for me. It certainly beats the alternatives and I have nothing to lose, but everything to gain!

being physically challenged as a disabled vet, a lot of exercises are hard or harmful to me. But since I’ve been following the diet plans and other info from you, I’ve loss a significant amount of weight in a little more than 6wks. even my blood sugars and pressure has begun to be in acceptable range. so have my chlorestol and tri glisoride levels not to mention my A1C. all this have been confirmed with my doctor at the V. A. hospital. Knowledge is power and I need more power to continue my weight loss so that I may receive a much needed hip replacement.

I’m an almost 40 year old man, with 80lbs to lose…you know, it’s time for no more excuses. If I want to accomplish everything I’d like in this supposed second half of my life, having a healthy body will go a long way towards that and I feel that this would provide a great focus for me.

I believe this program is exactly what I need to help get to the body and weight that I desire. I’m an ex firefighter turned RN. Prior to changing careers two years ago I weight 185 lbs and walked around in 9-10%. I was able to achieved by doing the typical diet of eat 6-7 meals a day and supplementing. This type of diet was very time consuming my day revolved around my next meal. Now that im an RN my schedule is very unpredictable with no access to a kitchen and days that can last up to 14 hours. I read reviews on your plan it made so much sense to me. I also read one of the books you had on your website that talked about intermittent fasting. I think your plan falls very close to this as well. I am currently 190lbs and unable to see my abs your plan is exactly what I new to get back to where I was once and I truly believe in your views an I’m willing to devote 25 days all out.

I have been working out for over 10 years and have never been able to get my body fat down to desired levels. I used to go to the gym for up to 4 hours at a time. I eventually started strategic dieting. Recently I came across some preview material that Joel released around intermittent fasting and pre-cheat depletion. I was able to give this a try for a week and really liked it. Unfortunately I had minor back surgery 2 days ago and I cannot work out for 2 weeks now. However, I plan to come sprinting out of the gate (literally) and to spend those two weeks studying and planning with Xtreme 2.1. Also my fiance is starting to buy into my fitness philosophies, particularly around avoiding processed foods. If I can show her impressive results of my own at a boat party we have in June I believe I will be able to make a lot of progress getting her to really buy in and solidify future healthy habits. Hello there, my name is william Heckstall.As a two sport athlete(American football & Baseball),i was always strong,and big as a senior in highschool.weighing 295lbs .my body is like muscle to fat ratio is 50/50.It’s no wonder losing weight is on the minds of so many people,such as me.At least 68 percent of American young adults are either overweight or obese. But understanding the reasons behind why I should lose weight,and get ripped is my healthy ,and wellness. facing life-threatening medical conditions such as me blood pressure, asmtha ect,can be hard for me at some times .in conclusion to that,i truely hope I recieve the xtreme fat loss system.
