Totally interested in this. Have always been a healthy, fit woman, and have in the past enjoyed canoeing, running marathons and other races, and long distance biking and swimming. I have honestly been on a roller coaster of weight loss since High School. I am right now 32 years old 5’8” and 245 pounds. It was this time last year I was down to 215 and was doing pretty well. My goal has always been 180, but every time I get just within that area I falter and end up going right back to where I started if not at time exceeding it. I have found things that have worked, but I need to find something I can stick to. I have watched your videos and listened to the podcast you had posted and this truly sounds like the structure I need to be successful. Who knows maybe I can actually hit that 180 mark I have always dreamed of.
Being recently divorced as well as recently enrolled in school my finances have pretty much turned upside down. Because of this the structured diet I used to be able to afford is not such an easy feat these days. Not to mention if I could afford purchasing this great plan I would! So this is why I am hoping to win it instead and become another success story featured in a Podcast or on one of your You Tube Videos. Right now I am trying to eat in a healthy lifestyle as well as hit the gym 4 nights a week. I feel like I have been well, but I also believe I need something EXTREME. I need something that is really going to allow me to hit my goals and do it in a structured driven manner. I believe this is what you are offering.

I’d like to see if this program really is for everyone. I have had weight problems my whole life. In my teens, 20’s and 30’s I could sort of control my weight by cutting back on sweets and treats and working out daily at the gym and playing a lot of sports. In my 40’s I had to really seriously diet and keep up the workouts, as aging made it harder and harder to maintain a healthy weight. In my 50’s I developed pretty bad arthritis in hips, knees, and spine. I had to really curtail any kind of workout. I eventually had both hips replaced at age 56, but problems with knees and spine have continued. So many years of dieting have really messed up my metabolism. Now, at age 63, I am about 80 lbs. overweight. If I can lose weight and get in shape on Joel’s program, then anyone should be able to! Therefore, I think I’m the best candidate / guinea pig for this program. Thank you for your consideration.
I would LOVE a copy of Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 because I am a busy working mother of two darling little girls. I want to be a healthy and strong role model for them. I want them to show them that to be a mom doesn’t automatically mean fat. I have tried EVERYTHING from fat loss programs to weight loss supplements and have had no success. The science behind the diet makes me wonder why this hasn’t been thought of sooner! I’ve always altered the types of exercises in hopes to break through that barrier, but since I was eating healthy, it didn’t occur to me that I needed to change my diet in conjunction with exercise. I need Joel Marios’s program because I believe it will work in helping me look and feel amazing…why? First, because based on Joel’s multiple Launch Updates and reports: 5 Sneaky Tricks to Triple Your Fat Loss and Fat Loss Secrets Exposed, I know that he is a fountain of information and experience in the area of weight loss and physical transformation. All commentaries and course of actions are based on scientific research and are explained in a friendly, understandable way that makes it possible to identify with and implement. In addition, knowing that the program tells you exactly what to eat and what to do on a daily basis will help me in achieving my goal based on a strategy. I know that I rather trust and obey a coach based on a common sense approach to fitness that has been tested, than spend my very limited time researching it and not doing a whole lot about it. Further, knowing that both, Flavia and Vince, tried it and endorse it gives me confidence that I, too, can have a strong and hot body by the end of the program.

In October 2011 I was diagnosed with “pre-diabetes.” At 5’9”, I weighed 233 pounds. My cholesterol and triglycerides were high, despite medications. In addition to my doctor’s advice, I began searching online and in academically rigorous health magazines to learn what I could do. When I learned belly fat increases triglycerides, I quickly adopted Joel Marion’s eating plan. A check-up in mid-April 2012 showed my weight at 188, and other blood levels were in acceptable ranges. Joel, I am a truck driver who stumbled across your program through Isabel, who I saw on Facebook through a friend’s pictures and comments. So weird…but anyway. I NEED your program so bad. I have been dieting off and on for 24 years now! I am now 42 and am at my heaviest weight yet. I have tried EVERYTHING but be on the biggest loser show (which I could never do). I have been reading your emails now for a few weeks and have been learning so much. Two things I didn’t know are 1) type of exercise is important, and 2) Leptin is VERY important to understand. Ok he’s the thing I’m 53 I’ve tried the P90X with good results, I have gone Primal with again pretty good results but…I still can’t get rid of that final fat around my belly that really makes the difference. It would be awesome to be able to find a program that really gets you there and what a testimony to all the people my age that struggle so hard to lose that last 10-15 lbs of fat.
Over the last five years I have slowly gained 75 pounds. You never realize it till you step on the scale being I used to weigh 195 I was just shocked at out I let myself go. I tried different diets and I would get results but gain it back or plateau I feel after reading your previous post I could actually get back to my starting weight.
I have literally tried hundreds of diets, free and paid, and nothing works. I am definitely a skeptic and the posted photos are hard to believe. I want to give this a shot. I am 63 years-old and about 30 lbs overweight; not obese, but trending towards it.
I’ve been a diabetic more than 27 years. I am type-1 insulin-dependent, producing virtually no insulin whatsoever. My c-peptide test level of <.1 confirms the diagnosis.
I use two types of insulin in multiple daily injections and my hemoglobin A1c is less than 7%–so well-controlled is my diabetes, the clinic engages me to speak to newly-diagnosed diabetics.
As you know, insulin has the side effect of weight gain.
Since my diagnosis I have gradually gained over 70 pounds using many diets; I have never lost more than 20 lbs overall and I regained most of that again.

I gain 55 lbs during my pregnancy due to being on bed rest. My son is now 21 months and I lost only 15 of thoses pounds. I went from a size 4 to a size 14. I tried everything even down to the prepackaged meals. My self esteem has gone way down, especially knowing I am trying to live a healthy lifestyle. For years I have done some type of workout program and watched what I ate. I’m not over weight but I’m not “skinney” either. There was always those areas that would not got away no matter what I did. I have recently changed my diet again by doing The Beyond Diet. I do feel better and I have been working out again but again there are those trouble spots. I have some family and friends tell me I will never get to where I was when I was 20 because now I’m 41. I will not accept that. Hopefully your program will be the missing piece of the puzzle that I need.
