Joel you are a God-send! I am 6’10”, 325 lbs with a BMI that, although my height is not on the chart, is supposedly dangerously obese. I have tried different diets – weight watchers, slim fast, low fat, low carbs, atkins, etc., etc. – all to no or short term avail. A few years back I quit smoking after having failed at numerous methods like the patch, gum and hypnosis. I finally succeeded when I found a method that explained the addiction, broke down the obstacles and proposed a common sense solution. I was smoke free in 6 weeks. So far as I explore options, Joel’s system has hit on most of the roadblocks I have encountered in a plain, direct approach. I feel with the full system I may well lose the recommended 100 pounds and live a full active life thanking and promoting Joel at every turn.

Second, I don’t do well with any program that is the same for long periods of time, the boredom kills me! So having the five day cycles will be easy for me. Third, I love food! So having a cheat day is a dream for me, will help with cravings and also make it easy to stick with. Fourth, I need positive reinforcement, and the fact that each week I will see more fast results will keep me going. I got to know you through Mike Geary (“Trough About ABS”), and when I read your “5 sneaky triks to triple fat loss results” I really enjoied it. I am an Italian physician and I quite like the way you translate scientific stuff in plain language. My objective is to get finally shredded, and so far what I have read makes a lot of sense to me to reach my goal. That is why I would like to get a copy of the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System. I have been battling my weight problems for years. I’ve tried almost every diet out there only to end up gaining all the “lost weight” back and gain even more. I’ve been following you and your e-mails since I was a senior in high school. I’ve always been big on nutrition and health/exercise but ever since I was exposed to your material, I’ve been living the better lifestyle that you advocate in your ‘cheat to lose diet’ book that I own. Because I practice your ‘cheat to lose diet’ eating style that keeps my figure in good shape and i ‘lecture’ people about this strategy of maintaining a good diet (even though I’ve once been obese when i was a youth), and a lot of people have been influenced by me and have changed their life styles through the ‘cheat to lose’by Joel Marion book that they all also bought. Having majored in human biology and studied nutrition, I like to learn and explain things in the (macro)molecular level when it comes to nutrition and exercise. And this is how i convince many people with the knowledge that I carry. I believe that a wealth of knowledge can change and influence many people around. And I can be sure that I can do that job and enlighten people with your bottomless secrets of exercise/diet strategies. Of course, I do not distribute knowledge without accrediting the authors and founders. I do not share my books or materials on public websites or share programs because I respect you and would like to make sure you take all the credit. If I hint people about this exercise strategy and introduce the term, they will be forced to cop this program for themselves because otherwise, they won’t get that lactic acid burn that will help them enjoy their cheat day to a fuller extent. Well I wasn’t going to throw my weight around (ha!) and enter because there are so many worthy entries, but then you doubled how many programs you were giving away and I thought “well why not me?”
I’ve always been relatively fit and while I eat healthy, I believe everything in moderation. In 2008-09 I had 4 (thumb, ankle, colon) surgeries which sidelined me big time. The final surgery culminated in a total hysterectomy (TMI?) which has played havoc with my hormones and losing weight. I’ve done the HCG and lost 26 lbs…and promptly gained it back. I work out on my own at the gym and at home, but find that I do best when I have a structured program and diet to follow (and I’m super intrigued by the strategies you discussed; ESPECIALLY the way to stack Cheat Days!).
It seems that all recent attempts and the things I’ve done in the past (lots of cardio, aerobics, weights) at losing weight and getting fit and healthy are not working for me anymore…and I’m at a loss and very frustrated. I just became a gramma (at 47!) and I want to feel good, look good and have lots of energy for my busy lifestyle (and boating season is almost here). Losing weight is easy…it’s the maintenance of the weight loss that I struggle with the most. How do I keep it off?

Been following your website for a few months .Realy good stuff. unfortunately money has been scares . I’ve been unemployed for almost 3yrs witch is y I haven’t purchased your program yet or joined a gym. I am a 41 yr old construction worker ,and a volunteer wrestling coach at our local high school for around 5yrs now .My son wrestles and is now in Jr college . which is how I became a coach at the high school and still am . I used to be in great shape until bout 35 maybe sooner it’s hard to say when it really slipped away . I haven’t done any training in at least 10 years or so . from my sons freshman year I found myself extremely out of shape .No longer could I wrestle with him or the kids like before . In fact 1 round seem to be way to much to do. This yr I couldn’t even demonstrate a move without getting winded . Because of my allergenic asthma , getting tired CAN HAPPEN BUT not all the time like this . It only affects me when the weather changes due to allergies RT hence allergenic . I’ve tried walking running even though I don’t have any problems, it just doesn’t seem to be enough to lose weight or get me back into shape . I understand that I’m am not in my twenty’s anymore and that’s okay . But walking around with this belly is not . HUMBLY I guess you can say I just need an experts help. My son would like to train with me like be for and so would I unfortunate . nothing I’ve tried has been able to help get rid of this extra weight . Rt now I’m around 31-32% fat 200 lbs and 5 ‘ 8 ” tall BAD RT. I haven’t quit wrestlers never quit but to be totally honest I don’t know what to do any more . And unfortunately that’s my truth ! if you could help me that would be awesome . I’m not asking to be on the Arnold or anything ,just would like to be under 15 may be 12% fat with enough wind to last through a practice with out feeling like I’m going to crash u know. Hi – I’m sitting here thinking why – I’m coming up to 60 and have a lovely partner who loves me to bits- the weight holds me back being able to have a more closer relationship- (on my part)I have tried many diets and lost weight only to gain this back plus more. I would for the next part of my life like to be fit and trim.
Having your plan would be a like a path to that goal – you have given every step a lot of thought and have in place Journals – tapes – giving you a better chance to loss weight.

Our family is in dire need to work together to become the best we can be, change ourselves and be an example to help other families get healthy. I’ve recently finished my second bout with breast cancer. Chemotherapy, radiation, and cancer drugs are nasty, but I’m not going to give up on losing this weight, knowing it contributes to cancer risks. Need this system! i’ll tell you why this program is for me: i just turned 50 and want to be healthy when i’m old….just got a full panel check up and colonoscopy (yay!) and the doctor says i’m in great shape…but i am fat…yes, i have alot of muscle on my body (gym 6 times a week, racquetball and weights)…but the fat ain’t moving. i eat like a saint but drink way too much wine ( i know, and i just quit)
anyhow, when i was 18 i won a contest for best body, ran a gym for years, and do have extreme focus
i am more than skeptical of gurus selling information, but you seem knowledgeable and sincere, so i’m gonna trust you….don’t let me down

Nothing works without hardwork. I’ll just start from this quote.
I was in shape my entire life and was never easy to maintain it, but professional and personal problems led me to healthy and aesthetic troubles, and a lot of fat gain. I’m trying as hard as I can to go back to my once great shape and everything seems to fail. I’m starting to doubt myself for now, but I won’t give up and I need a program that really shows results to motivate me. Thanks.

Hi! I am almost 30 years old and I have 4 beautiful children. I never thought I would weigh as much as I do now, but after having kids it is harder than ever to get this weight off. I have tried so many different diets, pills, and workouts…….all which I have had no success. I am tired of looking at myself in the mirror wondering what happened to me! I’m 62 and my health is not that great. I need a real plan that I can follow so I can drop the pounds, shape up, and no longer be insulin resistant and prediabetic. I also have some immune system issues that I think could be somewhat resolved with a good, comprehensive plan.
