To be honest, I don’t know if the program will be exactly what I need; however I’m praying that it will be. In a few short months I will be 42 years old, but I feel and act as if I’m already 65. After having C-sections with my last two daughters, I never regained my normal size – that was twelve years ago. My normal size use to be 127 lbs. I’m currently weighing in at 213. I have lived with an oversized gut (I don’t even see it as a stomach anymore) for the last twelve years. My appearance has caused a somewhat depression. But the real reason that I’m hoping your program will work is because I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes. For the sake of my children, I have to become healthier. So, I would like the opportunity to spend the next 25 days working towards a healthier me.
I’ve been able to put on and lose weight somewhat easily over the years due to always having 2 jobs that kept me really active and the constant travel to and from classes. About a year ago however, I’ve started a job that requires very long hours and me being sedentary. Also, I only have one class left so my commuting and level of activity has shortened greatly. Now it’s extremely frustrating to look at myself in the mirror and to really struggle to put on jeans that used to fit me very loosely months before.
I’m even ashamed to take pictures with family and friends because I feel like I look like a blowfish in all of them. In a little over a month is my best friend’s wedding, and I’d really like to turn things around. If I can get the results this program claims in 25 days, this would be PERFECT.
I recently was on another fitness program but saw little results (and yes I followed it’s meal and workout plans almost perfectly) in the 5 weeks I’ve been using it. I can say I’ve gained strength, but not much else.

Just with that said is enough to let you know that in order for me to achieve that I need to attain the knowledge that you have in order to achieve the physique I dream of. I have been bulking for a few months and I would really like to see what is under all the fat I have gained. I have never really known how to cut down strategically. All I know is that I have to be in a caloric defecit and I know that is not enough. One time I guessed my way down to a four pack but then I lost it because I had no idea how I did it. This definitely isn’t a ‘woe is me’ sob story. This is very much all very true and I can back it up with medical documentation.
Up until the age of 38, I had a very successful career working as a producer in broadcasting in Australia and the UK working at big stations including Richard Branson’s Virgin Radio in London. A few years later when I worked for another big group in 2005, I crashed in a big way and diagnosed with severe depression in 2007. The short version is that I had to leave my career after 20 years, and haven’t been able to work since.
Sure I’ve done lots of various counselling and been on medication since, but exercise, diet and fitness is typically also highly recommended by therapists and doctors to help with depression. Just one problem… I lack the motivation and the know=how, hence my physical health has also deteriorated, and the depression isn’t really improving as well as it could as a result. So it’s a bit of a vicious cycle.
I’ve been desperately trying to find THE fitness program that motivates the mind AND gets results, and for me, those results would be more than physical. I really want to get my creative mojo (and flatter stomach) back as it once was.
The will and the want are present, the knowledge, motivation and encouragement are the missing key components. So the Xtreme fat loss diet 2.1 system would definitely change all that, and give me back my life and career.

For the past six months I’ve made a conscious effort to work out harder and pay attention / document my nutritional intake, wanting to lose unwanted body fat and gain some muscle. For some reason, however, I seem to remain stuck at 20% body fat with little change. Lowcarbing initially works for a couple of days but then I go back to before levels, even though my calorie intake has not been in surplus. I have been reading Joel’s updates and am very interested to know if this program really works for me, especially as we are running into the summer season.

I’m finding it really hard to drop weight. The last 4 years I’ve been suffering from severe knee pains. I’ve had 2 mri’s and have seen 2 seperate surgeons. They both say they can’t help me. I found out I have both my meniscus torn. Slight tear in my mcl and a bakers cyst in my right knee. Gained 45 pound over the last 4 yrs. The last 2 months have been pain free due to a great product I came across. I have finally been able to hit the gym with no pain. Been an athlete all my life and finding it extremely tough getting back in shape. I’m 40 yrs old. Hopefully my knees stay pain free long enough that I get a chance to complete your series.

I have been on the weightloss journey for a year and a half now and have lost all but 20 lbs. Unfortunately I have been up and down 5 lbs for the last 6 months completely stuck. I have tried different ideas for what should work. When I got your free sample last week I decided to follow your cheat day then limit calories the following day with good exercise. Guess what? I have struggled with my weight ever since I had my children. I have tried various diets and exercised, calorie counted, etc I have done it all. 2011 I set my self a new year’s resolution, which was to loose weight and to keep it off!
I started a low fat diet some 8 weeks ago, and although I am loosing some weight, I have had to work really hard to get any kind of results. I am exercising 2 hours everyday, and watching everything I eat.
Then I stumbled on your programme! I do believe that this diet is perfect for me. I don’t mind exercising hard, calorie counting and going without as long as I see the results!
I have tried so many diets that when you realise what you have to go without it makes it virtually impossible to succeed.

I would love to use and abuse the extreme fat loss guide to lose the last 30 pounds and reach my goal of 160. After almost stroking out with a BP of 280+/150 I used the medication to reduce it to consistently under 110/80 with Lotrel and Diuretics. But after a series of blood tests I was diagnosed with high sugar, triglycerides, and cholesterol. So I now take diabetes medicine twice a day and high blood pressure medicine to control the diseases. I am committed to reaching my goal of 160 as quickly as possible and then maintaining my weight for three months and not having to take medication. With all the things that I have read I know I can utilize your program to knock off that weight quickly and easily.
And my brother was diagnosed with diabetes two weeks after me.
Over the last 6 or so weeks, I’ve increased my training from 2 to 3 times a week to 5 to 6 times a week, doing 20 minutes of interval training 3 to 4 times per week and weight training 4 to 5 times per week in attempt to lose belly fat, but I have not seen a substantial change and I have gained a kilogram (I am hoping it’s lean muscle mass!). I am not overweight (52 kgs at 167cm in height), so don’t really require extreme or rapid fat loss, but I would really like to know the correct way to go from lean to super lean (chasing that 6 pack!), is this the program for me?

After learning about this system over the past few days I believe it is the best option for me at this time in my life. It seems to be the most efficient comprehensive and strategic lifestyle system I have ever seen. Being a father of three kids I don’t have a ton of time. Everything I do has to be optimized. From what I have seen, this system is all about optimization. The idea that I can continue on without seeing a plateau is a great thing. I have been very interested in Intermittent Fasting lately and I understand that your program incorporates strategic fasting which I believe is great, especially for psychological reasons(the times I have fasted recently, helped me to understand that yes food is important, BUT it’s not all there is). I am 36 years old and weigh 300lbs I need to lose 100lbs as soon as realistically possible. If I don’t I am short changing myself and my family. I recently have lost 15lbs by cooking at home from whole ingredients and exercising, but I am ready to add more on top. This looks to be a very inspiring program, it looks like something I can fit into my life, and something that is going to get me the results I need. I want to be off BP pills, I want to be here for my kids future and I want my wife to uncontrollably JUMP MY BONES when she sees me ( sorry TMI, but true) Thank You!
I was quite overweight in 09. Was 220 pounds of mostly fat and I am 5’11. With a good diet and excessive I was able to get myself down to 183. Not bad, but no signs of definition in the abs region. It wasnt until I started using the cheat days technique (2 years after) that I actually start loosing more weight. Now I’m at 173 and need a push to get the diet routine. To perfection I must say the cheat days results had been very encouraging, so I think your whole program will be of tremendous help. Thanks for the tips!
