I’m a high school kid going to college. I want to have that ideal body by the time I get there. I started my workouts. However, I know that I won’t be successful if I do not maintain my diet. Eating plain chicken and wheat every day? Disgusting. I could not survive a week eating just those two. But I know that with the Xtreme Fat Loss system, I’ll be given the correct way to eat and maintain my diet with a variety of delicious foods. In addition, it’ll be parallel with my workout, and in eventual time, I will have the body.

I finish my workouts and am a motivated human being. If you, Joel, can be so kind to trust me and give me a copy of your system, I will NOT disappoint you!

I would like to take my weight loss to the next level. I have been doing great using your other products and advice, but I would like to boost my results. I have a big event (psht…wedding) coming up. Although, I don’t have tons of fat, I am bit of a skinny-fat guy and have been trying desperately for years to get a better body composition. Hello, I am writing on behalf of my husband. I have been trying to get my husband to understand that in order to build the muscle you need to loss the fat. He doesn’t want to listen to me.
I know for a fact that if it comes from a man and one that knows what he is doing, he will listen.

Hi Joel! I’d love to win this program. I’m a wellness professional who gained a boatload of weight while recouping from a broken leg and a severe bout of depression. I’m currently climbing out of that hole, but very slowly–so much so that it’s almost a stand still. This program sounds amazing, not only for me but for something that I can refer my future clients to as well.

I had lost a lot of weight after finding out I was diabetic, and being taken off white flour, potatoes and sugar. I used to watch all of that closely. Then, in 2007, when my dad had a silent heart attack and died 10 days later, I got off track by eating at hospital cafeterias and going out for lunch in between hospital visits. I gained 30 pounds in the next year, and haven’t been able to get back on track enough. All of the above foods raise my blood sugar as well as bringing on the fat, but I got completely out of the habit and haven’t been testing my sugar as much as I should be either. I need the daily guidance and reminders to get back on track, especially since my mom now has dementia, something my dad had for at least 9 years before he died. If things go with her the way they did with him, I need this more than ever!

I quit smoking over 5 years ago and since I have gained more weight that I know what to do with. I’ve tried to lose with dieting and going to the gym but nothing has worked. Menopause has certainly not helped my problem. I got bored at the gym and stopped going! That was a more severe mistake. My daughter is graduating just over a month from now and I’d love to be in better shape for her special time. Remember pictures add 10 pounds to anybody. I am definitely doing things wrong. this program is perfect for me at this point because I eat clean, exercise and still have trouble losing those last ten pounds. Before I heard of your program, I was at my breaking point; just ready to throw in the towel and give up, which is very unlike me. I am very determined to win this battle. I believe I have been unsuccessful because of the reasons you pointed out in your update. Specifically way too many programs focus on either the diet or the exercise without tying the two vital parts together. You make such a valid point about pairing the exercises with appropriate diet days. Being a full time student, working and preparing for a wedding next year, I dont have spare time to break down a complicated program. I appreciate how your program is extremely effective yet you took the time to explain it so it is not rocket science. I would like to drop 30-40 lbs, but mostly try to help my daughter who is in her 20’s & has been trying to lose some mid-section fat for quite some time. About 3 years ago, I went to a wedding and when I looked at the pictures I could not believe how overweight I was, I was embarrassed! I am 5’1 and I was weighing 150 lbs. and the reason why I let myself go was because I thought to myself “Its baby fat; it will go away”. When I looked at the pictures I was determined to lose weight. With research, I realized that it was not just about losing the weight, it was about the lifestyle change with the activities and the way I eat. That’s how it all started, and now I am down to 118 lbs.
I am getting married this year in August, and I absolutely want to look my best as every bride does. I am having trouble losing stomach fat. I am toned and I eat healthy on a regular basis but I need a program that will make the difference. I am confident that with the Xtreme Fat Loss diet I will achieve my goal.
