Hey Joel! I am so excited about this program and I cannot wait to try it out. I am graduating high school in May and before I know it, I will begin college. Go Vols! I recently donated my hair to sort of get a fresh start before college. I have tried other “diets” but the weight always comes right back. I am looking for a whole new healthy lifestyle and I believe that is exactly what this program could be for me. This program could give me the body of my dreams and the confidence to live my life to the fullest. I truly believe your years of research will pay off with the results I and many others can achieve with Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1. I cannot wait to try your amazing program and finally discover the “Sarah” that has been hiding all of these years. Thank you for your hard work so that others can achieve the unimaginable!
I’ve generally been pretty healthy/fit, but after years of focusing on family and work, I have slowly and steadily put on a couple of pounds/year without being particularly indulgent in my eating, and now want to lose 20-25 pounds. I’ve been dieting and exercising again and have lost a few pounds, but as you’ve predicted in the 6 teaser updates for Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1, my progress has plateaued. I’ve already plotted out ways to adjust based on the information you have already given, but I am concerned that it is going to be ineffective without the full information. Everything you have said so far sounds good, but with only the 6 informational updates, I am concerned my understanding is too superficial to really make lasting changes. Thank you and I hope you consider me for this very generous gift.
I would love to follow your diet and exercise plan. The strategic dieting, leptin manipulation, synergistic exercise, and cheat days I know would help me reach my goals of finally losing the baby weight so people won’t wonder if I’m pregnant anymore, fit back into my wedding rings, and to be the prettiest mommy at my children’s sporting events. I would be so happy from the inside out and am ready wholeheartedly like never before.
I received a second email so wasn’t sure if I was allowed to post again. If not, then please disregard as I don’t want to chance disqualifying myself.
I really need this. I have literally been overweight my entire life. The last 58 have years I dealt with the taunts and teasing. That aside, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1983. I’ve beaten the odds because I was able to be active. I didn’t get weight off or keep extra from coming on but now that I am having more issues with my MS I am struggling with my weight. I am now at least 150 pounds overweight, 30 more pounds since November. Nothing has worked my entire life. I was active as a kid, raised on a ranch, we were physically active because we had chores to do as well as raising and showing horses for hobbies. That was not a sedentary life by a long shot. My mother fixed balanced, healthy meals so we ate sensibly. I have never eaten a lot, at this time my six year old grandson eats more than I do. The weight won’t come off and I am actually gaining. I need help. I am starting to have more episodes with my MS. The extra weight is making it more difficult to remain active, which in itself is doesn’t help the progression
of the disease makes weight maintenance and especially loss, impossible.
I NEED HELP. My life literally depends on it.
I’m 63-years-old with Type II diabetes, nerve damage to my sciatic nerve, and osteoarthritis. I also use a walker for stabilization. I have tried just about everything that said it was safe for diabetics as well as a few that weren’t. I’m 5’4″ and currently weigh 265 pounds. I exercise as much as I can and watch what I eat—mostly—but I can’t seem to get below 250. I’d dearly love to get down to even 200 so as to be able to MOVE more. And move better. Free would be good as I’m on a VERY fixed income. ::chuckles:: I would dearly love to get healthier.
I’m a Type II Diabetic. I’d gotten lazy in my eating habits and exercise, and packed on 110 pounds over 10 years. The doctor told me I needed to change my routine immediately, but essentially I only got a blood test kit and some tablets. I’ve had to work it out on my own through trial and error to discover what converts to a high glycemic level in my blood, and when to eat, and what, and how to exercise. And it’s been very frustrating.
I’ve already cracked part of the secret, and have dropped 10 pounds through eating 5 meals a day of whole grains, fibre, protein, complex carbohydrates and looooots of water and some teas. Soda is gone, and I don’t miss it. And I’m walking consistently with a little bit of free weight lifting. But I know the next level is within reach with the right guidance. I’m crossing my fingers I win that chance with your system. Thanks, Joel!
Hi,
I am hoping to try your program as I weight over 300 pounds, have had a gastric bypass that failed and from what I have read through your email correspondence and web site. this sounds like a program that I could live with not just a crash diet, I want to include my teenage daughter as well who is starting to put on some unneeded weight and show her better ways to eat.
i need access to this information because i wanna look great, feel great, and live a healthier life style. I tried everything and nothing seems to pull through for me. Im up and down between diets. And losing and gaining weight. I NEED something that works. PLEASE!!!!!
Jacob
I don’t believe this programme can offer all it says, so unless I try it then how will I know…………..
Winning this program will really help me finally be able to wear a two piece with confidence, something I haven’t done since I was like 3 years old.
oh and did I mention that I have to get in shape for a 5 day hiking trip in June? This program would totally get me in shape for it!
Because I’m your perfect test subject;
Female
43 years old
need to loose 10-15 lbs of fat
I already work out and eat healthy and have great self control and motivation. I will be able to follow your program for the full 25 days because I am disciplined. You won’t be wasting a free program on me, I won’t let you down. I am a personal trainer and certified in Sports Nutrition. When I get results I will be promoting your system on facebook to my LuLuFit fans and clients :-)
I love food. I love to cook. So I find it very difficult to diet and deny myself.
I turned a corner with exercise when I started to learn which exercises would specifically do what I wanted – to burn fat. That along with a structured guide, now means that not wasting time with workouts.
To have that with eating as well would mean even better results. I have always struggled with my weight. Being able to keep eating and lose weight would be awesome!
Hi Joel. I don’t know if this program can be used by teens, but I am 17… I’ve struggled with my body since I was 13. Dieting, bingeing, laxatives – I’ve tried it all. (later learned that those aren’t exactly healthy methods…) I follow a fairly healthy diet but I’m now heavier than ever before. I’ve learned all I could about the great phenomenon called weight loss (by this, I mean FAT loss) but nothing has worked for me… I hate how insecure I am. I have zero confidence, I avoid socializing and going places because I’m so uncomfortable in my body. I’ve tried to stick to diets and have lost a few (1-5 lbs, nothing more) but like u say, you eventually gain it back (which I have) and you end up worse off than before (so true). I’ve read all about this program and it’s the ONLY one, out of the many I’ve researched about, that actually makes sense to me (cheat days always made sense lol) and tells me that I’m not hopeless – that one day, I’ll actually be able to change – to wear a bikini- to go places and feel good about myself. I don’t know what else to do… I’m desperate. I’m willing to change my whole lifestyle around for the better… I sure hope that this could be the ammo I need.
Ruth
p.s. lol same here, ^Preet!
This sounds like a great program!!!!
Hi,
I just lost 65 lbs of fat in 7 months (went from 38 to 14 percent body fat) and the last 5 percent have to go before summer! Up till now dieting was easy, just don’t eat at mcdonalds every day, but I need to learn some new stuff to help me shed the last pounds.
Thanks!
I am in need of a program that works! I’m still carrying 40 of the 60 pounds from my pregnancy 3 years ago. On top of that I’m pre-diabetic and after losing my father recently I want to get healthy so I can be around for my son for a very long time. In spite of all of my motivation my will power is non-existent. Please help!
For the past few years, I’ve lost just over 20 pounds and I’ve been able to keep it off. But, I cannot seem to get the last 10 pounds off even though I work out regularly and eat pretty well. I really need something to help me get out of this plateau and get that last 10 pounds off. I’m looking for something that helps guide me along a healthy lifestyle to keep me strong, toned, and healthy!
I’m almost 32. I manage a bakery cafe where I’m, in many ways, a dad-like figure to the kids that work there. And I used to be a high school teacher, so I’ve been a mentor my entire professional life. One who needs to set a better example.
This year my debilitating depression flared again, and I had a kind of breakthrough: I have never been able to be able to value myself enough to set meaningful goals. I’ve spent my whole life sabotaging myself, not because I couldn’t achieve, but because I’ve never allowed myself to feel worthy of success. That kind of negative self-talk is like a disease.
To heal, and to be healthy, I need a challenge. I need to do something I thought I couldn’t do, even amidst the time constraints of a fifty-five hour a week job.
But, more than that, I need to stop hiding. What little free time I have is squandered because I don’t have the energy to keep fighting the myriad battles I’m determined to win. Oh, and yeah. When was the last time I let myself date? Maybe I don’t want to answer that. (Sigh.)
Look. I might have spent years as a whiner, but that’s over. Done.
Your program offers no room for excuses, strong tools to stay on track, and will only let me move on with my life. I might not have the biggest “need” amongst the other contest entrants, but I will have the best success.
I am 52 years old and I used to be able to work out more vigorously teaching my spin classes 4-6 days a week. I now have arthritis and spinal stenosis so I no longer can work out like I used to. I try and swim a few days a week but that is nothing like the workout i got when I was teaching spinning. I recently lost 20 pounds on my own but need to lose 50 more pounds. I have a big family history of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. I want to lead a healthy lifestyle and eat nutritiously to help me prevent (or slow down) the progression of these inherited diseases. I have lost my previous weight slowly (over 7-8 months) and now I need a program like yours to help me with the rest of my weight loss. I need guidance and assistance (something that YOU can help me with) to help me achieve my goal and put me on the path to a much healthier and better lifestyle to help me delay or put off the possible progression of my family diseases for as long as possible. Thanks (and I hope this post isn’t a repeat but I didn’t think my first one posted).
I have been struggling with these last 20 to 30 pounds since the birth of my youngest child who has just gone off to college. I have the time now to devote to MY workouts and health. I would like to set a good example for her also. I have quit smoking and am afraid to gain any extra weight with this. I have learned a lot from the valuable tools I have been reading about these last few days. I like how the program is forgiving(actually allowing cheating days). You can tell there has been a lot of research and it appears to be more enjoyable in learning how to “trick” your body into weight loss. Life long habits can and will be formed.
i have been reading everything you send, and i read everything your mates send. I have been absorbing this information and now feel confident that i understand all the concepts that you and your fellow experts advocate. I completely trust your expertise in this area, not only because of the results you get with clients and yourself, but because of the research you do. I appreciate how you turn this complicated research into readable information for the average person. You and your fellow experts have over the last 6 months given me the confidence to change my body, for the long term from the inside out. In Sues H’s words, you must change from the inside out, stick with it and you will see results. Im doing this, Im feeling it on the inside and i love it, and I know Im ready to stick with it – plus I also now know I cant do it alone. I need a program to guide, encourage and specify what i need to do when and why. I cant wait to be healthy from the inside out so i live longer, feel great LOOK GREAT and have loads of energy for life and my family. k.
This is gonna be amazing. My boda deff needs a BIG change.
Since becoming parents almost 20 years ago and both being low income earners we channeled all our funds into feeding and educating our 2 sons. Getting a free copy of your awesome program would mean my wife and I could do something for ourselves and finally start to live our lives. S. O. S. Joel!
