Hi Joel, I have been reading all your emails, and would love to win this diet. I am a 47 year old mom, weigh 240 pounds and have high blood pressure and last blood work has shown my blood sugar levels are rising. Not diabetic yet, but I am afraid I am heading that direction. I have tried many diets and some have worked for a while, but when the weight doesn’t come off fast enough I get discouraged and give up. That is why I KNOW your program will work for me! I have been trying to get a handle on trying to help myself become more physically fit and healthy and I have not found the answer. I have had some health issues with high bloodpressure with an occurance of my heart going into AFIB. I know that if I had the tools to help me lose weight, eat well and get to the fitness level I want. I am ony 52 in my mind to young to go through all this stuff. I do teach Zumba but it’s not getting where I need to be.

I’ve always been a big guy since as a teenage and after finishing college for my BS degree in Information Systems Management. I have a problem, and the truth is, it is my lack of self-esteem to approach to a girl that I don’t think I had a shot with. I am overweight, to say the least and I need all the info I can to be in shape. I am self conscience of my image, and if I look good, I would feel confident and feel good. I have been active with martial arts, but a year back, I broke my left ankle making my left knee feeling weak. If there is something in the guide that can help overcome my weaknesses, I will share what I’ve done to make it that far. But for now, it’s just wishful thinking.

I hate being fat. I hate being skimpy on meals and taking forever to lose weight is is very discouraging. What I’ve seen though looks like short term “pain” for serious gain. Immediate and visible results I can handle that. Either way thanks Joel for doing the leg work.

I am a forty-two year old female and had a slim figure and could eat whatever I wanted until I hit twenty-five. I still turned heads in my early thirties but do not feel comfortable with my body anymore. I am currently 178 lbs and 5’6″. I work out and eat healthy but will always crave chocolate! I have been able to lose twenty lbs but never seem to get past that and always gain a little back over time. I’m frustrated and want to be confident and feel beautiful in my own skin again! I have been dieting and training with many success’s and dissapointments over the last 6 years, Lost 70 lbs but still have a lot a belly fat and moobs. I have tried many different programs from P90x to Scivation Cut Diet with no success on getting rid of this last bit of annoying and uncomfortable fat. I am so excited to try your new sysem and am anxiously awaiting for its arrival.

This program would be great for me to increase my metabolism, lose fat, build muscle and help me lose weight. I am getting married in July and this is the kick start I need.

The usual stuff for me, busy life, kids, tried this diet, tried that diet, they all worked taking the weight off but none of them kept it off. I want something that actually works.

As I see it, we all have a choice. We can dwell on the sad state of affairs and moan about how it must be impossible to be fit and healthy. Or we can take a look at those people who are successful and ask, What are they doing right? How did they overcome the obstacles that have tripped up so many others? We have so much to learn from people like you and hopefully I am given the opportunity.

I have recently discovered the need to get rid of the self-defeating self-talk as soon as possible. There are many reasons why you think the way you do but the most important thing to realize is that your thoughts ( which result in your self-talk) form your reality. Hey Joel I have been doing a lot of research on workouts and fatloss the past two years I have done a lot of different diets and workout plans but haven’t had the results I had hoped to accomplish. I have recently come across you and the extreme fatloss diet and have done a lot of reading and research on it I think its awesome and just from reading the reviews i believe this may be the plan that would work I have tried to apply some of the peices to it from what I have gathered online but would absolutly love to have the whole program!!! I’ve been trying to loose my weight since 2008 but I’m still struggling with getting rid of excessive fat around my belly. I do workout 4 -5 times per week on a regular basis and various exercise includes weight lifti laterng, core trainning and running, however, my weight has remained about 90kg for more than 4 years. I assume that my character is easily to get stressed and excessive amoint of cortisole may contribute my weight problem for a long time. I have to loose my weight before it’s getting worse and it may cause dysfunctional physical health later. I wish to get your solution that may greatly influence to reduce my belly fat in a short period of time..Thx for your time to read my story…

I would love to try your program because like any number of 30-something year old moms & wives out there I have put my family first and my health/weight were put on the back burner. I don’t need to be a size 2 again but I do want to be a healthy active mom for my children. No more sitting on the sidelines, no more “mommy’s too tired,” no more “someday we should go hiking.” I want that day to be now – but I know I can’t get there through some crazy fad diet. That’s why I would like to win your book.

I’m a pretty strong athlete, but my weight fluctuates between 12 – 18% body fat, and I know if I had the key to eating and exercise cycles, I could get down to 10-12% and be much healthier. Plus, my wife holds out when I’m on the upper end of that range, so I might get a little more of the sweet stuff!
