I need help!! I workout 5 times per week, yoga and a run on Monday’s,hiking or skiing Tuesday,Wednesday weights at the gym, Thursday workout with a trainer, Friday weights with a friend and often a run on Saturdays. I eat relatively clean, bread only on Saturdays with eggs, no sugar, no white flour, no juice or pop and yet I am still at 36% body fat. I see what other people eat and drink …I would be 400lbs if I ate like that. Once again HELP!!

I used to compete in clean bodybuilding, my last competition was 4 years ago. Since then I have been steadily gaining, gaining , gaining. I still workout, but do more hot yoga then lifting. I have had a heart attack, stints, and pacemeker/Defib. I have to lose weight & exercise or my Drs tell me I will not live as long. My BMI is obese. I have tried every diet, etc. over the years. Hey Joel, I feel your plan will be just what I need to help me convert all the hrs I spend a week in the gym into positive results as I have found it very frustrating going the gym five days a week & only being in average shape.

I think this program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I have been working at the diet and exercise thing for a year now. I would love a free copuy of your program. I have always struggled with my weight and being helathy. I’m a 43 yr old newlywed with hx of type 2 diabetes/colitis/gastritis/cholecystitis/fascitis/hiatal hernia/hyperlipidemia and to save my life not only do I need to lose 70 lbs and keep it off but make consistent lifestyle changes. Hi Joel, I think the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System would be a perfect fit for me, because as it stands right now I am 30 days away from my brother’s wedding, which I am a bridesmaid in, and the last thing I want to do is still be a size 12 by the time the actual day rolls around.
