Hi, Joel. I am a Soldier of 25 years in the Army and a Texas peace officer for five. I am 49 now, but during my last Afghanistan tour, I blew out my knee. The surgery put me on a crutch, then a cane. It was over a year before I got my strength and balance back.

I was assigned a desk job and ordered not to exercise in any way until the Doc cleared me. That took 9 months. The recovery period sent me spiralling into a sedentary lifestyle and a weight gain of 30 pounds. I need something that will tell me EXACTLY what I need to do, step-by-step, so that I don’t have to think about it — just do it. I understand what it means to push the body hard, so as long as the goals are set, I have the will to achieve it.

ME! PICK ME! :-) I am a new mommy back to work with little time, little sleep and want my old body back!!! Nothing is working! I have exactly 28 days till a beach trip…not to mention I have a BIG mouth and will advertise to everyone I know! I am a disciplined, motivated person ready to give it a try…25 days-let’s go!!!

I’ve struggled with yo-yo weight since my mid-20s. Now at 44, I still haven’t found anything that gives me the right tools to consistently manage my health, fitness, and weight. I haven’t lacked motivation, but I never felt I had the tools to be successful. Now, moving into a more stressful and demanding work field, I need to make sure my body can deliver where my mind needs to be!

I want to become a fitness model because it has always been my dream to be a model and also to be outstandingly fit. I weigh 230 lbs. My self esteem is so low at the moment. I just feel fat and ugly all the time. I’m only 35. It can’t all be over yet… A bit of motivation and a good program is all I need to get there. Last chance?

I have tried to lose weight for a long time the appropriate way, but it never seems to work. I also have many friends who deal with the same issue, so I would be extremely happy to share the information with my friends and family, so we could all pursue a healthier lifestyle and slimmer complexion.

I wouldn’t want your job of choosing 10 deserving people to receive a free copy –

I am 61 years old and have not seriously exercised in many years. I am having problems with my legs and need the motivation to get moving and build my body back up. I would love to have as much of the muscle and energy back that I had when I was a teenager so that I can feel great again. This is why I need this information.

My entire life I have always been “the fat kid” always an asthmatic outcast, to be made fun of, not even allowed to eat lunch with the kids in Band. Since I was 14 I have been working out to try to lose weight and get stronger. I managed to get stronger, but I never lost fat. When I started college I starved myself terribly while working out for 2.5 hours a day and lost about 60lbs in 12 weeks, but a good amount of that was muscle, because although I got smaller, I didn’t really get much more definition. Since then I have learned a lot more about nutrition and I’m a lot healthier now, but I have still never been able to see my abs or obliques. I just have this stupid frustrating tire sitting around my waste and I just can’t get what I have been working so hard for, for the last 10 years. I still just feel like the fat kid eating lunch by himself. I have been trying to learn all I can about nutrition in the last 6 months, trying to figure out what caused my body to store and lose fat, and I’m really impressed with and excited about this product, I have been telling people to look it up because I really believe that it can give me the results I have been trying for. Fitness is a lifestyle change and I know I can sustain what this program makes possible.

Hi Joel,Your program looks extremely interesting and I have been closely reading your previous emails… trying to imagine exactly how this is all going to look when applied! My husband and I both are interested in trying something “new”. We have each attempted a few weight loss techniques but just can’t seem to take off or “keep” off the unwanted weight. I am a PE teacher and I believe that LEARNING with your program will help me to help not only myself but also my family, my friends and my students. I am not saying I will “copy-paste” the program to them, but I am really motivated to reach my goals and would truly like to help others reach their goals also. I truly believe that I can only to that with your help, knowledge and expertise that I am 100% sure this program will garantee.

From what I have read and learned with you, I truly believe that your program is the only thing in the market that will help me get rid of that stubborn belly fat, because I believe the info inside it will be go much beyond the general guidelines everybody tries to sell as the “secret weapon” to get lean.

I am 100% commited and in the last 3 years I have tried everything, combining high intensity interval training, strength training and eating ealthy, and I am still following this pathway. I have got leaner and dropped my body fat percentage significantly, but at the moment I cannot see other solution to get leaner than using your Xtreme Fat Loss System.

I am a fitness instructor that doesn’t look like one. I had breast reconstruction surgery November 8, 2011, post breast cancer. My body rejected the implants, so surgery #2 February 1, 2012. Again, my body is all wonked off so I go in for surgery #3 May 3. This all boils down to the last 6 months I haven’t been able to work out at the intensity that I need to to keep me lean so I’ve packed on 12 lbs mostly fat cuz I’ve added inches as well. After my recovery period of 8 weeks, hopefully I can hit the gym again but it will be summer and I will still be 12+ lbs heavier. I need something that’s gonna make a difference and get me back to wearing a swimsuit before it’s time to wear a winter coat again. I’m gonna need something extreme, for sure.
