I’m 19 and I have tried to lose weight as I am pre diabetic, and have plateud, I need Help!! (:

Hi Joel,
I would love to win because I hope it would let me lose those 10lb that I gained and struggle to lose. I do excise 3-4times per week (mostly run or walk)and just don’t know what else to do to get rid off that unwanted lower body fat. I eat pretty healthy and try to avoid junk as much as possible yet I still carry that extra 10lb. Please help me! I know most people could say what is 10lb. in comparison to 40-50lb. others try to lose but it is really challenging and I don’t really know what else to do.
I would also like to help me husband to lose 35lb. It would improve the quality of his life (stop snoring, improve his self image, just be more energetic and heathy).
So please help us both in archiving that perfect weight we both want!

I simply want to get into better shape so that I don’t have health problems later on in life. Being healthy is good. Getting that way is hard, takes time, and lots of effort. Programs like yours help make that happen. I want it.

I’ve literally been obsessed with dieting and my appearance since I was about 13. My self esteem has gotten even worse with every failed attempt and I NEED something that will work quickly, and be Xtremely effective, even if its hard work because I want to feel good about myself again and I want to inspire other people to feel the same.

I’ve studied various nutrition and exercise strategies, but have never found any to be combined synergistically other than ‘lift hard, and eat big’. However, those never do much good for me as I end up gaining more fat than muscle. By using the hormonal effects of exercise and nutrition to enhance the effect of one another, I believe we can achieve the strength gains desired, while maintaining, or even losing body fat. I am a regular to sites such as elitefts, tnation, etc, but your information seems to take the best of all I’ve read. I’d love to test-drive the full system now, and have used some of the basics with success. However, I never strive good. If there’s a smarter/better way to do it, I’d like to know.

I’m about to embark on a 4 month trip from Australia to the London Olympics via Europe taking care of some athletes I work with. The entire trip is focused and their best mental and physical status before their big race.

I have been following your “Launch Update” emails very closely, and as a result, I have realized that there is a science behind trying to lose weight. We need the “right tools” to make it work.

The reason why this would be the perfect program at this point in my life is because I’m 43 years old, and I have always struggled with my weight since I was in middle school. Quite simply, I’m tired of trying to figure out how to burn fat and gain muscle the “correct” way. I want to transform myself to the bikini-model body I have always dreamed of. Furthermore, I’m a single mom and I would like to help my daughter with her battle of trying to lose weight the “right” way and staying healthy and fit.

I have looked at all the previews you have presented, and believe that this program could get me past the plateau that I have reached (once again) to finally turn some fat into lean muscle for life. I’m in my 50s, and would truly love to lose some weight to ensure that I stay healthy for many years to come. My second child is turning 2 in a couple of months, and I’ve still got the baby fat! I have done EVERYTHING. I can avow to the fact that starving yourself DOES NOT WORK, I have literally gone a week without eating only to lose 1.5 lbs. These 15 lbs just won’t budge. I’ve tried supplements that Dr. Oz has recommended. I am jogging 5 miles every other day. Joel…please tell me what I’m doing wrong!!!

I have lost 45 pounds in the past year but I’m stuck. I have been trying to lose another 10 pounds for a couple of months but without success. My core is stronger and my percent fat is down but not changing. I still have it a small blob of fat on the belly!

I need this because I’m high risk for type 2 diabetes. I just had a beautiful baby girl and I want to live a long, healthy life so I can be a great mother and role model. My mom died recently at 60 due to complications from type 2; my dad has type 2 and I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. I have the motivation, now I need the strategy.

I have tried every diet known to mankind: Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, Medifast, Mediterranean, low-fat, low-carb, and on and on…. I am very interested in trying something that allows me to successfully lose weight and keep it off, while allowing me to actively participate in life. To never be able to eat a piece of birthday cake or enjoy an ice cream cone with my children does not appeal to me. But as I get older, I need something that can work in conjunction with my daily exercise that works. Thanks!
