The biggest reason is because I need a life change that I am in control of. The economy, housing market and the lack of good jobs has crushed our spirit as a country. I like many people have lost their way and need to gain control. Regain my health, my vitality. I want to be there and be a source of inspiration to my children and wife. This program can be a blue print for everyone to follow and regain a sense of self. It offers an easy to follow plan of training with a diet based on science and experience. Fasting with cheat days just makes sense, i just need the details. Please help me regain a part of my life!

I am on a personal mission to get healthy. To date I have lost 100 pounds through diet and exercise. I am finding this was the easy part. It’s the last 30 pounds that have gotten harder. I admit to not being a great eater, I have a tendency to go in those streaks where I am awful, to put it kindly. Because of this those last 30 pounds have been difficult to get off my body. Naturally, I want those 30 pounds to be as much fat as possible, and no sacrifice of muscle. That is where the Extreme Fat Loss Diet fits. If I can lose about 25 pounds of fat while incorporating cheat days, this will put me extremely close to my goal weight. The cheat days will also have an added benefit of curbing my awful eating streaks. If I can cheat once a week I won’t feel deprived of the junk I tend to love and go off on an awful eating binge. It is certainly easier to stay focused for a few days versus weeks on end. In any case, I will continue on towards my goal and I will achieve it no doubt. In January I resumed my quest to be fit and look great without my shirt on. When I started 2 years ago I was 54 and weighed 288 pounds. January 1st I weighed 254, at the end of March I weighed 232 and now I weigh 229. January, February and March I lost 2% of my bodyfat. In April despite increasing my calorie burn it seems that I have hit a plateau. There is an event Memorial Day weekend that I am going to attend and I want to fit into some leather jeans that are a size 38, that would be a 4″ size loss. My goal is to have 10 % or less body fat by August 4th, 2012. I would be a great test case for your system. If you can help somone my age accelerate his weight loss and become fit and ripped, it should prove to anyone that it can work for them. I would also be an inspiration to my counseling clients, many of whom are overweight which makes their depression worse.

Since back surgery in 2008 I have put on about 50 extra pounds and feel awful. I have tried all kinds of stuff and nothing seems to work. Your plan feels like a lifestyle instead if a diet and that is exactly what I need!

I would like to win this product for more knowledge on how to better take care of myself. I am 23 yrs old and almost my whole life i have been overweight. I am 5″4 weighing 195 lbs. (losing 20 lbs in the last 6 months through BD) I have already had high blood pressure and I fight a skin disease made worse by gluten. The disease causes lumps, cysts, and open sores that constently drain. I was told to lose enough weight so my legs wont rub when walking, making it a lot easier to care for my skin. I believe one day God will heal me, but until then I need to continue healthy habits for myself, my husband, and son. And when I do get better I will still continue feeling good by being healthy.

I am eager to get my hands on your product. I am morbidly obese. I have tried every ‘fad’ diet available to me, and if I am able to lose the weight, it piles back on two fold after I end the diet. This is why I am interested in your program. It is not a diet but rather a lifestyle change that I am so desperately in need of. I need to lose 130 lbs to reach my ideal weight. My parents and siblings are overweight, and I am eager to set an example. I want to show my family and my patients that it is possible to work hard and be healthy. I would like to see how this program is different from other programs that are out there, I don’t have time (or money) to go back to the gym right now so I do mu push ups, sit ups, cardio on my own every day, Still can’t lose the spare tire though

Hey, I know Im not going to win, but Ive struggled with my weight for years. Never ever really been proud of my body, and I’m a swimmer, so the weight doesnt really help. I’m a normal BMI, but I’m what you call a skinny fat. I look just normal with a shirt on, but when it comes off its obvious. If I was picked it would be cool, but no biggie

Hi I am Elliott I have tired dieting and exercising for the last few months after people started picking on me about being fat with a bmi of 26. It is also affecting my love life as when I go to a club I am the only guy to not get a girl and yet I am one of the best glitters out of all my mates. However, since I got fat I have lost all my confidence. Please help me to get back to my old self by giving me this system I think it will really help me.

I have been 60+ pounds overweight for 12 years now at 45 yrs old losing weight then gaining it back. It all started from me stress eating due to family issues and since I was never overweight as a child/teenager I didn’t realize what I was doing to myself. I started once again dieting a few months ago, lost 25 lbs. and now I’m at a standstill. After reading your updates I realize my body is probably in starvation mode and I would love to learn more about the program and how to properly use the cheat day (before and after) and lose fat, not muscle. Hi my name is Courtney. I’m a husband and father of one. I don’t know anyone personally who have transformed their body in the manner I would like to change mine. I want to be that person. I want to transform my body in such a way that it would inspire others including my wife. Also, I’m not exceptionally good at sports (although I love soccer and basketball) and I know nothing about cars. So, sometimes I wonder what my son (who’s 21-months old) will remember about me (besides being a hard-working, loving and devoted). It would be rewarding to know that he will remember me as always being the most ripped person he knows. The person who set an example of how to lead a healthy lifestyle for him and our family and hopefully inspire him to live his life the same way. Why me? I am barely 5’4″ weighed 312 at the beginning of this year but have managed to take off almost 40 pounds on the HCG diet. While successful, try living on a 500 calorie a day diet! well I cheated a bit and ate probably cloer to 800, but I deserved each pound I lost. I tried doing it again, since it worked well, but I miss eating. I know playing around with the metabolism is the key to weight loss and frankly, I can’t go back to 500 or 800 calories. I need to get this weight off, so my knees get better. I believe I am a sexy young (43) woman underneath this flab and want to look as great, as I know I am. I hate mirrors, they never reflect the person I feel inside. Make me look on the outside, on the inside…..PLEASE HELP.

To me this program will be great because I want to play soccer professionally for MLS but I have trouble losing weight. I can gain muscle mass easy from athletics but I can not seem to burn fat. This year has been awesome for me muscle wise and running wise but I strruggle with fat loss. I weigh 203 and I want to lose 80 pounds to achieve my goals.

I recently gained 45 lbs in a 9 month span due to a series of injuries. I need to get my diet in check and lose a lot of weight fast so I can get back to my active life style. I have done extreme diets in the past that have worked, however, I do not want to take those kinds of risks on nutrition anymore.

I’m 50 years old, have hit menopause, have Hashimoto’s and messed up my back last year and ‘let it go’…I’ve gained 40 pounds, but have 10 of that off now.
