Like many people, I have been struggling with my weight for a long time. I’m not fat, just a little bit ‘jiggly’ I guess. I have been a member at my local gym for 7 years now and I have been practicing yoga daily for a few years now. Ive also drastically modified my eating habits so that I can finally attain the body of my dreams. I’ve seen drastic improvements over the years but I still have some fatty deposits that I cant seem to get rid of. I think I will eventually get there but your program looks like it will provide that final link, that final little secret that I need to reach perfection.

We’re going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

After reading your Xtreme diet system it really caught my attention. I believe I have tried many other diets (with workouts) without the results I want. And I work hard at it every day. I work out every day in some form. I’m very excited to see some results… AND, I think my husband is actually interested in trying it, which is AWESOME for me… And it appears it is all layed out to make the success much easier. I’m ready for it. BRING IT ON!!!
I completed slim 4 life two years ago and lost 35 pounds. I never lost that last 10 pounds or so to get a less lumpy tummy. I have now gained 20 pounds back because of my stupid sugar cravings coming back. I have thought about going back just to be motivated to eat right again and lose the cravings. The problem is that I wanted something that incorporated exercise also in order to not lose muscle just fat. Well, I think your program is exactly what I need. By the way, my husband did the program also and has gained his weight back just like me. We are both ready to get in shape together.
Right now I’m in the worst place in my life. I am 26 years old and have stopped going out socially because I am so ashamed of how I look. I have tried eating clean and gyming, but after weeks of being “deprived” and working hard, the results are so minimal that it just demotivates me. I have searched heaven and earth for a solution and then I came across your system. It’s made me so excited to think that the change I am looking for is possible, quickly and with the reprive of cheat days in between. I so desperately want to get rid of the excess 14kgs but it seemed impossible until now. I am desperate. I almost resorted to buying diet pills from the uk which are banned here in South Africa! I want to feel good about myself again, I want to feel healthy and enjoy my youth instead of hiding behind baggy clothes and locking myself behind doors. I want to get back to gym and be able to train without feeling ashamed of all the jiggle when I workout. I want to LIVE again. I know that this system can help me get my life back. My 27th birthday is in August and I want to be the best version of myself for it. And your system can get me there. And keep me there. Your system can give me a new life and be the answer to my prayers.
Hi
Been reading your info and it seems right on. I stayed up tonight hoping it could get your info for free. Hopefully I can head off diabetes and a heart attack with your program. I hope it has a good grocery list of things that are available and cheap.
This program is a perfect fit for me because I have tried everything else. The program is practical and doesn’t deprive the body of the good stuff. I train hard 6 days a week and I want it to show.
I’m so tired of loosing wieght and going back to the same eating habits and gaining all my weight back. Your e-mails have already helped me tremendously. They have been very educational in teaching me how to boost my matablism and not starve my body like I have been if feel like the information I’ve already gained has helped me in making my eating and exercising habits long term not short term. I would love to learn more and have more tools to help me have a long term change its not a vigorious diet. But a total life change that is workable to beable to eat more of what I like and not fall trap to the same roller coaster I’ve been on. I started the fat loss facter 3weeks ago and lost 17 pnds already I just hope for once this is my answer to a life change but still being able to eat more of what I like and not getting tired of a diet once again. Thank you for ur info u have already shared :)
I am sitting here wondering if a free copy is such a good thing. I am thinking that if I get a free copy & I don’t commit to doing everything you advise then my cop out is “Well it didn’t cost me anything , no loss”. I am not sure what price you are charging for the program but maybe I should give you my Credit Card details & keep a personal journal (where I have to answer to you & for that matter your readers). If I cannot perform to the results you expect me to reach then it’s gonna cost me. Food for thought (good food that is!).
Do not have a lot of spare time and also getting older, need help keeping metabolism at a higher level. Also fighting pre-diabetes and high bp.
this program is the perfect program for me in this point of my life because i know that this program would help me. i need access to this information because i want to know the secrets of fat loss
I stopped working in July last year and have been a stay at home mother since. I have gained 15 kgs (33 lbs) since July. Sadly, back then I was already at least 20 kgs (44 lbs) over weight. So now at my heaviest at 110 kgs (242 lbs) I would really like to try the XFLD. I have tried EVERYTHING! The more I try to lose weight, the more it keeps finding me! I have enjoyed reading the launch members updates, especially #5 ‘Proof the XFLD Works’, real people, real results. How inspirational is Crystal who lost 32 lbs in 25 days! I look at all the photo’s and read the testimonials and see that the XFLD WORKS! But more importantly that it can and will work for me. Thanks so much.
Hey Joel,
I am a former international swimmer and going through medical school now. Quite a while ago I was super fit the way swimmers are. But that is a thing of the past when i could train 6 hours a day. With medical school and my fitness going for a toss, it’s quite embarrassing to wear swim trunks now. With the extreme fat loss 2.1 system which sounds so awesome, I will definitely get back to shape like before even if i cant train 6 hours a day. Please please help me out over here.

I need this program because I am stuck!! I was an emotional eater, if I was upset, I ate. If I was bored, I ate. If I was tired, I ate. Whenever I felt bad I turned to food, I got up to 210 pounds; I am only 5’5″. I did the binge diet merry-go-round for years. I would lose 20 pounds and gain back 25, lose 25 gain back 30, and so on and so on. Over the last year, through a lot of soul searching and journaling, I have made friends with my “self destructive/emotional eater self” and have earned the position of “Rational Adviser”. Every time I feel the urge to eat when it isn’t meal time, I ask myself; “why do I want to eat?” 99.9% of the time it is not because I am hungry, so I advise my “self destructive/emotional eater self” against eating and 90% of them time she listens, not a perfect record but leaps and bounds above where I was a year ago.
I’ve managed to lose 35 pounds through proper eating, and exercise, mostly hiking, walking and recently running and playing soccer. According to the BMI calculators I’ve found on the internet, 145 pounds would be a health weight for me and that is my goal. I have not lost a pound in three months; I want to use Extreme Fat Loss 2.1 to kick start my body into letting go of my last 30 pounds and reach my goal!!
XFLD 2.1 is perfect for me. I am always looking for an optimal nutrition program that is complete, effective and easy to follow. Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 has it all. I look forward to getting the most out of this awesome package!!!
I need this system because it is really a matter of life or death for me. I have had a heart transplant and have been doing well, but its a fine line as I have had rejection 3 – 4 times and the teatments for the causes of rejection can easily lead to heart disease. My goal is to lose 50 plus pounds so my heart will not have to work as hard as it is now being overweight. I am not like many people and feel like I do not deserve special treatment for my condition, but while others try to get healthy my condition is always on a day to day basis. Certainly, the medications have taken a toll on my body, but I have been somewhat active even though the steroids have almost destroyed my bones. Joel, whether I win or not is not a big deal to me I would just like to be able to live hopefully for another five to seven years and that starts with losing weight. I appreciate your work and your tips for living a healthy life. Thank you for your time to read my comment and have a wonderful day.
I am currently in school to get my Associates in the Science of Personal Training. I am also, holding 278lbs, I am so sick of ZERO results. I need help personally, so I can be successful professionally. This is my life, I need help and love your articles and the education you send out.
Sincerely, Marlene
Hey Joel. This program would be perfect for me because, as it happens, I am a little over 25 days away from the first team hockey selection for my school. The competition is incredibly tough and I do not favour my chances. I have been training for a while, performing cardio and HIIT workouts, and have seen a great improvement in fitness, but no improvement on the fat loss side. I am one of the bigger players, all the others are naturally lean and athletic, and to lose 25 pounds of fat between now and trials would be just incredible. I am not a sporty person and never thought I had the chance to play for such an important team. I do not want to mess up this chance. It means a lot to me to help represent my school, and I want to put the best me I can be forward at those trials. Your program will turn me into the best me I can be. I am also having a small competition with a friend to see who can get into the best shape. Although this is far less important, it would be a nice thing to win. So at this point in my life, more than ever, I need to lose weight. Thanks, Joel, for your consideration.
I am 28 years old, 220lbs and have liver problems. I deeply believe that your program can help me lose weight and therefore make me more healthy. I’m nearly 30 and haven’t seen my abs yet! I am still single and my unhealthy looks is a major turnoff. So this plan is perfect for my body and hopefully my lovelife!
My husband and I are just coming off the HCG diet. I am looking to start a program that will continue my weight loss and incorporate some specific exercises to get rid of the extra weight around my waist and firm up my abs. It looks like your program would be a good match. The HCG diet is a calorie restricted diet and I have done fasts before. So your diet sounds like a perfect continuation toward my weight and fitness goals. So far the science you have presented fits in perfectly with my idea of an effective program that is driven by discipline, logic and results. I am anxious to start.
I am 5′ 9″ and currently weigh 167 lbs. and would like to get down to 135-140 lbs. I am currently doing Zumba classes at least 3 nights a week. We belong to our local health center with access to exercise equipment and various fitness programs.
I would love to be one of the winners of your program!
My BMI is normal. I’m 169cm, 58kg, 20 year-old female. Everything seems ok with the numbers here. But, believe it or not, I have gained 4 kg since year 2011. I had my body fat percentage measured last July, and it was at an alarming 27%. Since then, I worked real hard, trying to strip off the extra fat, which is especially prominent over my belly and thighs. From body pump, abs workout to spinning classes, I had once become a gym fanatic by hitting the gym 7 days a week for consecutive 3 weeks. I began to slow down to 4 days a week when I realized that my body is not coping so well. I tried diets after diets, ornish to water-cress, wheat belly to paleo, nothing seems to scare my belly away.
With my latest regime of mostly paleo with some natural grains and tuber; 2 days of 1 hour bootcamp, 1 day of weights and spinning, 1 day of sculpting and spinning; my belly seems to have gotten thicker. I’m too ashamed with my flabby thighs, wondering where are those sculpted and toned thighs that should come complimentary with my hard work……
I’m tired; tired with all the gym routines I had to run to, avoiding food that I once liked the most. Since this is another chance, I’m not a person who gives up easily, and therefore I decided to give a try right now!
Aloha Joel. I’ve been on a fitness journey since Oct. 2011 and been using the Truth about abs program and had great success. To date I’ve lost 25lbs and can’t seem to get over the hump. I’ve been stuck at 230lbs for a month now and feel its time for a change. A quick change that is. I’m 5’10 and my ideal weight is 200lbs for now. We’ll see how lean I am then and decide if I really want to get lean after that. One goal at a time. After reading the updates I got so excited I was trying to put my own program together using your updates but it ain’t happening. Hopefully I can win one of your programs which I believe in my heart is perfect for me to finally reach my goal of 200lbs and be a lean muscle machine. Mahalo and Aloha! Dean Lono
I have been struggling my weight my entire life. After weight loss surgery (gastric bypass), I lost almost 90lbs, but since the first 8 months out, I haven’t lost any more weight. I’m now coming up on my two year anniversary, and still have not lost any of the additional weight that I know I need to lose. I need that extra kick in the butt to drop my remaining weight, and to get that lean body I’ve always wanted. My body has handled the weight loss pretty well so far, but it is not as lean or toned as I wish it was. With that extra bit of motivation and guidance, I know I could achieve even better results. I know that diets aren’t the solution, and the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 system is not a “diet,” but a lifestyle change. I already made some drastic lifestyle changes when I had surgery, but they obviously weren’t enough, and I feel that this 2.1 system could be the final blast of change that will bring me those dreamed of results.
I am 44 y/o female & my husband at 52 y/o; both in healthcare professions and We have a 4 y/o son. I am starting to feel so disgusted on how I look & much more feel now that i am seeing “pannus” or belly fat in front. I have to lose this weight for myself to be a model to my patients esp to my 4 y/o son!!! I find it so difficult to stay on proper eating habits & much more to exercise regularly due to my hectic work schedules!! My husband needs to do it as we are both to tire easily and dont have the energy to exercise daily no matter how much we know the importance of it! We both need help for our son’s! We need to be physically, mentally fit to be able to keep up with out son and the physical & mental demands at work…
Please guide and teach me how to do it right & stay on it!!!
Hi Joel,
First of all I wanted to say what a big fan I’ve been of these past few Xtreme Fat Loss updates. I guess to truly sell my case to you I should give a little bit of context. I started my fat loss journey last August. I was an embarrassing 310 pounds, and was just miserable about myself. With my sister getting married in December in Mexico, I knew it was time to TRULY commit to my fitness dreams. I signed up for Mike Changs workout program, and with it I managed to lose a whopping 100 pounds, sitting pretty at my current weight of 210.
I couldn’t be happier walking my sister down the beach, but unfortunately I’ve hit that point that I feel like I can’t beat. The dreaded Plateau. I just can’t seem to shed the last thirty pounds and truly fulfill my body image dreams, so when Mike sent me your link, I jumped at it. I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed, and I wasn’t. Your advice on cheat days is EXACTLY the kind of counter intuitive yet effective knowledge I need to truly make my dream come true.
So I leave it you. I would be absolutely THRILLED to get a copy of your program, because I know I have the tenacity, the will power to finally get rid of my gut. I’ve proved it in sweat and tears, and now all I need is the knowledge to go all the way!
I need this program because I have literally tried everything else to lose the last 20 pounds and nothing has worked. I currently eat two meal replacement shakes a day, count my calories, and workout at least 3 times a week. I have been able to maintain my weight but I would love to lose the last 20 lbs. I am a full time college student and work full time so I am already super organized when it comes to dieting and sticking to a plan. I already focus highly on my protein intake which will come in handly on the full protein days and I am more than ready to have some cheat days on my diet! I believe that, with my busy schedule, if the program can work for me then it can work for anyone! I would love to be able to get the program and finish my weight loss journey!

Hey, it’s Joel! So you want to know a little more about me, huh? Well, I’d be happy to oblige :-)
I guess it all started back in 2001 (my freshman year of college) when I was just a “skinny fat” 19-year old kid. At the time, I was spending close to 2 hours a day in the gym (now my workouts last about 30 minutes), and despite my efforts, you’d probably never guess I worked out a day in my life by looking at me...
