I’m 35 with 4 kids one with extreme special needs and I’ve recently went back to grad school to be a special Ed teacher and I’ve recently found myself having no time or energy or motivation to get back into shape. The last 10 pounds are proving to be the hardest part of this long journey. At my heaviest I was 5′ 6″ and 227 pounds. I started dieting 6 years ago and quickly lost 80 pounds that year with little exercise. I kept that weight off and started to incorporate exercise (another 5 lbs down). This year I decided was my year to FINALLY FINISH WHAT I’VE STARTED!!!! I entered my gym’s 90 day challenge. I am weight training and/or doing HIIT workouts 5-7 days/week. I am eating clean and carb cycling. In the last 90 days, I’ve increased muscle by 2.5 lbs, lost 5.1 lbs of fat, and lost 2.6 lbs off the scale. I have the commitment and drive to lose the last 10, now all I need is the Xtreme Fat Loss Plan to show me how!!! Please help me finish this!!!

I’ve always had a hate/hate relation with any set of scales.When I was a kid growing up I wore “Husky” sized clothing.When in basic training I was in the “Fat Boy” program and loss the weight needed to get through…Thank God they replaced the Height/Weight standard with calipers.
While in the military and even after I lived a active life.It wasn’t until my late 30s that maintaining my weight became a problem,my weight gain was insidious…until one day I stepped on the scales at a hospital I was working at and was to heavy to be weighed.That was a wake-up.

I really need this program. I am a 18 year old boy studing that loves to study sport science. I found your aproach very interesting, but i never thought to needed arround 6000 calories for the leptine to raise to significant levels. I really see all the strategic aproaches you did and i really want to try it so i can lose fat. I actually compete internationaly taekwondo and do bb. I also need some research, and i found that is very difficult i can get those many cals in “healthy food” (money issue more than apettite), so thats why i really want to do this program and know exaclty what im doing and why before i start (science behind it). Im a high level competitive sportsman here at my country (Chile) so i in some way could also influence on my team mates to try it.

Because I am going to have to go on Statins to lower my blood pressure and cholesterol as well as loose those few more pounds that just won’t come off. I don’t want to rely on tablets but do want to have a healthy body.
I am 5’2″ & weigh 209#. I have gained a lot of weight over the past year due to stress. Part of that is due to a traumatic accident my son had. He fell 28 feet off a ladder & crushed both of his feet. He is making progress, but it will be a long recovery. I gained 20 kg during my pregnancy. Now I’ m 70 kg and I wear 16 instead of10.(156cm tall)
I go thorough so many diets but at last I gave them all up. I can say they worked for a short time,they temporarily made me happy,but after a while, again I gained the weight that I lost,and sometimes even more.
On the other hand , I can see the side effect of them in different aspect of my life,I ‘m the witness of loosing my hair, my sight,… and some of them made me nervous and short tempered.(lack of their knowledge)

I have spent the last 20 years of my life raising my kids, taking care of my family, and not taking care of myself a lot of the time. I love to read about fitness, healthy eating, and new exercise programs. I have tried many but have yet to get the results I desire. After trying to get back in shape and losing the battle slowly over the years I need more specialized help.Poor health from several accidents and injuries incurred have limited my exercise regime and I need to look to another avenue for help. i am hoping this works before it gets worse.

I tried this last night let’s see if I can get through. I have been trying to lose weight for years. I have stopped taking medication that was puting weight on and lost 40 lbs. but, I can’t seem to lose anymore. My father was dead at 42 because of a heart attack and his sister had by-pass surgery. Get my drift?
My mother lasted another lasted another 40 years but, was miserable because of colitis, lung nodules and a nice mass behind her bladder. She also had gall bladder surgery.

I have motivation to be an all around healthy person. Your program is very intriguing especially with all your research that I have followed up on myself before I submitted this entry. I eat well, exercise, and believe that with the right variables in diet and exercise that you claim and advertise work together as a power combo will help me achieve my goal to be lean, strong and in control. I struggle with 30-40 lbs and I do not want it to defeat me. My body’s power deserves to be strong, healthy and lean but starving it or pumping it with chemicals seems like I would be deceiving my health in some way. I’m probably just like most people on here. I am 32 years old. I have been overweight most my life. I am physically active for my size. I ski, ride horses, exercise, bicycle. Yet, I carry too many pounds. I have researched nutrition so much that I don’t know what’s the truth anymore or what’s myth.
I was overweight as a kid, but no less active that other children. At about 15, I decided to change my eating habits. I started reading labels. This combined with adding weight training into my life had me slowly dropping inches off my body. But, I am a type A personality, and with that comes the thought, “well, that worked, more will make it work more.” I developed an eating disorder. I was skinny, but I ate very little fat, about 10 grams a day tops. That then moved into carbs. I limited those as well, no fruit…too sugary.
I sought counciling for my disorder, and now use a food log, but I have become paralyzed by information. A researcher at heart, I read everything, but I know nothing, one thing conflicts with another. I came across your information and finally uttered a relaxing sigh. Thank heavens for a plan like this. Plans I can follow, to a tee. And this involves food! Fruit! Again, sigh. I have already dropped 7 pounds just based on your messages. I am excited to continue the process with your program!
WHY: I am 33 years old and have been lifting and (some) running 4-6 days a week since I was 18 and have never truly achieved my peak physique. I have read many books and have made minimal steps but still have the damn “spare tire” with a soft layer of fat all over. Joel, i am badly in need of access to this content because i am a 30 yr old desk job guy with 29.6% body fat, 248 pounds weight, 175cms height and planning for my marriage early next year.
