I am a 46 year old woman. I weigh 225 pounds, but haven’t always been overweight. I used to be athletic and very active. And I want that woman back. I love myself and think that I am a beautiful person, but I want the outside to reflect the inside, and for others to see that. Never in a hurry to get married, I got married for the first time at age 44, to a German who left me less than a year later, ending in an annulment for marriage fraud. Not the best for my self esteem, but a better person for it. Now I am less than a year from earning my doctorate degree. My dream is to walk across that stage a thinner, and fitter woman than I am now…with my life in order and with a smile that beams from ear to ear for becoming a much stronger woman..educationally and physically…finally beating the bad habits I have allowed to ruin my metabolism. I am the primary caregiver of my terminally ill husband and special needs child. To relieve stress I began to work out, eat right, and do all the things I thought I should do to become healthy. I am a 3rd year college student and Rutgers and since 4th grade I have been chubby. I’ll be honest with you, people say I don’t look fat at all however, I’m 5’9″ and weigh 184lbs which is slightly overweight. The problem with me is that most of my fat goes to my hips and thighs and I never had abs or a nice toned body. Also. A lot of girls want my body because of my “curves”, but for a guy that’s not really a compliment. I would always wear long sweaters or jackets to cover my hips so people would not notice that I had a huge butt. During the summer time I wear a backpack really low so it covers my huge butt as well. When I pull up a pair of jeans, it gets stuck midway through my thighs and then have to jump into my jeans and is just tight. That’s why I have to buy a size or two bigger just for my hips and thighs. My dream is to wear jeans that fit nicely that are actually my waist size. I have tried working out, having good diets, and workout programs but in the end I just lose my motivation because it took too long. But I feel that this workout can really help me stay in track and keep me motivated and would really love to try and finally feel good about myself and my body.

I have been planning to lose weight for ages and in the last two weeks I have actually started doing something about it. I have changed my diet based on your recommendations I received via emails. I want to include fitness but don’t really know where to start. In the two weeks by changing just my diet, I have lost 10lbs but I feel its mostly water and muscle. I WANT TO LOSE FAT!!!!! and I believe your programme is the step in the right direction that I need. Hello, the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 is a life style way of eating and exercise. It is not so xtreme that it does not fit into your everyday way of life..this being very important to me.
The last 5 pdates have been extremely enlightening and I like the way it is practical and sensable.

Hi, I really would like to learn more about your system. I’m a 47 yo woman that has always worked out hard and have tried pretty much everything under the sun. For instance P90x, p90x extreme, Isanity, Jillian Micheals stuff, bootcamp, running 6miles 4x a week ect… Although I’m in ok shape I never got rid of the layer of fluff (FAT). I love trying new things and after listening to some of your information, it make sense to me. Even if it didn’t I work out hard 6 days a week faithfully for 1 to 1 1/2 hours and I really want to look like I do.!!!

It is now or never for me. i have fought weight since my children were born 40 years ago. I just turned 60 and have enteed what I hope to be the best, most fun part of my life. I am in good health, but if I don’t get this excess weight off my health will not with me and my plans for retirement will be spent in doctors offices and hospitals, not on beaches as I have planned. I have the time and the motivation to get this weight off, all I need is the plan to guide me through it. Thank you.

I’m a student from switzerland which means I can’t afford most of the recommended fitness stuff. In order to this I’m looking constantly for effective and payable tipps to get my fat lost The second problem is that in Switzerland we do not have such a range of information like in other countrys. This leads to a must of buying expensive Stuff or information which I can’t afford. 
Therefore I’m trying to do my best for losing fat, but I’m not successfull. People always tell me you need to eat less and with less they mean almost nothing to get a dream body. But because I’m a student, I need my energy to get over my 46 hour week of studying at the university! And even then I still need energy to learn all this stuff for my exams… Due to this, I can’t just skip my meals otherwise I fall asleep during the lessons and everything gets worse.
I’d be incredibly happy by being supported by other people who know, how to help me in a way that works! I know many students at my university got the same problems and nobody knows what to do! So maybe you can help me to reach my goals of losing fat…!?

I’ve been trying to get to a body fat percentage in
which I have much more muscle definition. I’d say
I’m around 9%. I’ve followed advice from you for
about a year now and the difference between having
this book and not having this book is like lighting a
fire with no kindle compared to with kindle and gasoline.
Haha in other words, I’m getting the results but not the
results I want to be fulfilled with my body.

I’m 19 and I want to prevent myself from creating all
those extra fat cells I’ll have to deal with later on in
life. This diet is a lifestyle and I’m ready to accept it.

My honest goal in all of this, is to have one more aspect
my future wife can enjoy haha I want my bachelor’s party
to be similar to Vince’s grade 4 difficulty white water rafting.
Having the body that will result from following this product
will definitely help me meet her as well.

My second goal is to have the proper information to pass
on to the high school football kids I coach. These kids are
stuck being told lies about nutrition and I don’t have the
right information for them to get them losing weight.
They’re putting in so much effort and I want them to get
the most of that effort by actually being a knowledgeable
coach that provides them with the right information.

After listening to your hour long conversation with Vince about the Xtreme fat loss system I decided to try the cheat day with the calorie deficit the next day and was astonished at how great my lift was on the cheat day and how lean i felt after the day of fasting. But honestly I do not want this for myself, but for both my mom and dad who are in their early 50’s. I believe that this program will help them lose the weight they have desired for years in such a short span of time (25 days!)…I feel that they need this in order to reach their health goals. Thanks for your time!!

My sons name is Joel and I wish your continued success in all that you do. OK so I was smooshing a little there, doesnt count ! But, I am 52 and have been following several fitness expert programs and there has been a lot of information. I have lost 25 pounds from eating right and a light circut training that began with Fast track for Weight loss. I am not strong enough to do Mike Geary’s program or probably yours because I have all this weight I need to get rid of. I am willing to do the work but I need to know what it is that I could be doing better… I promised my 19 year old son that this time next year his mom was going to be healthy and fit. I fell off the wagon this week. I need some solid direction and a hand up. Please allow me to receive a copy of your program. I need it and wont be able to purchase it at this time. At the age of 74, I feel this is my last chance to lose my abdominal fat that I know is unhealthy. I exercise regularly, both strength training and cardio, and eat very little (my Dr. suggests I am in starvation mode and need to force myself to eat more as I rarely have an appetite or desire to eat) but despite thyroid medication and eating organic vegetables and grass fed beef and taking many supplements, I can only lose weigh by fasting and it comes right back on – I need help and this plan appeals to me and seems to be one that I can follow and have it work for my stobborn body.

Settling for less is the killer of true evolution and so is ignorance. In every corner of one’s life there IS a perfect way to do something. And all paths have to be balanced to create the man or woman you’ve always wanted to be. Physical fitness is only ONE part of the human body, and this is just another piece of that puzzle I want to attain so I can see the bigger picture finally start to come to life. It doesn’t matter if I win this…I will find it on my own eventually because I’ll never settle for less.

I had never heard of Apiponectin or Ghrelin. Have learned alot from you. Thank you for doing the very very deep research. I feel this is what will (at 59 years of age) show me how to regain the muscle i don’t have much of because of like you said in your updates about muscle loss from stupid diets plus remove the FAT gut that i have had for over 30 years ! This is the most nutritionally sound program that I have seen . Much study of human physiology went into formulating this plan .

Wow!! this is what I have been looking for, a plan that takes out all the guess work. I have been doing every thing wrong I have been on 7 day water fasts and I have cut out all meat except chicken, I eat fruits and vegetables and I cannot loose weight. My body is stuck in “starvation Mode” and my hormones are out of balance.My metabolism is is not working properly and the doctor says it is just part of getting old. I would like to prove him wrong. 250words or less sounds like writing an essay but here it goes. I really need this program in my life because I’m tired of listening to so many myths about weight loss and burning fat from everyone. I know your product has proven results that’s why I want it for free because I’m willing to give it a shot. I’m currently 180lbs with a beer belly. Every morning I look at myself in the mirror disappointed. I feel like im useless and ugly. I just want a step by step guide to fat burning and fitness as goin to a fitness trainer is expensive. I want a beach body and impress my wife. I need real hope for my health and fitness.

After having 3 babies in 4 years I want to shed all the fat I’ve added, and return to a healthy weight. I don’t want to end up like my mother who didn’t shed her baby weight and now has many medical issues due to being overweight.
I want to be for my children an active healthy mum and encourage them to be active and healthy too.

I believe that this system will help me achieve the body I’ve always wanted and have tried to achieve. For me, it will not only be a way to lose fat/tone up, but will be a lifestyle change by incorporating the right way of eating into my busy lifestyle.

Dear Joel..Thank you for giving everyone the opportunity to reach out and grasp the body they have always dreamed off and could never achieve! Needless to say Im one of the millions that has tried almost everything at my disposal to look better and to feel better…sadly Ive been on a rollercoaster ride most of my life!
Im determined though never to give up and your Extreme Fat Loss System gives me the boost to believe in a beautiful body and a more confident me!

I realy don’t have much to say but I’m so desperate , I havd tried every thing to lose weight. ( doctors, pills, meso therapy) but in vain.
I’ve been using internet lately, and I changed my life style, eating habits and even trying HIIT alought it’s very hard and I haven’t lost an inch, I began to hate my image and I stopped looking in the mirror. I used to have a wow body before l get married, I wish to be back again, I want to be lean, healthy and want my kids and husband be proud of me.
