I have been working on improving eating habits and have gotten to a much healthier place, but I have plateaued and am not losing any more fat (haven’t lost body fat in probably at least a year). Even though my eating has improved greatly in the past two months, body fat remains the same – approximately 29-31% body fat. Strength training, running, walking, changing my eating, I seem to be stuck, and saw this hoping it’d help.

My name is Anna and I have struggled with weight my whole life. I have recently lost 22 Ibs (over 6 months) but have another 60 – 70 to reach my goal weight of between 130 – 135 ish. (I wont know until I get there where I want to stay exactly).
Just last weekend I finally broke the barrier into the 199’s from the 200’s (which had taken me about a month – I was stuck at 200) I am really looking for something to continue this journey, and give me a new kick start (I don’t want my body to get used to anything, so it needs a change up). Your Training manual with 8 new workouts would be perfect for that.
Also, the Audio with Vince & Flavia is something that would really motivate me as some of my biggest inspiration so far has been just pictures and tips from those who have done this journey before me. To know it can be done is the most motivating thing there is.
Most of my success so far has been a small weight loss group for women that I started to hold myself (and others) accountable and help them reach their goals as well (so you know I am serious).

Throughout my childhood I was very overweight and had low self-esteem, especially when teased about my weight. I started school at UC Davis as a physics major, but I also began looking into nutrition and exercise tips. Right now I feel I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, but I still can’t seem to get that elusive six pack and losing the remaing stubborn body fat seems nearly impossible. At age 60, fat that got accumulated in usually wrong places over the years is naturally very difficult to loose. However, with higher probability of some diseases consequently developing due to aging, getting these fat off quickly could make a difference between aging gracefully and living in disease and defeat. Really, life gets shorter by the day!

I am a 62 year old retired teacher. I have the menopause stomach that I have read is the most dangerous kind of fat for one to have. I would like to get rid of that visceral fat in order to become a more healthy women. I want to be there for my children and grandchildren. It is so hard for me to lose weight. Most things I have tried have not been successful or I have given up too quickly on them. This one sounds like it could give me hope. I do go to the gym two days a week and do a Vive class, but know I need to do more than that. I would love to use your program.

At age 52, I have tried everything in the form of dieting. Pills, fad diets, low carb, high protein. Nothing seems to work for me. In January I joined the gym, I go faithfully 3 times a week for about 1 1/2 hours. I walk, lift, sweat, and eat right (or so I think I do) and nothing seems to work. This program would be perfect for me because I am 16 years old and have been trying for 2 years to get that perfect flat stomach. Dieting ruined my relationship with eating, and I developed an eating disorder due to how obsessed I became with keeping my diet. Of course it didn’t work. I tried your cheat day program and have not binged since. Because of incorporating that day once a week, I am free of my horrible habits and feel on the road to recovery and finally, fat loss. I am working hard to shed the 75+ pounds that have been haunting me for 8 years because of hormonal imbalances and developing insulin resistance. About 5 yrs ago, I quit smoking, went to a sedentary job, and hit my 40s. All these things contributed to my weight gain. There are several reasons why I need access to your program. First of all, I have been overweight my entire life and no matter what I have done to become “skinny”, it has not worked. Second, I own entirely too many clothes that I am no longer able to fit in and am entirely too broke to afford new ones but it would be horrific for this to have to be naked. (It’s ok to chuckle) Third, I have tried tons of diet programs and have spent way more money than I have to find that “perfect” program that works for me. Fourth, I was born with asthma and the weight does not help with my breathing at all. Fifth, your program sounds to have the best, most researched information and does not consist of only eating one thing for the rest of your life. I like a variety.

I have been working out consistently since I was 23 years old – I have just had my 50th birthday. I would like to be a smoking hot grandma – I have 3 grandchildren. I am sick of working out with very little to show for it. Ive been made fun of for a pretty long time. When i was younger i was made fun of for being over weight….then as i got into my teen years i got pretty darn skinny…but i was a horrible flabby skinny-fat. I have been receivimg emails from this site for awhile & being a grandmother it seems liks something I would like to try so I can keep up with my grandson.
Overweight, with a history of High Blood Pressure, coupled with Arthritic Knees, Calcium Deposits in Hip Joint, and now with recurring bouts of Gout. All of this makes traditional exercise unrealistic. Age (61) is also a factor, I suppose.
I would like to win a free copy because I understand the reasoning behind cycling carbs and strategically planning workouts to deplete glycogen stores (as outlined in your previous videos/articles), but I’ve never actually put it into practice. It all makes sense, but I would not have a solid plan for putting it into action if I tried it on my own.
