I have spent the past 16 years overweight. Last year I had lost 50 lbs but due to being a stress eater I have gained 20 of it back. I have really tried to balance my eating and I do make healthier choices. But apparently, there is something I am missing and this may be the link.
I am not the only one this information would be helpful for but for my husband and son. Two years ago my husband had an ablation procedure done which slowed his metabolism down dramatically. Currently, he is working to get down from his highest weight. Our son is a junior in high school and plans on playing football during his senior year. I would love to know that I am teaching him better habits before he leaves for college. Obesity runs in my family and I just really want to make sure that he has the skills and knowledge to make healthier choices in the future, too.

I am 52 years old and in the past have been able to lose weight because I was able to exercise vigorously by teaching my spin classes 4-6 days a week. I have developed arthritis and spinal stenosis so I can no longer work out as hard as I used to. (I try to swim and walk but that is nothing like spinning). I have a family history of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes so I want to live a healthy lifestyle so I can prevent these diseases for as long as I can. I have been able to recently lose 20 pounds (but need to lose 50-70 more) on my own (over the course of 8 months), but I really need an organized program and guidance and I feel your program is EXACTLY what would help put me on my path to good health and nutrition to help me be the best that I can be and to help me prevent (or slow down) the progression of my familial heart disease and diabetes that I am probably predisposed to. It all started last fall. The intension was to start up My training to get into shape For ironman this year. However i injured My foot and when i was finally healed i cought one influenza after the other. And weak as i am ;-) i couldnt stay away from fatty foods and candy.
So i gained about 25 pounds during fall and winter.
Now of course its to late for IM but i Need to loose the weight. Thats where You come in, i would gladely accept your weight loss program and give it à really good try.

I am 57 years old and have struggled with my weight since I turned 44. I use to be able to eat anything and never gain a pound due to my high metabolism. But when I turned 44 my metabolism dropped and the pounds just started piling on. In 2007 I had a stroke and put on even more weight. I have followed you Joel, for sometime now and what you teach makes a whole lot of sense. From hormones, to cheat days and eating foods that are not only good for you but taste great. The exercises would be a challenge but I could probably adapt them to me. I would love to get back to my ideal weight of 132 pounds. I am currently 150 pounds.

I’ll really get some positive return if I had acces to your program, once I decided, in the begining of this semester, to take my lifestyle seriously, I changed my health habits, such as eating halthy food, working out frequently and also started to take my kitesurf training to the next leve. I need free access to the xtreme weight loss diet system because I have been very impressed with the way this organization is passionate about fitness with the believe that people can change. Anyone on your system can live a stronger, healthier, lifestyle. I want to be a part of something important and great. I have a mild case of cerebral palsy which causes my leg muscles to be spastic and tight limiting my range of motion. I work as a Personal Trainer and the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System would be a great resource for me to help my clients reach their weight loss goals. I have a basic understanding of nutrition but I would like to be able to give my clients more specific nutritional advice. I also think that how the program ties the nutritional program to the exercise program will be valuable to help maximize results.

Hi, I would love to get this program because I tried the first one in 2010 with good results and I am wondering if there is any new information that I did not get a chance to implement in your first program. I admit that for me it was a bit hard to acomplish but with determination and patience you are rewarded with your first cheat day!!! I set a goal to lose 55 pounds a year and a half ago. I met that goal in about 7 months through diet and exercise. I fall just under being obese for my height now, and have been maintaining my weight. I think Xtreme Fat Loss Diet system 2.1 would be able to help me reach the next level that I need to get to o.

This program sounds like exactly what I’ve been looking for. For the last couple of years, I’ve been searching for a nutrition plan that will help maximize the results of my workouts. Despite working out regularly, including training for and completing my first marathon this year, I haven’t been able to achieve the fat loss and physical results that I’d like. I’ve tried multiple eating programs that claim to provide the secret to fat burning, all with very limited or no success. I’m impressed with the testimonials and “before and after” images on this website, as well as the apparent flexibility of the plan. I’d love the chance to try it out!

I am constantly seeking new programs to try and improve myself. I love a challenge and follow my programs to a T. I’m one of those people that others will say things like “oh it’s a holiday, give your body a break” and I will respond “the calories don’t get absorbed any differently just because it’s a holiday, I don’t work my butt off just to throw it away for a Christmas cookie”. I try and follow the philosophy of; anything worth anything in life is work, including looking my best. I will admit I struggle at times like anyone, but in my weak moments I try and remind myself, Deanna, do you want a monent of pleasure, or a lifetime of happiness when struggling with food choices or skipping a workout. I will put your program to perfect use.

I had kidney cancer and had to have my Right kidney removed. The recovery time is very long. I have gained 45 pounds and really need loose this. as I am NOW borderline diabetic, and With all medical bills i really can not afford to buy this and have been following the free stuff and have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks..not water as i drink water all day. so to win a free copy would be Awesome.

I’m 34, and still single!! something wrong here. I want to look HOT and feel confident. I may be able lose weight with the whatever diets you can find on earth, just to get a short term result. BUT my goal is not just to lose weight for short term (and still look flabby), I want to look lean, healthy and HOT!! (esp. in my bikini for this summer). Thank you for sharing the things you already have. We are benefitting my self and My daughters they are college students fraternal twin girls twentytwo this year. Both daughters are at an unhealthy weight. One very talented daughter a vocal music major has oppurtunities that are seriously hindered because of travel and the double passenger fares that are now a part of air travel for larger people. (She is offered scholarships for single seats but has to pay for a second) Both she and i have a missing peice of vertabrae in lower back inherited birth defect that makes simple exersizes challenging. Her twin is also very large and claims to be comfortable with it. Yet knows medical challenges.. both girls are just over 400lbs. Thank you again

I have been in a weight battle for years. My last blood tests were not good, cholesterol is all out of whack, CO2 out, insulin levels to high and some other number was up that I didn’t understand. My hormones have been out if sorts for years, I suffer from migraines, some put me in the ER, I have low energy and sleep. Well, I’m either not sleeping or I can sleep 12-14 hours and feel like I haven’t slept. Most of the time I have an ur controllable urge to fall asleep during the day. I am a busy woman. I work full time, go to school almost full time, my husband is in school full time, my daughter is away at school and I live in the same house with my mother in law. I really believe after looking at this system it could help me get to where I want to be. Not fat, feeling better, off my meds, not a vegetarian, not diabetic an energetic middle age woman! I am a very unlucky girl and don’t think I will win but it’d be great to because I have a graduation coming up soon and I want to lose a few pounds in it because I’ve recently gained some weight. I want to look nice for a change in my dress…I also will be attending a trip where I will be wearing a bath suit and It would be embarrassing to have my fat all aorund, and the trip is in about a little over a month (5 weeks) so this program gives me just enough time to look great and then I can look back at my graduation and be proud of myself, sometimes I can barely look in the mirror. I don’t think I’ve ever really been in great shape. Since I have been receiving your emails I’ve been able to understand things in a simpler way and have been utilizing many of your ideas for how to eat and have lost about 5 lbs. Now the next step is exercise. I don’t think I have ever broken a sweat! I want to get in amazing shape (I have 30+ lbs to lose). The only other thing I have won in my life was a contest on the radio to guess the color of the girls hair in a Bob Dylan song. I knew it was red and won the contest and went to his concert for free.
