I’ve virtualy eliminated white flour from my diet, do my level best not to combine carbs and fats, have increased my protein intake somewhat, have managed to add an extra hour per night of sleep, and have seen some modest benefits as a result. Thank you.
I’ve done all that I know how to do and while I do not mean to sound greedy, it’s not enough. I cannot seem to crack the 190 lb. barrier and, having Type-1 diabetes since childhood, more fat loss is definitely necessary.

Hi Joel, I’m 6’1” and about 90kg. My weight is pretty good for my height, but it is mainly composed of fat rather than muscle.

Xtreme Fat Loss Diet sounds so well researched, congratulations. I’m 54 and until 4 years ago was quite slim. Then my ex-partner was arrested for child porn! I knew nothing about it and you can imagine my shame. All my so called friends deserted me, I was a pariah and embarrassment. To my shame I hit the bottle and after about 6 months was in a very bad way, in and out of hospital etc. One day I looked at how badly I was treating my teenage children, who were at a loss to know what to do, and stopped drinking. I went to the GP got a reduction plan so that I wouldn’t fit again and haven’t drunk since. Unfortunately I started to comfort eat instead of drink and have now put on 4 stone. I have re-educated myself become an Assessor and support my children. I now need something to kick start my weight loss, I know I can do it if I put my mind to it but this time need a little help please.
I am 52, have Osteo Arthritis in my left knee real bad, the docs won’t give me my new knee until I lose weight, I am 270lbs, I try to work out, lose weight, however nothing seems to work, as well as the fact that I have to limit my workouts because of my knee. Also, can’t afford to pay for it been unemployed (without collecting unemployment) for over 1 1/2 years. HELP !!!

I should win because I lost 20 lbs about 20 yrs ago and kept it off for about 15 yrs. About a year ago I just started gaining weight and tried everything to get it off. I have watched ur video and I find it very informative and an eye opener of the realities of being healthy and having fat loss, vs. just weight loss or traditional methods that have failed so many people.
i will be a future physician. And as someone who will dedicate his life to the health and well-being of humanity, i feel it is very important that i represent those ideals by being in great shape myself. sadly before i left for medical school, i was 150lbs. and after i came back, i am 202lbs. i think the fact that i broke up with my gf led to my weight increase also. i went to india for some time,and i sent my pics and biodata to a marriage specialist, but most of the girls want a lean and healthy man. Most of my life i was concentrating on weight loss not fat loss,of which i did not know any better. I have read various sources on weight loss, but they all contradict one another in some form or fashion. I have tried crash diets, where i would fast from sunup to sundown and eat soup and tuna to break my fast, but this still was not fat loss, only water weight loss. I have been in search of a program a holy grail if u will for true and lasting fat loss, to feel confidant, happier, and be happy when looking for marriage, or walking in public, instead of being embarrased and hiding my flab under loose clothes. I know that by helping myself I can help my friends, family to better their health as well. Also as a doctor, I should be fit and healthy. I really am worried about getting diabetes, cholesterol, if I do not lose my fat, and build my muscle, just need a real tried and tested blueprint for success and lasting health which I feel is in ur program. I’m in this thin line of life where one day you’re a Young man and the next day you start having pain all over your body, back, knees, etc. I’ve tried several things like eating Celery, low carb food, eggs, veggies, and still cannot find that perfect balance in my “diets” that make me have enough energy to do my workout, my job and my personal life, I think the Xtreme System is the perfect way to demonstrate that a balanced diet, eating the right food at the right times can make you look better, feel better, perform your activities better and even look younger.

This program would be the perfect program for me because I really need to lose weight. I am a 19 year old freshman in college trying hard to balance a life of school, helping my family and trying to take care of myself. Just taking care of myself is not easy. I am physically disabled and require a wheelchair to go most places and to do things.I have always been overweight even though I dont eat much or eat badly. About 6 years ago I had a major surgery to help me walk. I was bedridden for months and worked through hours of therapy to start to walk. During my recovery I weighed about 202 pounds and I am only 5 ft tall. Almost 2 years ago I worked to hard to get my weight to 150 pounds and walked on a treadmill I have at home for an hour straight. All the walking irritated my foot and it got infected. In July 2011 I had another surgery. I spent my birthday there, being stuck with needles every hour for blood tests. My veins are so bad they had to get the blood by sticking my fingers. During this time I gained back weight bringing my weight to about 186. I recovered and trying to lose weight again. I tried walking again but my foot almost got messed up again. I dont know what to do anymore. I really NEED this. Thank You. Daniela

15 years ago I was a Professional Martial Artist. Buisness events made me go back to school and now I work in Academia – sitting at a desk. Put on about 40 pounds and have had 10 stents installed in the last 5 years. Since getting the stents I have had no success losing more than 10 pounds, including Medifast.

I have been a very active person my entire life, I even played baseball at The university of Miami. I am a baseball and football coach at the local high school and am constantly trying to get my boys in shape and fit. Although I am strong I can’t seem to lose the stubborn belly fat, and can’t help but feel the boys must think I don’t practice what I preach. If possible I could use your help!
Due to some physical difficulties I’ve been having in my right leg, I can no longer exercise as vigorously as I have in years past. Lately I seem to have stagnated in my attempts to lose weight despite my continuing to do at least some exercise 4 or 5 times a week. I have tried many different diet plans, but none seem to work well for me. Since I tend to get locked into eating the same foods daily, I need inspiration that will show me how to eat well and with a far more diverse menu, and to still achieve my weight loss goals! I need to lose a significant amount of weight, not just a few pounds.
I am 53, in a high stress job, and overweight at 260 and 6’3″ with poor blood chemistry and need to loose the belly fat so that I live a long and enjoyable life with my wife and two young daughters. I need your help.

Five weeks ago my husband asked me to help him to loose weight.
He got fed up with being chubby and unfit and constantly missing out on cycling and swimming with our daughter who’s, like her mummy, very fit and active :)
I’m not an expert so i went online in search for a good diet-exercising combination.
He lost 12lbs in first three weeks being just on a “eat less and move your ars to the gym more often” diet. But then he reached plateau and his weight just stopped dropping. So I went online again. Just then I got your first newsletter where I read about having a cheat day in order to reset the hormonal system. So… we went out for a huge pizza and it worked. followed by a fasting day pounds started to drop like mad. Still long way to go, he’s lost 20lbs and over 5% BF so far but he’s so happy and motivated because he sees the results. His mother is coming to stay with us for while, I wonder what she;s gonna say. Probably that I starve him. Anyway, your program is very clever and it all makes sense to me now ones I know the principles.
