I would love to win this because I have about 48 pounds to lose and I would like to lose in a quick and healthy way, which, I belive Xtreme Fat Loss Diet will provide. It sounds well researched and effective. I like the idea of having one day a week of “cheating” and enjoying some of my favoritie foods because I know that this will make it easier to make this into a long-term lifestyle. I believe that removing my excess weight and getting into shape will give me a confidence boost and help be to enjoy my beloved Colorado mountains even more this summer!

This program is simple for me for many simple reasons. 1) I have a very strong work ethic in the weight room and on the treadmill, but my diet has always suffered 2) my dad had a heart attack last year and if he has another, he won’t live to see tomorrow. I won’t be the father who doesn’t live to raise his kids 3) if I continue with the diet I’m on now, the future looks dim and obese for mw. 4)im 18 years old and am majoring in exercise science and nutrition. The information I recieve if I win this fat loss plan will not only help save my life, but allow me to save the lives of other struggling. God bless and please help me!

You say it is for everyone. I need you to prove this to me. I am 65 years old and have been trying (unsuccessfully) to lose a lot of excess weight for many years.

You and I have something in common. I completed the Body-for-Life challenge along with my wife in 2001—the same year you did! I was in such great shape I celebrated by attempting a climb to the peak of Mt. Rainier. On the climb, I had an accident. I broke my fibula and shattered my ankle. Since I was in such good shape, I was able to walk down off the mountain!

Two surgeries and a year of recovery later, I began falling back into bad health habits. I’ve gained over 30 pounds. I usually feel tired, foggy, and unproductive. Do you know what that feels like—to be sick and tired for months on end? The bigger problem is that my health habits affect more than just me. They affect my relationships, my family, and the self-confidence I need to help and serve others.

I feel this program will be perfect to get rid f the weight I need beofre my 30 year High School Reunion, I went to my 20 looking aweful, and I want to make this great and be the one everbody talks about how good he looks an what does he do to keep in shape. and this woudl be catapult me into the summer months with that beach body look.

I am 64 years old and have a difficult time losing weight. At my age, I need to keep healthy because I do not believe the government will protect or allow us to have the health care we will need in the future as we age. Hey guys! How do I know that Joel knows his S@#$ is because for the past 3 wks I’ve been implementing his ideas & for the first time since college I can see my four pack peaking out & within a few months of Joel & Craig ballantyne’s free stuff I plan on enjoying the body I’ve been trying to get back. One last thing that’s been bugging the hell out of me is Joel your physic in those videos will not help you sell what you are trying to get across to new customers!!!! You look soft & pudgy you need to get with Craig B. & get cut up & jacked w/ your muscles bulging!!! Just my opinion!!

I have got Fat Burning Furnace, 7 Day Belly Blast, The Big Breakfast Diet and the Diet Solution, am currently on the Harcombe Diet as I cannot find a natural sugar free protein shake in UK and to be quite honest am totally confused as to what I am doing, HELP!!! I have two beautiful daughters 14 and 11 and I love them sooo much and I really want to be the best role model for them on healthy eating and enjoying life not continually struggling to get a grip on my weight like my Mum was (Love her X) all my growing up. I know you can help, PLEASE !! I’m 41 years old and I work out 7 days a week and eat a very good (but not perfect) diet. For years I have been trying to get rid of that last 10 pounds. Nothing I seem to do can get rid of more than one or two pounds, which I can gain back almost instantly. No one works out more than I do, except for professional athletes and marathoners. Besides starving myself for a week, it doesn’t seem possible to lose real weight. I have always been against plastic surgery, but lately I have been thinking about liposuction (not that I could afford it), because I am starting to believe that it is the only way to eliminate the last pounds of fat. Maybe your system could work for me? I am skeptical, but maybe it would.
Also, I am a biology professor, so I know how leptin works, and your plan just seems to make biological sense. I am still skeptical, but would be willing to give it a try.

I am extremely curious about how this works and am at a place where an “unnamed” program that has a strict diet and suggests little to no exercise has stopped working with my body…again. The first 6 weeks worked great, lost 25 lbs. I have struggled through several plateaus in the last two months. With summer here, I need to jumpstart the weight loss again. My story – single mother of twins and a baby, that doesn’t ever get a break on Wednesdays or weekends. I have been overweight (technically obese) most of my life, except when I played basketball in high school. I am tired of being fat (I am still 225 after losing 35 lbs) and have been committed wholeheartedly to losing weight by following a strict diet since January. I think my body has gone into starvation mode and stopped losing weight. I don’t want to quit, but what I am doing is not working, so I need to stop and try something else. I have 48 pounds to lose, and I find this a daunting task. I know I need to change my lifestyle, and I believe that Xtreme Fat Loss Diet will be a good choice for me because I will have that weekly cheat day to enjoy a few of my old foods without going overboard. I am currently studying to be a dietitian and this plan sounds both safe and effective, and like a plan that can be a lifestyle and not just a diet. As a student of nutrition, I have learned a lot about the right foods, but still feel I need some structured ways to implement healthy changes for myself and my future clients and I feel that this program will definitely be a great tool!

I am a physical therapist of 23 years and have always worked and maintained a healthy diet. However, since I reached my 40s my body fat has been stuck at 30%! I am one of the “skinny fat” people. I do not appear to be that overfat, but have my body fat monitored with the Bod Pod, so I know it is accurate. I have a strong family history of “skinny fat” people with severe heart disease. I run, lift weights, do Yoga, Pilates and Barre exercise classes with no budge in body fat! I like the fact that your program is research based and it just makes sense to me medically. I have been using your exercise routines and diet ideas and have lost weight and toned up. Now my husband has diabetes, high blood pressure and the start of heart disease – he is only 40! He wants to rid his body of his excess fat, he wants to get healthy & hopefully reverse his Diabetes & lower his blood pressure. Unfortunately now his heart disease will always be there at some level, but as we have 3 young children under 10yrs, I want him around to see them grow up. I’m not usually into anything labelled Xtreme – I believe in having the fundamentals down first – consistent & progressive exercise, healthy diet, positive thoughts, surrounding yourself with supportive people and setting yourself clear goals. Through having this strong base I already have great results but I have not yet been able to achieve the ripped look I am after – so I’m ready to have a little fun and go Xtreme. The main reason why I think your program will be cool to have is that you explain how things work. I’ve followed programs that have given me good and great results. I didn’t knew that taking a day off was part of a strategy to prevent starvation mode, I just followed programs that suggested you do it, without explaning that it was necessary. After years if yo yo dieting, I finally realized I need to fix myself on the inside before I can fix the outside. I recently did this by finally confronting the person who had sexually abused me for most of my childhood and into my teens. It was and has been a liberating experience. I physically felt a weight lifting from my body as I did this. Having finally dealt with this and having a wonderful support system in my husband, I am now moving on with my life. I feel so much better already. Receiving this opportunity and reviewing all the materials you have sent on this program, I feel it is just what I need to now start my journey to a new healthy me both inside and out. I am dedicated and excited to lose the extra 50-60 lbs I am carrying. I hope you can help me reach my goal!

I need access to this information because i wanna look great, feel great, and live a healthier life style. I tried everything and nothing seems to work for me. I have tried many diets but only losing and gaining weight. I NEED something that works. And I still have my whole life ahead of me. I am also hoping that this fat loss program will be the one that will put me on the road to success. And then I wont be embarrassed about the way i look.

I am feeling discouraged and to be honest, not even sure your program will work for me. I give up too easily I think. Read Vince’s emails for about a year, still receiving Romans emails. Both are encouraging, but I know there is more advise available. 53 yrs old, dropped 50 lbs 2 yrs ago (230 to 180). Worked out in my private gym over the last yr and gained back 20 lbs. Currently stronger than ever before, looking good, now its time to cut! Should make for some awesome before & after pics.
