I was once an EMT and worked in a busy E.R. I became weaker and weaker over the years, having more trouble moving and walking, forcing me to take a more sedentary position. Ten or more years down the road, I’ve discovered that I have Late Stage Lyme disease and consequently have been on antibiotics for two years. During the past 10 years I’ve gained 100 pounds. I want to recover and become myself again. My main goal is to be able to walk a block again without pain. (My muscles stiffen he more I walk) Plus I’ve developed a sensitivity to wheat, and a problem with potatoes and rice. I’m relearning a lot of things now.
So, I’m in the position of trying to find my way back myself. There’s not much of a guide for people with Late Stage Lyme disease. But I figure the weight is the first step. Then I can work on the muscle stiffness and neuropathy.
I am 62, and believe me, I have tried many diets over the years! Yesterday I saw my Ortho doc about my knee problem and after exam & x-rays, was told I now need a total hip replacement! This is now in addition to the r knee replacement and will need a r hip in the future! I know it would be real beneficial if I could lose weight and take some stress off my joints. I have 2 beautiful grandchildren & I want to be around for them and to be able to do things with them! I thank you in advance for the consideration of receiving this program.

I’ve tried EVERYTHING out there with little or no success. I’ve had problems with my feet. Had 3 foot operations 3 summers in a row. So pounds added. Now that I’ve got them back in shape I would like to get the rest of me in shape. I’ve tried your tips and they seem to be working for me. I have a good 30lbs to loose and if your tips alone are helping then your whole program would surely get me where I want to be.

I’m currently following Isabel’s nutrition program and Flavia’s workout program and have lost 25 pounds. I’ve hit a plateau!! The fat around my waist is driving me crazy!!! Can I blame my four kids for it? I’d like to lose atleast 15 pounds.

I’ve tried everything and I am at my wits end…….If I don’t do something now then the only other alternative is surgery and I really don’t want to have surgery because there are so many complications that can arrise. I want to do the weight loss naturally without chemicals or surgery.
I am going through a 7 week process/course of “Calling In The One”. Hi Joel, I first want to say THANK YOU for all of the information you have put out there for those of us struggling to make heads or tails out of all of the confusing and often overwhelming plans and crazes that are online!! I am a forty-something female who has always been in fairly good shape and at a decent weight…however…I had my first (and only!) child 11 years ago…almost 12 now…and I am still not back to where I was before I became pregnant!! I have tried EVERYTHING and it seems that nothing works for me!! I was also recently diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (of couse, that’s the one that keeps you from losing weight!!), so that doesn’t make it any easier…AND I will be yet another year older this Sunday…yikes…I read your free download about the 5 sneaky tips to triple fat loss and I thought wow, if this works…how awesome would that be?? I am a 51 yr old single mother of 3. I have been taking care of people for the past 30+ years. My husband died 9 years ago and I am finally in a position to begin to focus on me and my health. I have been on every diet there is including medically supervised liquid diets only to gain the same 30-50 pounds back each time. I am an actor, director and writer. I fractured my right knee in 1972 playing semi-pro soccer in Italy, and the pro physio had me up and running far too quickly. Nevertheless, I continued to have an active athletic life, where I always did my own stunts in film, TV and on stage.
Since I reached retirement age, I suppose I have slowed down, writing rather more than performing, although I’m starting to find a new outlet in audiobooks.
But…
it’s become an ongoing battle against muscle-wastage, gout (!), and extra weight that might have been useful when playing rugby but which nowadays has migrated to my midriff.
And now the arthritic knee has come back to bite me! I have been quite successful in redeveloping my quads to control the knee with muscles & tendons in place of the fast-disappearing cartilage, so, although I need to loose weight, I DO need to maintain rebuild muscle.
A litany of my athletic life will give you an idea of what I had and what, at the age of 73, I believe I can have again: 1956, UK Olympic swimming trials; 1960-> fencing and stage-fighting; 1958-> rugger, cricket, javelin & discus; 1960, soccer in UK, Italy and finishing with veterans team at 50 in 1989 in Switzerland.
The program seems just what I need.

I am in need of this program because 6 years after breast cancer (just turned 50) it has been nearly impossible for me to get rid of this visceral fat! I never had problems until chemo pushed me into menopause and now I am just a mess but really need and want the help that you can offer through this program. i think that your program sounds just what I need. I have been disabled after a accident at work in 1969. and 5 years ago I was told that I was a Diabetic, I have been on a diet since then and I still can’t loose any weight. I can hardly walk even whith two sticks. so I can’t do running or jogging to try to loose at least 5 stones =Approx 75LBS. All the best, God Bless. John.
This is seems to be an amazing breakthrough in weightloss! I am so intrigued by the information I’ve read thus far because it completely make sense to me and my thoughts on why so many “diets” just dont work. It combines both diet and exercise guidance – and I LOVE the “calorie deficit” and “cheat” days and how they combine so you don’t mess with metabolism! As a single mom I put my childs activities before mine, leaving me with very little time to work out. I have changed my eating habits but need more help. I have 30 pounds minimum to lose and being over 45 it has been really really hard to just drop a pound. Hoping this will work for me.

Your updates this week have been really informative, and I now know the answers to what I have been doing to my body over the last ten years. I am a 42 year old woman, and have been on some very extreme diets and followed some very poor advice, and now I weigh more than when I started trying to lose the weight. I have made some bad mistakes due to ignorance and lack of information and paid the price. I have lost so much muscle and gained excess fat. I feel physically weak and so unfit. I want to be at my physical best, and enjoy life again. Your programme makes sense to me. I’ve wrecked my metabolism but you have given me so much hope and optimism that I will be able to achieve my ideal weight. My life is hectic…and I want a body that will function. Joel, your program sounds like it would help me enormously. Over the last couple of months I have made good in roads to my health and exercise loosing fat and increasing a lillte muscle mass. However the diet is where I think I need most of the help. I have been diligently reading your emails leading up to your program’s release with great anticipation.
You see, I am 46, and I have joined gyms several times over the last few years. I always start strong but then once I conclude that I’m not seeing the results I should then I become disillusioned and quit.
I sit at a desk most of the day, but am also a lead vocalist and guitar player in a band and a solo performer. My goal is to counter the negative effects of sitting all day, improve my stamina, and tone my body so that I can look appealing on stage. Looks are important when you are on stage, especially when you are 46 and playing for 20-somethings.
In January I again started getting in shape, but with a new approach. I concluded that I need to find that right balance between workout and nutrition. I began using “lactic acid” training routines and thanks to some good advise on nutrition, eating more whole foods, I have now put on muscle mass and have just begun to drop some body fat. I believe though that I am still close to near 20% body fat.
I think my concepts are good, and my will and determination is rock solid, but my knowledge and techniques need improving to remove the guesswork that is undermining my efforts. This is the reason I need your program. From what I have read you have all of this worked out, and the logic is definitely sound.
