I am soon to be 56. I am a pediatric RN and work for a major pediatric hsopital. We try to set good examples for our little patients. I have tried a variety of programs and paid plenty over time. I need something that will work quickly so the weight comes off and hopefully the fasting glucose comes down a a result. My provider is going to be rechecking blood glucose in 3 months. I am a armature body builder, with my first competition approaching in just over a month. I’ve been cutting for the past month and a half, and I hit 10% body fat just over 2 weeks ago, but since then I’ve found it very hard to shed the pounds. My aim is 8% BF at the most by the competition, and having gone next to nowhere with my fat loss in the last 2 weeks, that 8% goal seems more and more impossible. As a hardcore track&field 100meter sprinter for the past 10 years I used to be in a really good shape but never dropped bellow 8% b.f. It must have been because my diet patterns were hitting plateaus pretty often and didnt know great ways to go into overdrive.

I’m a university student and I go to the gym 3-4 times a week as well as working out on my own at home, but I still have trouble getting rid of a bit of belly fat just sitting on my abs. I’m almost 50, since I was 20 and had my first child, my kids and husband have always come first, now it’s time for me to put myself first. Hi Joel, I’ve been a big fan of you, John and Vince’s for about 5 years now. I read all your emails and blogs and learn so much from all of you. I especially love the way you guys are great friends and joke around with each other. It’s refreshing! I’ve purchased programs from all of you in the past and was really excited about this new one, Extreme Fat Loss Diet! Well, let’s just say, it’s the only thing I’ve been excited about…you see, a few years ago I was real frustrated with my body and how I’d plateaud so I purchased ‘eat your way thin’ and John’s workout program in order to help me push through my plateau. I also entered a figure competition to kick start my motivation. Well to make a long story short, both programs helped me get into the best shape of my life and I competed for 2 years and won lots of trophy’s (especially 1st place)! It was great, what a feeling! After 19 months of hard work i have managed to reduce my bodyfat from around 25% down to around 11%, but now unfortunately my body is fighting back and losing the last of my fat is now really difficult ! hopefully xtreme fat loss 2.1 can help me complete my transformation !!!

I am very excited about your new program! I started exercising regularly two years ago after having two children 18 months apart from each other. I am now 35 years old, chasing after two small boys and I am 20lbs lighter. However, I have not lost a single pound in the past year. In fact, I have gained slightly. I have recently started examining my food choices, making changes and I’m trying hard to remove all processed food and buy organic when I can. I am 64 years old, was an athlete most of my life, but had both knees replaced in 2001. I am 5’9″ tall and weigh 285 lbs. My mind is set and I have all the time in the world as I am partially retired. Although I work for the Texas Rangers as an usher and walk up and down about 800 steps per game, I still find that I have very low energy, I really need something that I can follow. My desire is to get back to around 220 lbs. but I need guidance, thanks for putting my name in for consideration.
I’m 71 years of age and have always tried to keep in shape, through various careers in life, now a priest going on 15 years May 31. A seditary job doesn’t afford good habits re eating and exercise. So , any help I can get – I go for. Having a set program, with specific guidelines, exercises, etc. seems to kelp me greatly.
I began seriously training to loose weight and tone muscle, again, about a year and a half ago. Weighed approximatgely 205 lbs and the time. Presently weigh 160 lbs. Would like to keep it that way and am trying to work through rotator cuff surgery of six months ago. There you have it.
