Can’t wait to start burning the fat!

Hello, I am SkinnyFat with an athletic background (though it’s been 20 years since my last competition!). Before walking though my “middle-age” door, I NEVER had to worry about body composition, exercise, and what I ate. It is for that reason that I just don’t know HOW to eat. I have a vigorous determination to learn, and I will with the right resource~

I’ve used some of your other programs in the past and they have worked great. I’m ready to take it to the next level and finish up the last 20 lbs. I’m 51 and over the last year have gone from 280 to 222. I need this to finish up strong and stay that way. Here’s to being in better shape than in high school!

Thank you for offering a great program for my education, health, fitness, and long term success. I am excited to use the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet as I work towards becoming an outdoor wilderness leader. I see such value in application of the carb to protein nutritional concepts and what really fuels the body in gaining strength and lean muscle mass. My ability to be successful in your program will be much more than the belief in myself, it is going to encompass the empowerment I can offer others (specifically women) who are looking to accomplish the same. Joel, if following the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet helps me build muscle and find my abs beneath a belly that is relatively flat, but without tone – or better yet if I get stronger and leaner in those curvy places I’d like to be more appreciative of – I’m in! I would like to get the program for my wife. She has finally decided after years of prodding to work on getting herself in shape. She needs to lose 25-35 pounds in the next few months, preferably reaching her goal by the middle of summer. My primary reason for her to lose weight is to get healthier, although I feel that losing the weight would probably help her cosmetically as well. She has just gotten started and has already reported to me a better sense of well being. This program could really turbocharge her efforts to reach her goals.

Hi, I need to try this program because I have tried so many diets before. I have a ACL full tear and my doctor wants me to lose wight to reach my ideal weight to be able to move easier and remove the extra weight on my injured knee. after the injury I put on almost 30kg so I need to get fit again and be more active.

Between ages 19 and 21 I managed to lose 95lbs through healthy eating and exercise. Ten years later I’m still struggling to lose the last 10-15lbs. I believe these concepts can make the difference for me. This program will not only help me reach my goals but it will increase my health and ability to better perform my job as a fire fighter.

I have tried plenty of plans and have had success but I am looking for something to get me over the hump. I receive the newsletters and they are very informative so I know this program will be exactly what I need to reach my goals.

I need this program because I am working with a personal trainer, watching what I eat, and working out at least 5 days if not 6 days a week and still gained a pound (as of yesterday when I was weighed). I was very disheartened by that. I may be losing inches but I’m wanting to see the weight and pounds drop. I need all the pieces of the puzzle. Drove truck for 5+ years
and put on 45 lbs. Thought in the last two years since I quit
driving I could get most of the weight off. Well, two years

Why I think this program is a good for me…….
I’m a 43 year old male and have been heavy from my late teen years through my adult life. I’ve been trying to lose weight and keep bouncing back and forth between losing and gaining weight, which isn’t good for my body or metabolism. Reading through all the information that you’ve provided about the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System has put me in the mindset to succeed in reversing my metabolism. Which will allow me to lose the weight I need to lose be fit. Along with the weight loss your system will allow me to build muscle, resetting that ever frustrating metabolism, and get leaner while losing all the excess weight. I’ve got two nieces, three great nieces, and two grandchildren that I would like to be around for in the future. A benefit of using this program to lose weight would allow me to build my confidence up and not be so down when walking into a room and meeting people. Everything I’ve read through your posts tells me how successful your system is and how much you and John have helped people throughout the world to lose weight and gain confidence. The exercise and nutrition plan that you’ve built Extreme Fat Loss 2.1 around would definitely get my metabolism reversed and working in the right direction of losing weight, gaining lean muscle, and get the confidence back in my stride. I’m 53 yrs young and I had a heart attack in 2007, the doctors have me on meds that slow down my metabalism and I can only exercise some I walk as much as possible, I need a little help to get my body to burn off the excess since I can actually say that I’m somewhat sedentary but need to learn how to eat again on a very limited budget. I read the posts that I get sent but for some reason I need an extra kickstart. I am around 220 Lbs and really want to lose the weight but the docs say not to worry about that , we need to get my meds regulated so that they are doing what they are supposed to.

I would love the opprotunity to give this a shot. I got laid off and while trying to find a job put on about 50lbs. Needless to say I am now bigger than I have ever been and being over 50 it just seems that nothing works, it just doesn’t come off like it used to. I need something that will give me direction and that is structured so that I know exactly what to do and eat and this sounds like the perfect solution. I used to be the person that helped everyone lose weight before I lost my job I feel this would get me back to that and I just love helping others lose.

Lost 15 kg with help of a crash diet. Trying to lose an other 10 kg of fat but it is hard, seems to lose more muscles than fat. Got to change my strategy, this program woud be a great help!

I have been a personal trainer for two years now and I have tried multiple nutrition and fatloss techniques used by Craig Ballyntine, John Berardi, Fred Hatfield, etc. I have yet to find a system that works for more than one or two people. After reading your 5 Fat loss Secrets, it made a lot of sense to use timing of macronutrients to create sick fat loss results. I NEED THIS PROGRAM. Hey! 25 lbs in 25 days! Even if I lose half that amount of weight along with gaining some muscle tone in that time, the Strategic Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 system is absolutely the best weight-loss program for me! Being in my mid-50s, I have watched the weight creep up on me the past 10 years, and no matter what I have tried, I continue to gain… most of it around my stomach/abdomen. Hi Joel! Your programs and ideas are very motivating…My whole life I have eaten unhealthy, but i used to have the best metabolism and was in cheerleading so it never mattered…well, once i moved away and was going to school full time and working full time, i didn’t have time to cheer, but kept eating the same way. Needless to say, over time the weight has been gradually increasing. In October i broke my right ankle on both sides and needed surgery and 8 screws w/metal plates and have been off work for 7 months (going back May 1-yay!!) Not being mobile at all really added some weight on. Around Christmas time i finally had that ‘aha’ moment of realizing Wow, i have Really gained weight!! Since the new year, i have totally changed my diet and have been eating really healthy and have lost about 10 lbs just with my diet alone…now that i can walk and exercise, i would LOVE to win your program to lose the last 20 lbs! Im 53, fat and need your help to change me to 53 and lean.

I’m 5o year old mother of 5 and over the past 2 years I have been trying to loose weight. However, I have become extremely serious about this over the past 3 months and have lost a total of 20lbs just from following your post. My weight loss has slowed and I believe the xtreme fat los 2.1 system is exactly what I need to take me out of the plateau. I am not just doing this for myself but for my kids and all the other overweight and obese persons around me. I met someone I really like. We started dating, spending all our free time together, I even bought him expensive gifts. After a few months, I said “those three words.” They never came back. :( I’ve been told that I’m a great guy and a real catch, it’s just that to him, I’m too big. He looks too good to be permanently attached to someone “my size.” (I’m not huge, mind you… 5’10” 195, 34″ waist..) I had already lost 45lbs a year and a half ago, but then plateau’d and have since gained about 10lbs back. I want it all gone for good!
