Since having my second child, almost 2 years ago, I have been struggling to get the last 15-20 pounds off. I have tried several diet and exercise plans, lose 5 lbs or so, then gain it back. Lately, I spend 1-2 hours per day working out, and still cannot get the weight off…it is extremely frustrating!! I’ve been struggling with my weight since even before I had kids (nearly 4 years ago). I never learned to control my portions or what was healthy to eat so I’m trying to learn now. I’m afraid I’ve ruined my metabolism with diet after diet, and I’m hoping it’s not too late to get my body back in shape. After I had my kids I blamed my 2 c-sections on my belly fat and have just kind of let myself go. I REALLY need to take better care of myself, to show my girls a good example of how to live a healthy life and NOT crash diet!!

I work in a mine in central Africa doing 15 hour days 42 days on 21 days off. At present I get up at 3.45 am to exercise for 45 minutes before starting work at 5am. We work till 8 pm have something to eat then bed. There is limited facilities so the exercise is skipping and calisthenics. Any help,plan,assistance would be greatly apprecited before I go home to see my family again on the 1st of June. Well done on helping so many people out there.

The reason I think I would be a good choice to get the XFLD free is that I’m obviously doing things wrong and I need the direction. I’m working extremely hard at the gym and keeping a pretty tight rein on my diet and I not only am not making progress, I’m starting to back-slide.
About a year and a half ago, I knocked my weight down from 236 to the mid 170’s. I even went on a juice-fast and briefly hit the low 160’s. But now, despite my struggles, I am back in the 180’s and have not been able to give myself the positive reinforcement that progression can bring. I want to see my ab’s! Help!

I’ve been up and down in weight most of my life. The things that have been effective in the past, are not currently. So, I’ve been reading research papers (avoiding the numerous diet advocates) on leptin, autophagy, ghrelin, glycogen stores, ketone utilization, fasting, HIIT, and such for my next body experiment. I recently documented an all-out fast (just took it down from my site) where I lost 17 pounds in 5 days (only 6 of it fat – verifying that I really didn’t want to take that approach for the full weight loss goal). I’ve regained to start the next biohack at the same starting point (260 lbs 31% bf).
Incidentally, my son (30) and I completed the St. Jude’s Memphis marathon back on December 3. Though I didn’t train as effectively as I had for my first marathon (19 years earlier), I was not pleased that I hit the starting line at 260 pounds. But sometimes ego is bigger than common-sense. I don’t intend to run 26 miles again at 260 pounds.
Reading your interview with Tom Venuto lends to your program being in line with what I wanted to try. Though I do wonder about the Pizza and such. Your program would likely be easier on my brain than the research papers I’ve been reading lately – until I wanted to understand it further.
Unless I get hit by the texting driver while I’m cycling on the side of the road, I’d like to lose the excess fat and enjoy greater mobility for another 40 or so years (currently 49)
Starting back to work Monday (after a 4 month unanticipated vacation) I am looking for an approach that gets my physiology back into the game of helping when I might not have as much time to lift.

I’m 27 years old and I’ve hit an inflection point. Strict calorie counting has got me from 225 to 200, but now I’ve bounced back to 205 despite eating 1200-1800. I need to get smarter. More strategic.
There has been one time, where I was completely satisfied with my body. I was working out daily and eating AWFULLY. I looked good though, so who was complaining? Well, I went to college (where I continued eating terribly and I wasn’t working out) and put on 30 pounds. I’ve been complaining ever since. I’ve taken it off, but I’m still not confident… That weight gain really took its toll, and I’ve been struggling with my muscle tone, and I’m faithful you can help.

In my teens, losing 20 pounds was an easy thing to do but now that I’m in my forties it seems impossible to lose more than ten pounds at a time and to keep it off. I suffer from systemic lupus, an autoimmune disorder, and the excess weight does not help. I need this system for the sake of my joints and knees!

I need this because within the last year or so, my body is playing tricks on me.
Normally, if I wanted to drop some bodyfat … all I had to do was cut carbs, do some fasted cardio, and change from strength sets to supersets. Not anymore.
For the last 6 months or so, I have been making small changes. Tweaking my usual program, varying different things – trying to discover what’s “not working”. Clearly, I need to totally overhaul my diet and training to get some real results.

The reason why I want this free Fat Loss System is because I want to loose fat yet still stay looking toned. My main concern is my age. At 51 yrs old, I don’t have the time or energy tp spend hours in the gym. A myth, right? So please send me your fat loss system so I can start loosing fat right away and prove the doctors and other people that it can be done effectively without the need to spend hours of wasted time over training. I have tried absolutely everything else! Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc. I know how to limit my calorie intake and exercise, but I don’t know how to put the two together to achieve the BEST results.
