Happy Friday Joe! I am 37, 6’1″ and 360lbs. I have been large my whole life. I have been going to the gym and trying to eat right for over a year now, and it doesn’t seem to be doing much. Through the years I have tried many diet fads, diet pills, etc which probably screwed my body up even more, as I just seemed to grow larger. I feel a real and structured plan is exactly what I need. I have extreme stress in my life right now. My mother’s health, home care, and lack of ability to drive to the gym daily has derailed the exercise and fitness program I started several months ago. I have been yo-yoing since i can remember and having just turned 30 this year have reached my heaviest weight at 250 lbs. This has affected my confidence both in my personal life and at work. As a teacher I found two students passing a note this week about my weight and it really hit home what a poor role model i am, how badly i represent myself to others.This week was rock bottom and I need to do something once and for all to change my lifestyle. I have tried several things to get lower body fat percentage.

In 2003 I did 60 Km walk for canser was in great shape. I will be 46 years old in a few days. It’s amazing how quickly life can pass by when you’re focused on working to raise a family. I have a wonderful wife, three lovely daughters and a good life. Hey Joel. At this point in my life, im still pretty young. About 20 years old. Ever since i was a kid, ive always been the “fat kid” in the class. Always getting picked on and criticized by my peers for my weight ESPECIALLY when it came to fitness. Even in Junior high when fitness was part of the curiculum, it seemed as if no matter how much i dieted, how much i tried, i could lose the fat. It wasnt until i reached high school that i finally started seeing some results nd i slimmed down a lot since my elementary days but not to the body that i wanted. I wanted to be like those guys on tv who played high school football and looked the part too. For me however, i wasnt really good at sports but i was active when i came to music but music doesnt really help you get buff arms nd abs. Now that im out of high school and starting college, fitness has become a necessity for me. i want to be able to see my friends and show them the body that i always imagined i would have. I have been keeping up with your updates and reading about your tips and your program that i have to try it out. When i read that i could possibly lose 25lbs in 25 days, i went ballistic. I know that if your beta customers can do it, then i can too. Im ready to have a body im proud of and a body that the ladies WILL like too.
Ive struggled with my weight all my life. Ive tried every diet and while i have lost weight before with exercise and good nutrition, I have never reached my goal and the process has been slow and painful. I have for the last year decided to take charge to be a healthier person. I gained most of my weight later in life so was not used to nor understood what you have to do to lose weight. The weight stops you from being who you really are. The way you explain your plan seems so smart and impowering. I also thought that being a good mom meant focusing on your children all the time. Now as they are older I realize that to be a better role model I must. Take care of my self.

I could really use this program. This program would be wonderful to help me speed up my metabolism, not gain on cheat days, & maintain my muscle. Because of serious stress at both work and home (including sickness in the family and myself) I have managed to gain almost 20lbs in 2 month (w/ no serious changes to my diet, if a little less of my regular work outs, though I did have more training for my martial arts test). I was hoping to lose weight before the massive gain, now it is very necessary to lose all the weight. I have struggled to try and drop it and have not managed more than 6lbs on my own and I only continue to yo-yo. Please help! Weight loss has seemed an impossibility to me. I have tried all kinds of diets through the years, only losing a small amount and then eventually putting it back on. I have continued to make healthy changes in my diet throughout the years, but the weight loss is at a stubborn stand still. I’m a physical therapy student that had tried everything (and I mean everything) to lose weight and get into shape. I know how to do it but for some reason nothing works for me. It’s really hard being in a program that strives to make people better and I can’t get myself to be a good physical example of what we want.
