After 10+ brain surgeries and a pregnancy, I’m SO ready to get in shape and just be healthy again. I have ZERO energy after my most recent brain surgery and know from past experience, a good workout routine will help me get my energy levels back up. Because I have a young child, I need to be able to workout at home. I have 30 lbs to lose after my most recent brain surgery, mere months after my daughter was born. I want to be healthy for my entire family. I also haven’t bought clothes, because of the weight gain, in over 2 years. I look forward to purchasing a whole new wardrobe and know that you can help me achieve that.

I will be retiring from teaching in May, after 45 years on this job. I truely believe that exercize and diet are the key to getting older. I’m in decent shape but long hours on my job keep me from that next step of working out harder and longer and eating better. I will have so much more time to get into great shape if I had this program. I’ll be on a fixed income so this would help with the inspiration I need.

I am a 46 year old woman with type 2 diabetes. I live a fairly active lyfestyle and can’t seem to get rid of the belly fat. Being diabetic the extra weight is detrimental to my health. I an currently on several type of medication for diabeties, high blood pressure, fibro mialgea syndrome,and cholesterol. I would like to be able to reduce the amount of medication I need to take as well as avoid having to be put on insulin if the diabeties continues to be problematic. I struggle daily with above normal glucose readings and am very frustrated. Please help! I cannot afford to buy the program, we are on a very tight budget.

I am turning 59 in a couple of months and have been carrying around an extra 15 to 20 lbs on my 5’2″ frame for a few years that I can’t seem to get rid of. I have been using the information I have received so far and have lost a couple of pounds already. I am particularly keen to learn the specific exercises to use to keep my metabolism up while dieting as I sit at a desk job 5 days per week. I usually feel pretty drained of energy after a work day and have another few years to go before retirement. I have been loosing weight very slowly by eating better and doing a little bit of excercise. Now, I have set my mind to really get in shape, eat right and do much more exercise. This program looks like the best guide to doing things right and smart.

I really need this program because i am 49 yrs old and i have tried every diet there is to try with little results. I have tried every thing there is to try and i still cannot take the weight off. I started taking back my health a little over 4 years ago. At the time, I weighed almost 240 pounds and had a variety of pains throughout my body. I started the practice of brazilian jiu jitsu, and I started making gradual changes to my diet. Today, I weigh about 176 pounds with about 18% bodyfat. I look so much better and feel great. However, I have hit a plateau that I can’t seem to overcome. I have followed your Cheat to Win diet with success, and other eating strategies as well, but no matter what I do I cannot seem to shed the last remaining fat (particularly around the belly). I am hoping that your latest product can help me finally achieve my goal of having 9-10% bodyfat. Thanks much!

I have tried so many diets. I need to loose weight for health reasons. I have tried all sorts of diets and I just keep gaining the weight back after.

Over the past three years I’ve been able to get and stay very lean through exercise and good nutrition, between 12% to 15% body fat. I compete in figure division of local physique competitions and have several third place trophies. It’s gotten harder the past six months to stay lean, and I’m hoping for a first place finish this year. Like you say in your materials, our bodies sense ‘starvation’ when our body fat is low and make it harder to maintain leanness. I feel fat, I look fat; therefore I am fat, I can’t seem to lose it by myself and exercising; well, you know it dosen’t work if you don’t get up and do it properly or even just do it. If I understand it right, everything so far makes sense, and you peaked my couriousity so now I want to learn more and maybe I can learn enough to change my life at 62. Maybe this CAN teach a old Dog a few new tricks to beat the belly fat blues. The reason i need access to your program is simply that i am confused with the nutrition and it’s important implementation with exercise.
I joined my local gym as i was uncomfortably overweight and back spasms.I was taking medication for Diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure.
I started with a personal trainer for rehabilitation, then one morning after a big cardio workout i nearly passed out. I took a blood sugar reading and it was dangerously low.
I took blood sugar readings before and after each meal, which revealed it was the breakfast cereal i had before the workout.
Even though i thought ‘whole grain’ was good, all the cereal offered was sugar and salt.
I started eating5 meals a day and exercising at home.
Test results in November showed blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol levels as normal.
Since December i have not taken any medication, am regular at the gym. I have lost 22lbs, taking shape and getting stronger. Enjoying life again.
Needless to say i must keep up this ‘lifestyle change’.
This is where i am having trouble, working out what combination, protein, carbs, when to eat or exercise etc.

Joel, this is why i need your structured program.
