My name is Anna and I have struggled with weight my whole life. I have recently lost 22 Ibs but have another 60 – 70 to reach my goal weight of between 130 – 135 ish. (I wont know until I get there where I want to stay exactly).

Just last weekend I finally broke the barrier into the 199’s from the 200’s (which had taken me about a month) I am really looking for something to continue this journey, and give me a new kick start (I don’t want my body to get used to anything, so it needs a change up). Your Training manual with 8 new workouts would be perfect for that.

Also, the Audio with Vince & Flavia is something that would really motivate me as some of my biggest inspiration so far has been just pictures and tips from those who have done this journey before me. To know it can be done is the most motivating thing there is.

My success so far has been a small weight loss group for women that I started to hold myself (and others) accountable and help them reach their goals as well (so you know I am serious).

I have a pretty normal life as a high school student but I’m very serious about my fitness level and my look. I have been looking for stuff that would make my abs revealed since 5th grade and I did not success in finding such information. I need access to this information because althought I’ve changed my eating habits, I exercise daily and I gained a lot of muscles, I still can’t get rid of the stubborn fat, that is covering all that muscle. I’m 22 years old, height -167cm, weight 83kg and about 30% body fat…please, I need help!

At 52, I am trying to regain control of my body. Two back surgeries, 6 knee surgeries and the threat of knee replacement has stirred my mind enough to get my body moving.

In 4 months I am to walk the Coast to Coast walk in England (220 miles) after attending my youngest cousin’s wedding in my kilt. However, the walking is not the real problem, the kilt is! My kilt appears to have shrunk – well I seem to have expanded my horizons.

For many years I ran 10Ks, mini- and full marathons. But my running days ended two weeks ago when I tore a meniscus and blew out my knee (running of all things). I have been trying unsuccessfully to lose the last 15 pounds, which aren’t coming off just by eating less and trying to exercise. Your system, Extreme Fat Loss, is exactly what I need because it is the thin, fine line on which I want to walk (since I won’t be running much anymore, I’ll need to walk).
I’m tired of 1+1=anything but 3. All my fat loss efforts to this point have resulted in 0s and 2s and I am not satisfied with a smaller (or weaker) version of my body. I want the transformation that you talk about. Plus, the less weight I am carrying the less stress on my injured knee and the likelihood of a pain-free (active) life.
At 64 years old, I need the extra boost EFL will give to my muscle building so that I can truly achieve a positive energy balance. I’ve been reading all the emails you’ve sent and watched all the videos. Everything makes so much sense that I’m delighted. I especially liked the reason behind the “cheat day”. That makes SO much sense!

Delighted? Yes! But not for me. I’m one of those fortunate few who has never had a weight problem. I’m about 4 pounds less now than my weight when I graduated from college decades ago.

I’m excited because as a massage therapist(MA 34031) in FL I deal with very heavy and obese every week. Most of them are women who bemoan the fact that, “no diet has ever worked for me. I lose some but then always gain back even more weight.” Your program sounds ideal for so many of my clients that I’d love to be able to talk to them about your program and put them in touch with you directly. I’m 39 yrs old working a pretty intense job as junior editor in the media sector. I therefore spend long hours at the computer. I lead a pretty active lifestyle, run outdoors 2-3 times a week, swim whenever I can and in general do not shy away from working out. However, I can’t seem to shake those pesky extra 15 pounds off… I could just shrug and get on with everything but I can’t help thinking that maybe if I combine some brains and strategy with the effort I might get those results. And I have a feeling your program might just be the thing to tip the scale towards success.

This program seems different from the other fat loss programs because of the unconventional methods and unlikely foods used. I like that about the program because I am an unconventional kind of guy when it comes to losing weight. I am a 47 year old single mom of 3 and grandmother of 1. I have been single for nearly 20 years. I have dedicated my life to taking care of my family. My youngest is graduating in May, and my own life can finally start. Hi.. Getting into a proper diet has always been my toughest phase in the weight loss.. I start out strong and then.I lose my willpower and eventually quit.. This fat loss program is my kind of program which I can stick to..

I want to win this because I need it and I have tried SO many things and they don’t work! I honestly believe Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 will work. My body is skinny but i have abdominal fat and lots on my thighs and I just cant get rid of it! I have thought of going anorexic, but I don’t think its a good idea. I am 61 years old and have severe osteoarthritis in one hip. Even though I do
my best to stay active, I am in constant pain. I work full time at a desk job,
so losing weight is very difficult. My husband is retired and is a stroke survivor

Hey Joel! I first came across your website through the Beyond Diet newsletter and have since joined your mailing list. I have enjoyed reading your newsletters and find your methods to be intriguing and different from other plans I’ve seen. I especially love the idea of the cheat day! :) My husband and I have recently started our own business and have slowly put on some weight and gotten “soft” these past few years (especially the last 7 months as we have been staying with my folks in Canada while we get our business off the ground. It’s hard to say no to Mom’s cooking!). I’m 28 and he’s 30 and we both have about 30 – 40lbs to spare and hope to lose some of that FAST before we head down to Texas for a wedding in June. I think your program could help us get back into shape and make our friends and family in Texas wish they looked like us!! :D

I’m commited to working out at the gym and maintaining a good diet with alot of protein. Just wish I could take it to the next level to trim down especially around the stomach.

It has been a rough couple years, with my brother becoming handicap from motorcycle accident he was in, I went into a downward spiral. Overweight and depressed. I’ve started to stop feeling sorry for myself l, and decided to get back on track. I got to know you from six-pack shortcuts. Mike has really helped me start getting into form (I never believed I could have a body like this), I exercise nearly every day and I try to eat right. Before Mike I never had self confidence and I never believed that I could be the person I am today. I don’t say that I deserve a free copy more than anyone else but I can say that your program will definitely help me further towards my goals of becoming trim and lean. I don’t know what my final goal is as I keep moving the goal posts ;-) but being able to eat right is crucial and I really believe your program can help.

I need to get back into exercising and take off some weight to help with a problem with my foot. Just need some motivation to get back to it…. (and some adjustments to my schedule).

For the past 10 weeks I have been working hard to clean up my diet and ramp up my workouts. I am seeing good results following advice from Flavia Del Monte and John Romaniello. However, the best advice was from you. I LOVE cheat day. Cheat day allows me to stay focused on my diet, which, in turn, helps me see the scale change. I am ready for more. I want to be the sexiest 50 year old woman on the planet. I want to be an inspiration to everyone at my gym. But, most importantly, I want to be the best me possible.

Well, I feel your program would be the perfect program at this point in my life because I am ready to make a change and stick to it. I am turning 45 in August and have steadily put on 30 pounds over the last 4 years. I can’t even say it was weight gain after having children. I kept about 10 pounds on after having my three daughters, but now I just can’t seem to do the right things that help me lose weight and keep it off. (It probably didn’t help that I started a sit down job about 5 years ago and then I got my MBA online last year, which involved more sitting and snacking at the computer!) I know the basics of eating better and exercising, but it looks like I need a synergistic combination, like you have developed, in order to see the results that I desire.
I would love to do your program and be in the best shape I can be.
