My name is Anna and I have struggled with weight my whole life. I have recently lost 22 Ibs but have another 60 – 70 to reach my goal weight of between 130 – 135 ish. (I wont know until I get there where I want to stay exactly).
Just last weekend I finally broke the barrier into the 199’s from the 200’s (which had taken me about a month) I am really looking for something to continue this journey, and give me a new kick start (I don’t want my body to get used to anything, so it needs a change up). Your Training manual with 8 new workouts would be perfect for that.
Also, the Audio with Vince & Flavia is something that would really motivate me as some of my biggest inspiration so far has been just pictures and tips from those who have done this journey before me. To know it can be done is the most motivating thing there is.
My success so far has been a small weight loss group for women that I started to hold myself (and others) accountable and help them reach their goals as well (so you know I am serious).
