I am 66 years old. I have lost over 30 lbs in the last 3 months following you & Isabelle. I am eating right & working out but need to go the last mile to loose belly fat & tone my whole body. I want to look as good as I feel since the weight loss. Proper exercise is so important for me as I have osteo arthritus and I want to be able to remain active. Thank you for all your help thus far!!!

I am going to be giving birth in 30 days or less if I’m lucky:) I have read so much about the previous program and the success people had with it, I would love to be able to see where my body can go after my second child is born!

I need this program! I work as a special education teacher and my life is the definition of stress….but I enjoy what I do. The bad news is that all the time I have spent taking care of other people has led me to neglect myself. This is now making my job even harder as I am regularly tired and sleepy. I’ve been working SO hard to lose weight. I’m 47, not overweight, but not where I used to be. I don’t want age and all of the seemingly inevitable diseases associated with extra fat to catch me. I’ve been following the tips in Joel’s posts, and I think maybe the guidance in this program is what I need. I’m committed to follow it !!!

I am 35 years old and have been trying to lose weight. I have been on so many diets but nothing seems to work. I believe that this program will help me to reach my goal. I have my 10 year wedding anniversary next year and after 2 kids I would like to look and feel the way I did on my wedding day.

At the age of 64 last year, I dropped four dress sizes by cutting portion sizes and power walking. I was mentally ready and this worked for me. Now my self motivation is gone and one dress size has creeped back on. I need a boost to my self motivation and seeing what will be the quick results from this program would be perfect. My belly is my worst feature and getting rid of it would be wonderful.

I am an Athletic Trainer in the high school setting and as such I get asked for my opinion and thoughts on health topics quite frequently. I like to think that I practice what I preach, however, because of some foot problems I have had the last 3 years my activity level has been limited and I have gained some weight. The problems in my feet didn’t slow my eating down unfortunately. I would like to be a better example to the kids I work with and for my own children and I believe your program could help me do that. I appreciate your consideration!

I have been struggling since I was a teen to lose weight (and I’m almost 40). I don’t have a lot to lose only about 25-30lbs but can’t seem to keep off the weight. I followed another program 2 years ago and lost 20lbs and was so happy with myself. I kept it off for about 6 months and then within 4 months I had gained it all back. I went to the Dr. and found out that I have a thyroid problem. I’ve been put on medication to control it but it takes about 3 months for it to take full effect and I’ve been on it for 2 months now. I’m still following my old weightloss program but it’s not working as fast as I’d like and I’m getting bored with it. I was working out 6 days a week when I lost the 20lbs but have now started TT Training with Craig Ballantine’s workouts and am loving it. Now I just need a new weight loss program to go along with it and I should start seeing results. I love the cheat days because I love my sweets and this would be perfect for me. I have been reading your posts over the last week or so and this looks exactly like what I have been looking for!

Two years ago I was 75 pounds heavier. I first started with a calorie reduced diet. The way I eat now is completely different from what I used to eat. I went from being a sedentary person to working out 5-6 days a week doing bootcamp style workouts. I am pleased with my results but not 100% satisfied. I am a size 6 but my “six-pack” is still hiding under a layer of belly fat I just can’t seem to lose. My thighs are still heftier than I would like. My body seems very content at my weight now. I want a body fat % in the teens (currently I am sitting at 22% body fat).

I consider myself fit. I can run about 5 miles at a time and lift heavier weights than I ever have in my life. I am dedicated to my health and fitness and I know that with the right tools (YOUR SYSTEM) I could be the version of myself I have always wanted to be. I hope to have the opportunity to try your system and I am confident this will work for me I am already planning the bikini I will wear in my “after” picture :).

I have doing exercise for almost 2 years. I have done more than once P90X, insanity and others. They have worked great however I have been stock on 190lbs for almost 8 months. I have been following the instructions to a T, but after seen the updates I realized that I am doing things in a wrong way. This program will help me to finally achive the goals i have greatbeen persuing for two years. This would be a great achievement.

I have tried every diet program out there, including several all liquid programs through Drs and several commercial food plans. I am very aware now that dieting is not the answer, that I must learn a new lifestyle – not only healthy fitness plans but a healthy new relationship with food. Additionally, I am working with a therapist to address my emotional scars that contribute to not only emotionally eating but the self-sabotage behavior once I achieve any level of weight loss success. With this holistic approach combined with your expert advice, I am confident that I can start living my life again instead of watching from the sidelines. I use to be athletic and active, loving to dance and now am too overweight to do the things I use to love.

I am 46 years old and a 12 year breast cancer survivor. Since 2000 I have tried harder than ever to stay healthy and keep myself and my family in good shape. I try every fad and have done every workout program including p90x. I currently own every Jillian Michaels dvd! I still cant get rid of my MUFFIN top! I have started Mike Geary’s “truth about flat abs” and im hooked! Im a hairstylist in chicago and I will reccomend this program to everybody I know if I win! We spend our summers on the chain of lakes and need to look HOT in my swimsuit!

I want to be fit and healthy for my family.

I am 41 years old weighing 162lbs, need I say more. I have always weighed 130lb and been able to eat whatever I wanted, but since I turn 40 the weight just starting packing on…I would like to understand what’s going on with my body. I am 59 (April 21), and 5’6″ at 208 lbs. approx. Every day I wake up and say this is the day to start, but somehow I eat something I should not, do not exercise, and my self-esteem has plummeted. I have no desire for my husband because I feel so crappy. Everything screams at me “Do something” but I just don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. I did lose 60 lbs 8 years ago but have gained every oz back. I hate vegetables, love all the bad stuff… like bread, pasta, pizza, rice, and can’t see living without those …. duh, I am in a dark place. I hate clothes shopping and have none because they are mostly size 14, 12’s. Now I am 18 and I cannot face it so I refuse to buy it. Please please say you can help me. I want my life back. :(

Why is it perfect for me at this point of my life? Well, I turned 40 and this is good time to change my life. Back in my twenties I was a very active martial artist but over the last decade I gained around 15 kilos (I guess it’s around 30 lbs) of fat. I know there are many weight loss programes but yours seems to have different approach than most of them. I have always chosen different ways than the majority, both in my private and professional life. When my friends played soccer, I went to the gym to practise martial arts. So this is something for me. It would be great to as fit as 15 years ago. You see, no special reason but to be in best shape for my wife, 2 daughters and myself. And to live up to 150 years.

I was a “poster child” for fitness for the first thirty years of my life. I was an athlete in school and was an avid horsewoman, spending a great deal of time exercising and training racehorses, until giving birth to my second child. For some reason, child number two tipped the scale for me (hormonally and physiologically) and my body was never the same. Now, sitting behind a desk all day and feeling too tired to do “diddly squat” when I get home, I’m overweight and very discouraged. I’m an enthusiastic gardener, utilizing and preserving my harvests and enjoy caring for my livestock. That being said, my family eats well and I believe, healthy. Child number three also tries to keep me active. I’ve consulted with my physician about the weight problem, but no helpful advice is ever offered..just hypertension and arthritis medications prescribed. This cycle needs to stop and I need your help. I want to see my youngest child graduate from college and my grandchildren grow up. Most importantly, I’d like to be well and healthy. Life is too short to miss a moment doing the things you love to do with those you love.

I would love to be able to see more muscle definition since I work out really hard 6 times a week and my body is not changing with what I am doing.
I am so close to my goal but the scale is not budging and progress has stopped.
I know there is a formula that will work and I think this may be it. I am ready to loose that body fat that is covering all my hard earned muscle and I am ready to give 100% to this

I am a 51 year old male who has struggled with his weight throughout life. I have lost about 40 pounds over the past year by bicycling and eating better, but have gotten stuck since Christmas at 251. I have about 25 – 30 pounds to go still and am intrigued by the efficiency of Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1, as my life is already so busy. I would be thrilled to try it out, the science geek in me (RN and Physical Education (ExPhys) Majors in University). I hope you will help me get my college body back.

I have been able to lose weight and keep it off, I have 10 lbs of fat to go and the last 10 is so hard to lose! I’ve been working so hard and I’m stuck at my current weight. I’m not so concerned about how much I weigh, but I really need to trim body fat!
