I would like to finally have the all the right information on combining the right diet and exercise and the proper information on how they go together to get the most out of getting myself in better health. As with most, I have tried just about everything out there with all the hype of this diet and that exercise and combine these and you’ll be better then ever and for what ever reason they don’t stick. So as to not lose hope I am still seeking the right way with out all the mumbo jumbo and seek the truth and from what little I have learned from your emails this sounds to be an honest no catch real deal. Least I am at the hoping stage still ;) Thank you for the opportunity and a chance!

Hi, I am interested in winning your program not only for fat loss, but just the help with coping, eating right and living my life. I think at this point in my life (47) we start paying for how we have mistreated our body through years of not having the knowledge that is avaulable now. I want to feel well first off, live life happy and look giod doing it. Please consider me as a hopeful winner. :)

Up until about 2 years ago I had always been fairly thin and very active so had never concerned myself much with the concept of “dieting” because I ate well without most of the junk that is included in the average diet, but then I got sick and one aspect of it was that I lost one third of my body weight in about 6 weeks! It was a real struggle for me to get well and once I did I was on a mission to get some sort of a body back – see I went down to 47 kg. Well, after a year and a half of eating everything I could to kick start my weight gain, my body did pretty much the exact opposite and I have gained 20 kg in the last three months. Most of this gain has been fat and quite frankly I have not found anything that I feel sounds reasonable enough to try based on my knowledge of nutrition and my body until your program. I would love to use your system to become strong and healthy again so that as I get older (I am 60) I can maintain my current style of life.

I’m a 50yr old single mom trying to get a healthy looking and feeling body back. I would like to avoid the health problems my parents have are atleast prolong them for many years to come. If I win an accomplish this I pray it motivates my 3 sons to do the same.

Because I seriously doubt it’s as good as you are saying it is, but I want to be proved wrong.

I am a 30 year Navy veteran with many medical issues. I have had a
total hip replacement (and revision after 14 years); total knee
replacement; and I need the other knee replaced. I’ve also had my
upper and lower spine fused. I’m only 53 and can work out, but a
program like the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 would really help get me
over the hump. I have hovered around 22% body fat for the last 15
years and can’t seem to to break through. Any consideration would be
greatly appreciated.

I’ve been weight lifting for over two years, along with seasonal biking and I’m still struggling to lose that last 10 – 15 pounds. Your plan appears to be that final piece I need to reach my goal to be ripped before I turn 44 yrs old (6 months from now).

I’ve tried many things to lose body/belly fat without much success. I really think this could be the program for me. It would be a great benefit for my blood pressure and over all health. This would also ensure that I get the chance to be healthy for my wife and two young children considering I started having kids again in my 40s. I am in o.k. shape right now but always have room for improvement.

My name is Bruno Cruicchi,I am 70 years old.For most of my life I have been in reasonable shape,however a year and a half ago,I lost my Daughter to Cancer after a 4 years fight.As a result,I went into depression and overeating.But,recently considering my wife needs me badly,I decided to be my old self and help her and people around me,like I used to.Ther you have it,my main reason for reaching out to you and your program.

I appreciate you asking the question, however the answer is difficult because it makes me examine the problem more closely. Admit there is a problem and do something about. My husband’s brother had a terrible health scare in Feb. Almost did not pull through. Well that has resulted in our sincere desire to get healthier and stronger. My husband and I are both a bit overweight and a bit out of shape. We are working on our eating behavior and activity level, which is average. Hi Joel! It interests me bacause I have reach a milestone in life. I turned 50 in the past year. I have always been athletic; played college sports and always very active. It has always been easy to either gain or lose weight in the past. However my body has changed. It has become so much harder and want to try a new approach. As the father of four very athletic beautiful daughters I have to keep up (very active tennis players). Additionally, I have both knee surgery AND torn Rotator Cuff surgery in 2011 so my activity level has been dimished. I have to be more careful now & have limitations I’ve never had before. Your unique dietary approaches actually seem sound and made me realize food, and the way I eat, are paramount to my success. I am a 50 yar old college football official competing for advancment with 30 something “Hard Bodies” who look like they belong on Baywatch. With age comes experience and judgement, but with the onset of ESPN and Ed Hockuli’s guns, how you look in vertical stripes is equally important. I am going to need to be below 10% body fat to compete with these young buck, and I am sure your program can get me where I need to be.

As the mother of 6 children, grandmother of 3, and 49 years old, I deserve and need to look and feel my best! I’m a 58 (almost 59) year old mother, grandma, and now a great-grandma. My first child “little guy”was 9 lb. 15 oz., and each kid after him was no tiny baby. This left my abdomen muscles separated and stretched and extremely weak.
Different chemical and health problems have caused years of chronic fatigue and that’s left my muscle tone in the tank.
I’ve spent the last three months on a completely organic paleo type diet that has detoxed my body and taken care of the fatigue and left me felling better then I have in years. But…I’ve still got 35 lbs to lose and I really need a workable and reliable program that I can follow for the reat of my life. I am a 53 yr old mother of 6 children & grandmother to 7 (so far!). Since my 6th child was born in 2004 I have been struggling to stay at a healthy, physically fit weight. I am ready to commit to a program that will really work – as I need to be physically fit & active to keep up with all my kids & grandkids! After reading all your (fabulous & informative) updates – your program sounds like just the ticket! It will help me to eliminate the unecessary, not to mention unhealthy fat on my body, & I love the idea of a cheat day – I can still have my fun day sundaes with my kids & grandkids when planned on day 5!!!

I want to be healthy & fit so that I can be around to enjoy my family for a long time. One of my daughters (9yrs old) has heart issues & special needs, so being healthy & fit will also help me to be here for her for the long haul.

I’m almost 49 years old. I eat healthy, workout 5 days a week, and yet cannot manage to lose weight. I want to be better at 50 than I was at 30 and I am hoping this program will get me there.

Hi – I am a 50 year old who has tried for years with eating correctly and exercise to whittle away my middle, hips and thighs but it is a constant battle that I really have never won. Even when eating healthy I can never seem to loose the belly fat – it is frustrating. I am in software sales and need to look and feel my best when with clients. My whole train-of-thought in this point of my life isn’t to “loose” weight, it’s to change my lifestyle in order to be a healthier person. Hi! I have always considered myself to be active and a healthy eater, but as I’ve gotten older and as I’ve read your information I realize I need to re-educate myself and teach my self and my kids the best way to be healthy and well and make this a way of life!

I’ve been trying to lose weight for the last five years with no avail. I have a bicuspid aortic valve, running, swimming, etc. does not work for me and several diets just causes me to feel hungrier. I can not lift weights due to my heart condition and I try my best to watch what I eat. I am 30lbs over weight for the weight I am suppose to be according to my cardiologist. So if you pick me, you could be helping my life.
