I’ve lost 107 lbs and training for a triathlon but I have hit a plateau. I need to have an Xtreme fat loss break through!’

This program just makes sense! I’ve watched my calories for years, but one evening of eating “normal” high calorie foods, at a restaurant, for instance, can pack on the weight overnight!

I’m hoping the exercises can be done at home, as my very busy schedule doesn’t make exercising at a gym workable for me. I’d like to have a logical sequence of exercises and food choices, along with advice on the “cheat day”, to make obtaining (and maintaining!) a lean body, a lifestyle, not a “quick fix”.

I am almost 52 with a bmi of 32.8 & have not felt well for months, always have a cold, headache, sinus issues, always tired etc. I do work in a medical clinic and there is nothing medically wrong. Recently I felt I needed to apologized to my boss because I have not been able to give 100% at my job. I am committed to make some lifestyle changes – in both diet and exercise, so that I would have more energy & to be healthier.

I am a new mum. I gave birth six months ago and I want to go back to my normal weight. I am trying hard with diets and exercise some times but not successful yet.

I’ve been working out since the age of 12. I am now currently about to turn 34, and while I have gotten some results over the years, I have never been able to reach that next level, because of some stubborn belly fat that I just can’t seem to lose no matter what I do. This has been extremely frustrating over the years, and at times discouraging, especially when I see other people with totally ripped mid-sections when they’ve never had to diet a day in their life, and haven’t worked nearly as hard as I have. I need a system that will finally produce the results I’ve longed for my entire life, and renew my interest in exercising. I think your system could be of great use to me. Thanks.

I have had a weight problem all of my life. I’ve tried many diets: HCG shots, Weight Watchers, Suzanne Somers, Herbalife and more. I’ve Jazzercised for the better part of 30 years. I am miserable with the additional weight I’ve put on. I am currently trying to lose weight so that maybe I won’t feel depressed when me, my husband, daughter, her husband and 2 little girls go to Hawaii in late May. I am working out with a trainer twice a week, logging my food and getting in additional exercise the rest of the week. If I could lose all the weight (30-50 pounds), my life would never be the same again. So from what I read in your report, there is a way to eat in a certain way to burn fat more efficiently, it would be wonderful. I would feel happy that I have accomplished something I think about every day of my life.

I would love to have a free copy of your book as i have tried so many diets in my 40years of dieting.
At one stage I thought that I was doing so well as i had lost 18Kg but after four month it started creepy up on me and i have gained more than i lost.
I have been working in a government hospital for 25years and i have seen doctors giving a lots of drugs and i am am a true believer of preventive medicine
and good diet and exercise.I hve to try and loose the weight as i don’t want to take medicine for my high blood pressure. I hope your diet works.

As a college student with a nice meal plan, I have taken the opportunity over the past two months to eat as much protein and carbs as I can and hit the gym very hard to transform myself from an always skinny guy to somebody with a good amount of muscle. In the process, I knew I would also pack on some fat, and I was right. My body fat has shot up a few percentage points, and with summer around the corner, I am really inspired to get a six pack. I would like a copy to discover how to loose 20 lbs of belly fat so that I can fit into all my clothes and regain the life I used to have before I started hiding myself under baggy clothes to hide the fat.
