I think I should receive one of the FREE copies of your Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 system because I am at the perfect point in my life to leverage your knowledge and complete my weight loss journey.
I’m 5’9” tall and 53 years old. I’ve pretty much always been “big-boned.” Over the course of my lifetime I’ve tried just about every diet plan there is—pills, fasts, high-carb, low-carb, paleo, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig…you name it. I’ve lost and always re-gained literally hundreds of pounds. I even investigated bariatric surgery but it scared the heck out of me, especially the options that permanently remove most of your stomach or re-route the plumbing.
Recently I have been doing a fitness boot camp three times per week and watching nutrition. That’s how I went from 266 to 230 pounds in 12 weeks. The camp is hard but I love it. I find the nutrition aspect more difficult, and I’m looking for the “next thing” nutrition-wise to take me to my goal weight of 185 pounds (I haven’t been below 200 for 35 years!). I think your plan could be exactly what I’m looking for, because I don’t want to lose just weight—I want to lose FAT!

I have tried various diets and failed at all of them either because they were too hard to stick to and also because after a month or so I didn’t see any loss and gave up. From reading the material you have emailed me I see that I was destined to fail. I don’t know where to begin actually. For 12 years I traveled for work. I tried to eat healthy, but due to schedules and deadlines I was unable to. I was laid off of from that job and my life has started over. I have been so fed up for being out of shape. I read about you program and I ordered it.

I know some of you are building your best bodies and I applaud all of you, but as someone who once worked out religiously, I am rebuilding mine. My dad passed away at the end of last year. Though they are both in a better place, I’m here and I’m still able to live my life to the fullest and THAT is my motivation.

Life happens to everyone. There are no “free rides”..If you are going to make it you have to work at it. I am still digesting what I ordered to make sure I have everything ready (checklist).. I would like to win the free set, but.. if not.. I’m going to use the tools I have and make it happen.

I started working out as a chubby kid of 14 years old. Am now 24 years old and I still have no idea of how to get rid of fat accumulated in certain areas of my body! Those last few pounds just won’t go away no matter what I do. I’ve tried every advice from fitness magazines with no results to show for! I’ve followed so many diet plans and workout programs in the past 10 years, and to be honest, am almost giving up…with every failed attempt I grow more dissappointed, especially when I hear transformation stories on the internet or in magazines. Your approach to fitness seems to be intelligent and harmonizes with a lot of what I have read.
I am eager to try your program. At 53, I am a veteran dieter and I totally agree that no diet or fitness regimen is “One Size Fits All”.
I have spend hours and hours of exercise for years without any obvious improvements.
I need a program that delivers results. Yours sounds like the real deal.
Congratulations on your apparent advancements in this area.

I believe that this is going to be great for me to focus on getting fit while deployed here to Afghanistan, while also giving a great example to others I work with how well the EFLD works. It is a Challenge to keep fit while deployed and I believe that my schedule coupled with the EFLD can really make a difference. I would like to change my body, and take my fitness level to an awesome level.

I have struggled with my weight all my life, and have tried most diets out there. I usually lose weight, but gain it back. I am the consummate yo-yo dieter, and so have little muscle mass left also. I had my two sons in my 40’s, and I WANT so very much to be fit, healthy and alive for my sons and to enjoy future grandchildren…..I am almost 64. I have this menopause pudge and can’t seem to budge a pound, especially the midriff bulge! I don’t know if there’s any program that can help with this as I’ve tried many. It’s really affecting my self esteem which I need for my current job search to land a job along with more energy. But also need it to lower my cholesterol too!

I would truly benefit from your program as I am an amateur bodybuilder at the age of 20, getting into contest condition but have hit a major plateau over the last month. I need to get my hands on your program for free, because I’m having finacial difficulties at the moment, and I have been over weight since I was a kid. I have tried so many diets and have failed all. I feel I am a good recipient for your program for many reasons. I am at a tough point in my life health wise. I work out on a regular basis and fit but I am 44 years old but have trouble keeping those last few pounds off to look and feel my best. I’m excited by the videos and testimonials. I’ve been overweight all my life for varying amounts and never can get past the wall to lose it all. I work hard on the diet and exercise but once I quit losing, defeat sets in, hope abandons me and the struggle becomes too much. My confidence and will power wane until I give up. I believe with your 9 component program, it’s laid out for anyone to succeed. I can finally achieve the body I’ve been working for all these years. I don’t usually believe one diet fits all but a variety of people achieved fantastic results with your program and I want to do the same.

I live in an RV, traveling the country while working 12-16 hour days as a catastrophe adjuster.
