Hey. this would be great for me because I already do alot of what is being advocated. I am doing Eat stop eat. intermittent fasting and would love to increasing it up a notch. For as lOng as I can remember I’ve been struggling with weight issues!!! I’m 30 yrs old now and I’m at a low point in my life. I no longer Want a fit body….I need a fit body!!! I need it for my self esteem and overall well being! I have been working out and eating healthy for six months now, i have gained some lean muscle and lost weight. i feel great and my six pack is starting to show up, i have follow routines and healthy nutrinion with discipline. Im having trouble getting losing the last lower stomach fat to show my complete six pack, i feel like i need to try something different, thats why i need to access this program. like i have followed other programs i will use this completly with discipline, not just for some days and then forget it about it. i know some changes in my workouts and healthy nutrion with this program will help me COMPLETE MY GOAL.

After reviewing several of Joel’s emails, and discovering some of the not so well known, yet easy to follow fat loss secrets, this plan seems perfect for me. I gain easily. I can pack on muscle, but I can also pack on fat with the best of them. What I’ve read about the massive calorie deficits is something I’ve thought about doing, but I’m really intrigued about the lactic acid training and what it entails. This seems like the perfect program to drop fat and, at the least, maintain muscle. Pick me!

I’ve been pleased with the information from Joel so far. I used to be fairly thin and did not have too much difficulty losing weight, even after my pregnancies. I was never more than a size 10 up until about 4 years ago. I have gained 45 lbs. total since then and it seems that my metabolism has considerably slowed. I need a jump start and I am confident that this is just the way to do it. My husband also needs to lose fat to get healthy after some medical problems. This will help both of us lose our fat and get healthy so we can grow old together.

Im a 42 year old female. About 8 yrs ago I was diagnosed with asthma (and I smoked at the time). I had to be put on steroids to control it. I gained 50lbs! So, 5 years ago, I decided enough was enough I quit smoking and got healthy, I worked out ate smarter and lost those 50lbs (yay me!), I was the happiest I’ve ever been. A year or so later I got a puppy, I got extremely sick & had to get rid of him after only 3 days. My asthma flared back up again, more steroids & hello 50lbs! :( My asthma is under control again, but I have spent the last couple years trying to lose this 50 lbs again. I have many heath problems . Type 2 diabetes , pulmony fibrosis , sleep apnea ,asthma, dypsnea nueropathy and more . I really need to find some motivation to lose weight and get more healthy. I am going to the Domincan Republic in July and would really love to be bikini body ready. In the last 10 months I was able to lose 20 pounds of fat – I dropped from 165 lbs (21% fat) to 143 lbs (10.5% fat). I got such awesome results thanks to guys like you, Craig Ballantyne and Brad Pilon. However, now I really got stuck!! I have changed everything in my diet and exercises, have tried intermittent fast once or even twice a week… but I still was not able to overcome such a plateau. Since the beginning my goal was to reach 1 digit body fat percentage, I already am pretty close and at same pretty far though. I really believe that your approach is everything I need to make It… and this is the very why I am writing this comment.

I am a dishevelled mother of four who has spent the last 6 years back in education. In these past few years I have attained an hons degree and just recently a masters and I am Knackered! During my years of study I have regretably, let stress and guilt takeover resulting in a 4 stone weight gain… while i have been seeing to my course work and the family – ensuring they don’t suffer over my workload, little or no time has been spent on my own personal weight issues which I might add were there before study just not to the excess they are now. I’m 5’9” tall and 53 years old. I’ve pretty much always been “big-boned.” Over the course of my lifetime I’ve tried just about every diet plan there is—pills, fasts, high-carb, low-carb, paleo, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig…you name it. I’ve lost and always re-gained literally hundreds of pounds. I even investigated bariatric surgery but it scared the heck out of me, especially the options that permanently remove most of your stomach or re-route the plumbing.
Recently I have been doing a fitness boot camp three times per week and watching nutrition. That’s how I went from 266 to 230 pounds in 12 weeks. The camp is hard but I love it.
