I have tried ever diet and as I have gotten older I have found that my body does not respond and I can not lose weight. I am only 33 and I love to work out and eat right but have not found the right balance. To be honest I want to look great in my bikini for swimsuit season. I’m the classic 50+ male that has tried them all! The only thing I tried that worked for me, is the Body for Life Program! I lost over 40 lbs in 6 months when I did it several years ago! I have been in a constant war with my weight all my life. This has been since I was a small boy of 8. I will be 57 this year. I have worked out all my life and at some periods in my life have been in very good shape. This was a period when I was jogging everyday, swimming most days, and playing basketball. This was my life style then. Now as a older man I have lost that energy and only been able to reach a good place due to some strict diet, which I am sure was very bad for my health. I would really luv to have “Xtreme Fat Loss Diet”. I am literally tired of being a fat magnet. Growing up I was small, I ate what I wanted and never was taught or understood the importance of good health and being fit. Til’ after the kids. I found the crash diets (that work for a limited time…even with working out) and I’m right back where I was running from. In a big circle! I HAVE to get my life back in perspective. I want to break the vicious cycle of how I grew up with my 2 year old. I need to instill in her good health and fitness. I feel this is the program that I was looking for but could never describe in my own words what I needed. At 59 yrs. my waist is starting to increase faster than it ever has. I go to the gym 3 days a week, can not do much on bikes or treadmills with a partial knee replacement that went bad, but have noticed that my upper body muscle tone just will not come back. I need a new approach that balances diet with fat loss and maintain some muscle without having to spend my entire life at the gym. So far I am seeing results, but I’m sure there is lots more I need to study.

Hi, I have always wanted six-pack abs and so I began eating healthily (Eating around 2500 calories per day, at a macronutrient split of 40% Protein, 40% Carbohydrates and 20% fat (as I am an meso-endomorph)) and training 5 times a week (resistance training and HIIT). I tried various programs and routines from magazines such as Men’s health however I seemed to lose some of the weight but could not shift the remaining 10-15 pounds that were hiding my abs. As that didn’t work for me I switched my intention to gaining lean muscle and began to eat 3300 calories per day at the same macronutrient split. I put on 28 pounds in 12 months, however the weight was not all lean muscle as a substantial percentage was fat. I then tried to lose the fat again but could still not shift the fat hiding my muscles. I would love to try this program so I could finally get those abs I have always wanted and worked so hard in the past to try and achieve.
I think this program would bring me great knowledge into my workouts and also my diet and I am sure with the help of this program I will finally get the ripped physique I have always wanted.

I am a full time husband, father and full time student with a full time job. I have had success with other programs like double edge fat loss by dr. Hey Joel, thanks for this oppurtunity. I have been in the Navy for just at four years and twice a year we have to do a Fitness exam and every year I come relatively close or fail one of these tests not because of physical lacking but because the way the Navy take a BCA,(stomach in inches minus neck in inches and that is the BF %) it leaves me out of Navy standards. I just failed my 3rd one within 4 years because of this and the Navy is giving me 2 months to see if this will change. I have been doing Insanity for about a week now and seeing some results already but want to be able to have this taken care of in one month and really teying to keep my job. Currently 24 years old, 235 lbs 6’1 with 17″ neck and 41″ waist. Thanks for everything
I’ve found that maintaining my fitness is one of the hardest things to do. Staying motivated to burn off that last inch-to-pinch is seems almost impossible, but reading these past updates (and hoping I win the entire system) has given me all the confidence/motivation I need to reach my full fitness potential–a goal that’s finally within my reach!
Having read too many books and ebooks I want to be proven that this is the best plan to shed pounds the fastest time. I have lost 40 lbs in 6 months 3 years ago and maintained it for 2 years. All the excess weight came back in a year. I want to do the same, shed lots of weight in fastest possible time -25 days.

What a wonderful gift you are giving. I am 46 and have worked out since I was in my 20’s. However, I wasn’t consistent and sometimes would take off a year at a time. Now, for the first time I have put on 20 pds and can’t lose it. What I did before isn’t working now. I thought my eating habits were pretty good until I met you and now I realize the yo-yo eating I have done for years has finally caught up with me. I am so frustrated that nothing is working and would like the opportunity to try your program.

I will just get right to the point. I’m going on 54 years old in May. I work in the security construction field and am quiet active for my age. The problem is, I can’t get ride of the belly fat that has crept up over the years. I Seem to have a very slow metabolism, which doesn’t help. I really believe this is for me.

Thanks for the opportunity. Right away I know I am in need of this program and I have re-written my comment here several times as I don’t even know how to voice my own “pain”. I have always been in tip-top shape and excelled at so much in my life. I had a baby 8.5 months ago and for the first time in my life, it seems like everyone around me has been moving on and I am just at a standstill. My weight gain has taken it’s toll on me personally… physically, and emotionally. Everyone, including myself, had all these expectation of how well I would handle it all and now I feel like I failed them, and worse myself. I have tried so many diets/programs to fit with my new life and none seem to work. I am now at the point where there is too much out there, that I can’t focus on any one program.
