I am a big fan of your programming. I have done CYWT, 1000 Calorie, XFLD & Big Breakfast. I have gone from 219 lbs. two years ago at 5’11” to 177 lbs as of this AM. Of all your programming, I like XFLD the best, because it incorporates IF, which I think is a huge key, and I love the frequency of the free days! And by the way, since the beginning of this year, I have stopped doing cardio and HITT altogether and just do MRT coupled with the meal plans. My 42 yr. old joints are thanking me for that too. I have never felt better physically. Thank you Joel for your awesome programming.

I am on an absolute turning point in my life. During the past year, I have been changing everything I wasn’t happy about – kicking myself towards a better, healthier life. By now, I feel like the worst of the struggle is over – apart from my body. Getting the perfect body is the last step I have to take, and I don’t want to wait for it any longer!

Just finish a 30 day body detox system that said I should loss from 5 to 10 lbs as my body was cleaned, I feel better but I gained 5 lbs. Now I’m 5’7″ weighing 275 lbs, I’m about 100 lbs from my ideal weight. I just can’t seem to lose Tried nutri-system and lost 20 lbs over three months, but once I stopped it just came right back and more. Hey Joel, thank you for all the tips and vids. I’m a 61 yr.old who has been up and down in fitness, dieting, nothing seems to work to stay off. I’ve been a proponent of giving yourself a day off to take care of cravings, etc. and have preached that to others. It was great to find a program that not only understands that all are not created equal but needs to give that day off for rest. I appreciate the wisdom, the knowledge, and the depth at which you and John have taken yourselves for our help. Thank you. I do need help with my fitness at my age. If this works for a 61 yr.old with metabolism problems, it will work for anyone.

Hi Joel, I am 56 , 6 foot 272 pounds. I need to get down to 185. I have the willpower but lack the knowledge to do this quick. Hey, thanks for all the info. Joel. After an intense year of nursing school I’ve fallen out of shape for the first time and havnt been able to regain my previous physique. After an hour and a half commute and tiring shifts, its hard to keep the same motivation. As a health care provider it’s important look as though your health is as important to you as your patient’s and you actually practice the what you preach to others. I’ve tried the rough outline of the diet and cant wait to hear the specific details. Give me a shot and I’ll show you results!

Hey Joel I’ve been a fan about how you’ve approached this new way of living to lose weight (notice I didn’t use the word diet). I have been dieting for about a year and a half and have tried everything from Atkins to cutting calories but all that did was put my body in starvation mode. I workout harder than anyone I know but would like a good program I can trust to meet me halfway to help me achieve my goal. Thank you.

I have been working out for about 19 years of my life. Started out following a heavy child hood. I began by losing about 90 lbs throughout high school. Weight loss for me is a roller coaster/ back forth battle. It’s very challenging I workout hard. I need something else, something that works will get me to where I need to be and where I always dreamed my physique could look like. I have tried many diets and books and they been ok but keep gaining and losing roller coaster. I need something that works and will give me the look I always wanted. Oh yeah and keep that look.

In the last 18 months I’ve had a baby and gone thru a divorce. The stress caused a huge weight gain. I put on 80 pounds during my pregnancy and that was more that half my pre-pregnancy weight. I also went up 17% body fat. I’ve lost a little since my baby was born, but I hit a plateau very quickly and had been there for about 6 months. I’ve started eating better and working out and I even did 35 days of P90X and little results. But since I started getting your emails and following your tips I have lost 6 pounds in the last 10 days! I’ve stopped doing the hours of exercising I had been doing and added cheat days into my diet. I’m excited to find something that works! I’m looking forward to getting back in shape and becoming healthier for my baby girl.

I want to make a change in my lifestyle for life and generations to come. I need to understand what food and supplements are doing for my body. When to eat what types of foods. Learn how to correlate the eating habits with exercising and workout schedules. And learn creative ways to keep myself inspired to live a healthy life. I not only want to do it for myself but I want to pass on the knowledge of nutrition and exercising and good habits to my children so the trend of preventable health issues in my family can stop. I want it to be effortless for them to eventually teach their children. well mr marion i been overweight all my life, have tried many diets that don’t work. in my defense i feel that if i do not lose 65 lbs my other alternative is to go thru lap band surgery. i do workout but need help with nurtrion

Been working out at Get in Shape for women. Lost about 20 lbs so far but it’s been almost 9 months. Was hoping to lose another 20 in a little shorter period of time and compare your program to theirs before I sign up again for another year with them.

I don’t have a magic set of words or a way to snag your attention that stands out from the other thousands of folks asking for the same prize. As a person in the upper age bracket, I have stuggled to lose extra weight for a long time. Many of the programs are not effective in reducing fat and weight gain, however your program and advice is the first to provide a logical approach. A significant area to assist in this “battle of the bulge” is the advice your program offers for individuals such as myself, who also battle genetic weight status. I feel yours is one of the better more logical weight reduction/better health programs on the market today!

I am able to get down to a low body fat% but not able to get as much definition out of my abs as I want. Yes I was able to drop from 24 Body fat% down to 7% in two years. And able to see a 6 pack abs. But I notice I have 8 pack abs. I want to bring out all of them and I know your program is going to be the one to help me flip the last stone.

I will introduce myself my name is Pat, I am 42 years old. I have been struggling with weigh gain and loss all my life. I’ve recently been diagnosed with pre diabetes. In the past year I have been operated on my knees 3 times for torn miniscus. So now that I am ok and doing better I strates training again. I lost 23 pounds since January. I am using Kyle Leon training which is very good. But I have now hit a plateau and I just can’t go lower then 212 lbs. I received an email from Kyle about your program, and the five things. I found it very interesting. And I am sure from your advice I will see change. You spoke about working out but there are no results. That is where I am at right now. My name is Carlo from the Philippines, I have spent almost 8 years trying to lose weight. I have tried diets ranging from (atkins to pure fat all the way to caloric counting too the Decimal!)

I work out hard, I often don’t realize I am already pushing my body beyond what it can take. (left shoulder wall climbing – right shoulder in fucking badminton!)

That’s why I know that despite my diet, and my work out, I am getting a 1+1=0 type result!

I would like a chance at 64 years of age to get rid of my belly fat. I exercise regularly and try to eat the right foods but something is missing. I have 3 grandsons ages 6, 4 and 6 months. I like to have fun with them and have enough energy to run and play tag and swim with them. I want to be around to see them graduate high school and go off to college always remembering that Grandpa was there for them.

I have been overweight and on/off diets my entire life (literally). Since I was four, the doctors tried everything; even using prescription meth to speed up my metabolism (tells you how long ago that was).Thankfully when that didn’t work, they stopped it after a short time. In my early 20’s, while in the hospital for ankle surgery, doctor put me on a high protein diet and accused me of having food snuck in to me because after a week I had actually gained 10 pounds. I have Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed in 1983. Some of the affects of the MS have made it difficult to get the exercise I want and need.
The amount of food I eat is not the problem because I actually eat less than my 6 year old grandson. He worries that I don’t eat enough. Now I am in my late 50’s and on top of being (okay, I’ll say it} obese (I’m probably 130 to 180 pounds overweight depending on which chart you use). I need to loose weight to improve my health. I have managed with the MS for almost 30 years but as my weight continues to go up, my health is deteriorating. HELP!
