Hi Joel. I consider this fat loss program great for me right now because I got off of a weight loss program a few months ago that required drops and I want to be able to loss the weight now without having to go back to the drops by eating what you recommend. I still need to lose another 20 pounds. I want to be able to lose weight, tone my muscles and feel good about myself. Having a cheat day made my day. I also think your research is great to learn from since it talks about the body and how it works. I never knew of those concepts you brought into this program! That is awesome! Thank you Joel!

Well, I am 60 and fairly fit, but I just can’t seem to get rid of the last bit of belly fat. From what I have read so far, this program seems like it may be able to help me do that. I also really like the idea of a “cheat” day and am anxious to see if it will work for me. Looking forward to the release of this program.

I’m almost 29 years old by now, and I started training towards hypertrophy in 2006. Even though it’s being like 5 years of regular training I’ve only experienced notorious muscle gains probably in the first 6 months of my beginner stage. I felt great about changing my body composition for the better, however, I later realized that because of my lack of knowledge of nutrition I probably gained more unwanted fat than muscle! Basically, people told me: “You look more muscular and pumped, BUT you also look fatter!” So, after realizing that adding muscle and ever more fat to your frame is no really a desirable thing I desperately started researching about diets aiming fat loss, but unfortunately nothing has worked for me so far, no matter how hard I tried. I would say that I’ve being working very hard and I definitely have developed a very good cardiovascular condition, however, I haven’t been able to lose any of the unwanted fat that I’ve been carrying all my life. Since the early 2007 I’ve tried different diets experimenting with different carb/fat/protein compositions; high protein, low carbs and even high fats, but anything has worked for me so far… Now that I read about your program (introduced to me by Vince Del Monte’s news letters) I can now see that I stupidly work very hard without having a darn idea of what I was doing regarding nutrition for fat loss… I feel fortunate to finally finding a program (XFLD) that is built based on nutrition knowledge that makes sense; I liked a lot! I also like the “Xtreme” part because being working so hard for so long time without results, now it makes me feel very exited that with this system all my efforts would finally be rewarded the harder I work!

I’ve been aware that the principal reason why I haven’t loosed the unwanted body fat, even I have trained hard was the lack of knowledge that I haven’t being able to obtain from a reliable source. I’ve been doing the standard regular stuff and I’ve been researching about nutrition, hypertrophy, strength, stamina, etc, but I still haven’t being able to make a training plan that works for me. I’ve tried long cardio routines over 1 hour, intervals, short duration cardio, etc Even though I think I’ve learned a lot about nutrition, in the end it’s very confusing for me, because it’s difficult to find reliable information and sometimes the information that is avaliable on the net is very contradictive.

I’m totally convinced about XFLD’s scientific approach system and I’m very grateful that you dare share that valuable information with the world!

I’m a 40 year old mother of 2 kids (age 6 and 3). I had my kids a little later in life and have accumulated quite a bit of belly fat at 5’5″ 140 lbs. I work out regularly and wear a size 5 but still have fat to lose in my torso and upper arms. I’m interested in finding out if this program REALLY could work for me. In short, I’d like to be one of your guinea pigs!

This program sounds like just what i’ve been looking for. I have 40-50 lbs to lose, and recently had gained 20 lbs of that. So there are a lot of clothing that does not fit me anymore. I am even more embarrased now that my shirts don’t always cover my belly. I imagine my kids are embarrased of me also. I need to learn how to boost my metabolism as other “diets” i’ve tried have not worked well. My boys both play rep sports all year, so I need to learn how to cheat properly. We have alot of quick meals and sometimes fast food. I want and need to be healthy, this sounds like a way of life, if I could learn your program it would change my life. I really want and need your program, I will work very hard at it. I have a little weight gym in my rec room and if I knew what to do it would be easier. I want to turn fat into muscle, and maintain my body weight. I want to have the energy to go for a run and get through my day without constantly yawning, and most of all I just want to feel good about myself! I have tried many different workouts and eating plans, and never get any results. I end up drained of energy and feeling worse than before. I just want help to feel and look better. I would absolutely love to give this program a try!

I need this diet because I want to lose fat quickly however I am not willing to sacrifice muscle to do it. I am willing to put in the work and discipline to get good results and this program sounds like a program that will work.

I have tried every kind of other diet, with very little success. I have a very busy life style, my work takes me from country to country. I work long hours and if I need to eat several times a day – I need very simple snacks that are available in developing countries. I very often am living in hotels and do not have access to any sort of cooking facility, so really need to know what easily accesible, low preparation foods I should eat. I am also very interested your priciple that you need to cleanse your body before you start dieting. Seems very sensible, would like to know more.

The reason that I want this program is that I believe you have nailed what people need to do to accomplish the body people really want, one that is shapely, toned, and strong without being overly bulky. I am 39 years old and look like I am in my 20’s, but I have ALWAYS struggled with this really ugly waistline. I hate it. Over the past two months I have lost about 8 pounds going from 155 to 147, and here I am stuck. My legs are skinny, my butt is skinny, my arms are thin, but strong (I can do 20 solid pushups, no problem), but I am still pinching the two to three inches of fat around my waist. I have never seen the muscles in my abs, which I know I have because I do situps and other core strength exercises regularly. Please help!! Well the thing that got my attention was in you launch update #3. You showed a picture of 2 ladies that are the same size, but one looked sooo much better than the other. Why? Because of fat loss, not muscle loss. I have gone from 130 to 120 on my own. But all i have done is create a smaller version of myself. And, although i am happy with my weight, i am not happy with my shape. And i believe that the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet system can take me from looking like the girl on the left, to looking like the girl on the right. Thank you for the opportunity.

I’m entering this because it’s free and I have shelled so much money for worthless stuff that I can’t see myself buying something that I expect to be worthless too! Yes, I’m a 63 year old fat slob, that still has a closet full of clothes I wore when I was 50+ lbs. lighter, but I somehow feel I’m going to fit into those Levi’s,shirts, and T-shirts again. I still have hope but no esteem. Make me a believer. I’ve been a sucker for just about all those come-on ads to lose 30-40-50 lbs, or the five foods that will make you skinny, etc., but I’m still a big, fat pig!

I need to lose 10 more pounds and I’m stuck. I’ve lost 30 so far which has been hard since Christmas 2011. I read your preveiw of this program and it was a huge aha moment, it totally made sense. I’ve cut my caloried drastically and not budging, just get light headed during workouts. I would love to try your program to see if I can get this last 10 off so I can feel more confident in the way I look.

I am a very sporty active person. I’ve never had to watch what I eat. Since I turned 30, I’m now 35, my weight has steadily creeped up despite any dieting or workouts. This January I hit 152, my pregnancy weight, and had enough. I did weight watchers and worked out 6 times a week and in a month and a half I gained 3 pounds. I then started researching carbs and tried the low carb approach and lost 10 pounds in 2 months but have been at a stall for 3 weeks. In my research for a better way to diet I came across your blog. Hi Joel! I’m a retired hospital administrator who in his retirement got bored and decided to give back to his community by coaching the local high school tennis teams, both boys and girls. Our teams are composed of kids who haven’t played very much tennis; and, unfortunately we play many teams with club players who kick our butts. I’m a former tournament player who let himself go in recent years due to various health problems and I want to show our kids that miracles can happen if you put in the time, work, and sacrifice.

I’m turning 50 this july. I’m planning to climb Castle Rock mountain on my 50th birthday. Last year I failed the climb because of my bad over all condition and overweight. I’ve since dropped about 30lb and been walking and biking daily for the last 5 months. I would still like to drop at least 30 more pounds. Unfortunately, I’m out of ideas how to do that in in this short time and my funds are pretty much tied into my july trip. This program might just be the ticket.

I’m trying to have a six pack for about 7 years now. But no matter what diet I was on, it never worked!! I lost like 5 pounds max. and gained it right back when I was off the diet.

I’m tired of struggling with my weight and having no sense of direction when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I’m dedicated and willing to follow through, I just need the right program to get me where I need to be.

I am a “skinny-fat” mom of three. I have exercised daily for two years, and have recently switched to HIIT every other day while following the Beyond Diet plan. I have lost more weight with this combination, but while I am now a size 4 (height 5’5″), and I have some muscles lumping out here and there, I am not slim and confident like I thought I would be when I hit my goal! Now my goal is even smaller, but I know that until I figure out the “magic recipe” I fear that I will just be a skinny-fat size 2! So, Joel, if you really have figured out how to help someone to go from pretty good to seriously hot, then I am all in.

I have tried many different weight loss programs to loose weight. I have been trying to get rid of 40 – 60 lbs for the past 5 years now, sometimes I loose some weight but it ends up coming back. I want the fat gone for good!

I’ll try to explain why your course is a big deal for me. About 2 years ago my mother had a surgery. From this time she’s forced to take meds that cause problems with her body weight. I’m something like her “personal trainer :) but honestly I dont’t have enough experience.

I just turned 39 this month. For the past 10 years I have been trying over and over again to achieve the body I always wanted (Nice lean and defined muscle build and defined mid-section). The past ten years have been a roller coaster for me. I would put on muscle and then lose it all while training for a marathon…Or I would put on some muscle, but then gain too much body fat. Even though my motivation has always been off the charts, I just have never figured out the right ratio of diet, resistance and cardio training. I am really excited to give this program a shot and finally get to where I want to be!

I just really like what I read in the “5 Sneaky Tricks to TRIPLE Fat Loss Results” and I think that I can really benefit from this program by losing the weight that I haven’t been able to loose with other diets. Also, I like the fact that is not a diet but more like a life style kind of thing where you can actually eat what you like to loose wight.
