I began working out in October 2011. I sucessfully finished 12 weeks of Body for Life program. Then I started 8 weeks of Weider XT program. Finished it then did Jillian Michaels program. Today I am 20lbs lighter and many inches thinner. BUT…… I am still chubby fat??? I’m 40 years old and have been lifting for a few years now, concentrating on building muscle, never fat loss. This winter I tried my first traditional bulk. I wound up with an extra 15 lbs, very little of it is likely new muscle. I’d like to shred in time for summer and need your help to do so!

I would like to have this product because nothing that I have tried has worked. I am 55 years old, 6′-1″ and 300+ lbs. I can lose 15 or 20 pounds but reach a plateau and gain it all back. I need to get this weight off of my knees so I can exercise easily again. I need to break past the plateau and continue to decrease my size.

A single South African mom of 3, I have tried the shakes, dieticians and everything in between. I understand the concept of macro nutrients, yet I NEED the guidance of when and how. I have been struggling since age 14 with my weight, seem to lose some weight and always hit a plateau, which only drives me back to square one…right where I started. I desperately want your Extreme fat loss plan! After reading your tips and the style you speak, I feel confident I could make a change towards a more confident Me. You’re always striving to improve, even when that means improving your own ultimate weight loss method. I am a believer in “there is always more” and not settling for “good enough”. I have never been able to stick to a diet as a result I find my self back to where I started. I exercise at least 4 times a week (Zumba, Treadmill, etc..) but my eating habit is terrible. Need help finding the right foods to eat.. Thanks for a chance to win a copy of your program and your help.
My wife and I are both seniors and, after both having had major surgery in the last year and a half, are ready to get our bodies in shape. It has taken us a while to really get motivated and we have now reached the point of needing and wanting to do what it takes to make it happen. We are in good health and full of determination. It is really all about learning new information. I have not stopped learning about the human body and the best ways to get the most of fat loss efforts. I’d like to own a copy of the program so I can try it myself and see how it works. Then I’d be able to share the information with others. It is a wonderful thing to be able to help other people with body composition changes.
Even though I work out a lot and eat healthy and definitely not too much I still have about 15 Lbs of body fat, which I want to kiss good bye. I have been an avid follower of the Cheat To Lose Diet for many years and utilized the first Extreme Fat Loss Diet System when I was trying to earn a spot on the Houston Fire Department Firefighter’s Calendar in 2009. It was a success. At that time I was approaching 40 and wanted to show my constituents in the department that you could still maintain a healthy and ripped physique at all stages of life. Since then I’ve “retired” from professional marathoning and stopped running for donuts. I just sit for donuts. I’ve since learned the bridge between sitting and running is made of 30 pounds of fat. I’m an a woman of extremes, therefore I feel the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 system was designed specifically for me.
