I really believe that I need this program. After serving a tour in Iraq and breaking my back, I really fell off the fitness wagon. I got better (eg healed), but never regained my fitness level I had before. As a consequence I suffered ridicule from my Army peers and no chance of promotion. After some time, I have now dedicated myself to a lifestyle of fitness. That didn’t come easy, and I’ve been working with an amazing trainer for the last 6 months to strengthen my joints, improve my endurance and cardio and build some muscle. I’m really making AMAZING progress in the fitness department. For me FAILURE comes in my eating habits. I really need a well laid out, disciplined program of eating that doesn’t starve me to death. I am determined to change my way of eating to a healthier, muscle building, fat burning one.
I have tried Weight Watchers and Atkins and self control and the weight never stays off. I need to learn a new way to live so I can lose this belly and feel alive again. I would like to be able to play with my grand-children. You seem to know what you are talking about and I like the idea of a cheat day each week.

Joel, I think I have been misinformed and confused about weight loss for the past 15 years. You are a breath of fresh air! After researching and trying more things then I can mention, the results have been disappointing and depressing. I went from an active and fit 5 ft 105 lbs to 142lbs following all the “experts” and wasting a lot of time and money. In a gym, following a trainer’s program for months, provided little results and a lot of tears.

Hi, it’s for my dad, he’s gotten overweight and is very depressed about it. He doesn’t know how to loose weight and he is far too stressed and busy with his work to make it a priority so I have take the steps for him. Two and a half years ago I embarked on a focused lose-weight-reshape-regain health program. I’m 5’4″, curvy-girl, 50+ and have struggled my whole life. I was waving at 200 lbs. After replenishing and rebalancing my hormones (definitely a component at this point in life) and embracing an extra-lean+intense low impact workout plan I have successfully dropped 52 lbs, 45 cholesterol points and several sizes. The remaining 18-24 lbs won’t come off using the same approach. Discouraged, I have allowed other life matters to take my attention and no longer work out like I did, secretly thinking it doesn’t matter. Of course it does. My reshape is slipping back to pre-loss proportions, so even with minimal regain of weight, my size isn’t what it was a year ago. I work in TV, plan to get back on the air once I’ve completed my goal. I’ve been following Joel for some time now, like what I see & read. I feel Xtreme Fat Loss is the key to restarting my body’s fat burning and reshaping process. I have been overweight most of my life, but I am at a point that I am nearly miserable. I have MS, and my neurologist put my on high-dose steroids for several months last year as a precaution. She felt it would keep me from going out of remission … but my body is in need of a “program / lifestyle change” that will get and keep off the weight! hi, i’m really excited from listening to your webcast and reading all the info you shared with us so far ( i am french speaking by the way and work hard to read an try to understand everything you write, i need to concentrate and sometimes read twice to asimilate the english and make sense of it in french in my head). any way, I am a believer! I do exercise, (Zumba classes, weight training, cardio, elliptic exerciser) i am also a hockey mom and work at my own business 40 hours/week and my time is limited like many others out there. I find interesting that i can do more for my body in a small amount of time. I do make time for myself and exercise when i can find a spot in my work week , at 39, this is important for me and i will always do the effort to workout and do my best to feel good. My husband an i have both changed our food habits for the last year and we have lost many pounds. We are now starting to gain it back again, even with all the continuous hard efforts, this is frustrating!! You ask WHY we want to know about the Xtreme diet: here goes, we dont want to go backwards, we want to be Healthy and be Active with our kids for a long time, we already have good habits, we now need to apply the Science behind the nutrition and do it right and comprehend the principles that change our bodies (and self esteem and confidence). If i could apply your method to our good habits i really think it could give us that last push we need to get Results and stay motivated to do more. I also want our kids to be healthy and by knowing more, i will share with them this lifestyle and make sure we are all on the right path for a long time. We can never be educated enough. i love to learn and i am ready to go thru the documentation and put it to the test. I am stuck with my weight loss .. I still need to lose about 10 lbs, but find it impossible to lose even another 3 lbs.. I lose, and I gain it back.. I am not getting results, even though I work out regularly, watch my calorie intake, etc…

I am about to turn 60. My husband is 68 and can run circles around me. He likes to hike and camp. I would like to join him, but can’t begin to keep up. 60 is the year I want to get back in shape and have some fun with my husband. Being an endomorph, I’ve tried dozens of diets that has temporarily worked and then floundered in to nothing. Your diet seems tried, true, and fool proof and something I could really put to good use to not only improve my health but other aspects of my life.

I am retiring this May after 32 years of teaching elem. music. I have lost 35 pounds, but been at a stand still for about a year. I would LOVE to loose about 35 more before my son’s wedding this summer. I used to jog and lift weights a lot until I got severe OCD. I hardly go out of the house after school is out because spring & summer is when I have bad OCD problems. A positive self image and motivation can be the key for me to launch myself into a positive and uplifting chapter in my life. I WILL conquer my weight and OCD issues. I have been struggling to lose fat and look great for years. Nothing ever seems to work for me. The research you have done seems to explain the reasons why that might be. I can never stick to any program mainly because it never seems to yield any results. I keep at it for a few weeks and I look the same as I did when I started. Sometimes I have even gotten bigger. I feel bad about myself a lot these days and I hate it, I just want to look like I did five years ago. Not to feel like I somehow transformed into that fat person I never thought I would be. I graduate from college at the end of may and pretty much gave up on looking any better for it than I do right now. However, I feel that if I got your program next week I would be able to lose a significant amount of fat and be able to buy a new, smaller dress for graduation. I want that so bad I can almost taste it.

I need your program to help me lose weight. My dad has diabetes and has lost his eye sight to the disease. He’s also have issues with his kidneys and severe pain in his legs from complications of diabetes.
