I’ve got a lot of weight to lose. I’m a middle aged, active (relatively) Mom of two boys. After I had them though, the weight would NOT come off! I tried everything. All the while, getting heavier and heavier. Then I finally figured out my hormonal levels were whacked out and my body was holding on to every single pound. I have dobe weight watchers for almost 2 years and am stuck on my last 10 lbs. I eat good and workout. In need of a change and something new for those last stubborn lbs!!
I have a trainer, I just can’t seem to lose the weight it’s such a struggle. I work out 4 days a week with my daughter, I put in the work and it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. I crave sweet after every meal, I don’t know why and the harder I try to stay away the worse it is when I “give in” and eat sweets. I had my body fat tested and I am 30% body fat, I am 47 and weigh 135 lbs, at 5’4 which is far from perfect. I would really like to try this system as i have been on a fitness quest now for about a year and a half. I have lost 35 lbs and am down to the difficult fat (stomach, love handles, etc) and think that if I pair my workout regime with a successful dieting program I will finally be able to reach my goal. This program is the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I have been journaling and tracking my food intake and exercise every single day since December 5, 2011. I was 26 pounds over my goal weight. I have lost 18 pounds, and toned up a lot, however, I cannot lose those last 8 pounds. I read a lot about health, fitness, and fat loss. I am very disciplined in my approach, but am obviously missing a key component in my fat loss journey. I figure I have about 5 more pounds of fat to lose, and about 8 pounds overall. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I believe your program can get me to the next level in my journey to a more sleek, healthy, and fit body.
I’m a 20 year old college student and am just finishing up my sophomore year of college. I’m 6’5 and about 265 lbs. I feel like I stick out all the time mainly because of my weight and not my height. Fast approaching 40 and I need to drop 50 kgs, for many reasons, the kids, the wife, for me. To go from my early 20’s riding 200kms with ease to now barely able to make 20kms is rather demoralising. I just simply love doing sport. All my life I’ve been playing basketball, voleyball, squash and doing athletics. My favorite though is swimming. I feel so free when swim. The best thing in sport is how free I feel and how I can push my limits further and further. Although I am very active I am still big and fat and I don’t know what I am doing wrong honestly. Winning one of your copies of Extreme fat lost diet would help me to get in better (read slimmer) shape and to push my limits even further.

I personally birthed into this world 13 children. Now that I will be 50 this year, I let go the past few years and hit 200 pounds. I will push myself to lose 70 of it, and be dedicated and strict in following your lead. My daughter’s wedding is in 8 weeks, which is my DAILY motivator. I really want to run a 5k with my family on July 4th. I missed the chance to run a half Marathon with them this month already. NO MORE !! I have a gym membership, use a mountain bike often, and a mini tramp. I can go raw when needed, I’ve done it before. I use only raw milk and grass fed beef, and grow my own kefir.
Amongst my bookshelves full of diet and exercise programs, the concepts unique to your program HIGHLY INTRIGUE me, having seen them nowhere else. My husband graduates from US Navy Bootcamp in 28 days :). I am very proud of him and excited for us! I would love to knock his socks off when I finally get to see him.
