Growing up I was one of those skinny kids that could eat and eat but not gain an ounce. In high school and college, if I was not in class, I was in the gym. I will admit upfront that I’m not a guy who needs to lose a whole bunch of weight, but I am somebody who has been struggling for quite some time to rid myself of that last 5-10 pounds. I’ve been as heavy as 30 pounds overweight, and I had little trouble dropping the first 20 pounds, but no matter what I try, I just can’t get over that last hurdle. But this program sounds so different from what I’ve heard or tried before. It just makes sense, and from the sound of it you have the scientific research to back you up. I really believe this will (finally) work for me, and I’m looking forward to giving it a try.

I’m a 37 yr old former college football lineman. In the last year I have gone from 315 to 240 and down to 14% bodyfat. I need that finishing touch to get down to 8% or so body fat. I am also very concerned about losing strength that I have worked so hard to gain back after yearooking s off. Following normal dieting techniques have not done this for me. At this point in my life this is the perfect chance for me to give this a go. Not that other diets haven’t worked for me, not the case at all. I just have the time right now in my life to dedicate myself to this. I just had a daughter a few months ago and still have another 4 months of parental leave left. I have no work that will get in the way of me sticking to this plan 100%. Not only do I want to be lean, I want to be fit. I’m an extremely dedicated individual and Id wanna go back to work in September in the best possible shape I can be in. This is defiantly the best program that I have ever seen.
I have tried for three years to scrape off this belly fat with no avail.
I’ve done p90x and insanity, but just got a little more in shape.
I have taken supplements and dieted right, yet I still didn’t get any results.
I want to feel good. I want to not hide anymore. I want to have higher self esteem. It’s a constant battle with my conciousness about how I look.

I was 58 just this past February. I suffer from degenerative disk disease and was told as I get older…it will only get worse. And with this type of disease that I have, surgery is out of the question. As I have gotten older, the weight has crept on, especially around my waist and thighs. I was told by my doctor that I needed to get rid of the weight on my stomach and tone up my abdominal muscles and this would maybe help the chronic pain in my back. This disease has narrowed sufficiently the types of exercises that I can do as I can not stand for longer than 45 mins. Being desperate, I have tried dieting, starving, fasting, etc. and nothing seems to work for me. Hello Joel I have health issues which consist of diabetes, high blood pressure and disabled. I have been on different diets as well as the famous HCG and have gained the weight back because of the diabetic pills I am on. I am hoping your system will help me to learn how to maintain the weight loss I am looking for as well as lose it. And even if you don’t pick me I hope you chose people like me that NEED it.
I am looking to use this information because I find myself out of breath doing what should be the simplest of things. Why – because this past weekend I watched my 15 year old daughter struggle with her self image. She was trying on clothes on spring break and I saw her cry because she did not fit into some of the clothes she is told to wear by the fashion industry. She has put on a few pounds lately (probably 10 over weight). She turned to food after one of her best friends was killed in a car accident (this is true I promise). I want to be able to educate her so that she can feel good about her self. I want to help her shine. I had been in a funk for a while after I broke my foot. Nine weeks of lying around didn’t do a lot for my already flabby physique. I have tried other weight lose programs and am so weary of trying to lose on a 1200 calorie diet that my doctor wants me to do. I have just recently found your 5 Sneaky Tricks to Triple Fat Loss Resutls and for the first time in a long time I felt some encouragement. I have 100 pounds to lose. This new program sounds like a complete package that I need to lose weight and exercise. I am in my late fifties and can’t mess around any longer with programs that don’t work. I used to be a competitive swimmer when I was in High School and College, but now that I am in my forties, I want to get back into it. I just missed qualifying for competitive Masters Swimming last year and with a little bit of help, getting in better shape, I will definitely qualify this year.
Good morning, I am am currenly in the process of knee surgery recovery. I need to go back in shape and change my body fat % for muscle. I have been on a low carb diet for a few months now and while it worked for awhile for some reason it has stalled and I have actually put weight back on.
