I am looking to get back to the old me; now that the last of my 4 kids are graduating from school. I gained lots of extra weight over the years, since I had to quit smoking due to allergies of the kids, taken care of them and not me. I have now decided its time for me. First on the list is get back in shape.
it’s been years since I was “normal”. I went for my career and lived with my granny. That was the oblivion, I went from 180 (a bit overweight for my height and age) to 220+, it was awful, awful, really awful. I tried and tried to loss fat, just with minor results. Any diet I tried it won’t work totally, juest a few pounds less, a few pounds more -I alsowas trying to get muscle so, this didn’t work very well.
now tired of diets and all, i’m just a fat in-way-to-muscled man, and lost will at diets. I WANT MY LIFE BACK.
I have been very excited about your program since the first update. I’m very interested to see how you combine excercise and low/high calories diet. Nothing gets my more excited than to learn new methods of reaching maximum health. I believe that our metabolism is the key to long term success and if I can learn that with your program, BINGO. My goal is to work as hard as possible to lower my body fat to 10% so I can see my six pack again. I also understand that excersie along won’t get me there, I also need a well plan diet that varies with my workout routine. I am 49 years old and have slowly added a pound or two here and there over the years. I really want to lose weight safely and efficiently! I want to look good for me (and my husband of 25 years)! I am a 47 year old mother and wife. I have been on a roller coaster of yo yo dieting and inconsistent workouts. I think I read too much information and end up confusion myself. I came across your information and it made so much sense that I had to try to implement it where I could, with the information that I had. I am currently trying to lose about 20 pounds and become firmer and stronger. I have started using two days a week as a “fast” day only consuming Prograde protein and using the day before as my “cheat” days. All other days are based on low carb/high protein sustenance. I would LOVE to be able to get your program and follow it to a T! I think (I know) that I would be able to change my body and most of all, by internal self with the right program and motivation. I am tired of trying everything and having nothing work! I also need a workout program that will work as well. I am at the gym 5-6 days a week doing both cardio and weight training and it doesn’t look like I work out at all! I feel soooo helpless. I’m 26 yrs. old. About 1 1/2 yr. ago I was at my worst weight ever, close to 200! I was so upset that I decided there & then that I was not going to ever reach 200. So with a very strict workout system & diet I lost 40 lbs. which makes me very proud but b/c I was so tired of not eating what I liked I stopped & I’ve already gained 10 lbs. First of all thank you for offering this program free! I would love to win this system because I have hit a plateau in my weight loss (down 20lbs so far) and need to lose the remaining 30lbs to hit my goal. I hate diets so I have been making lifestyle changes and I would incorporate this system into my lifestyle.
I had spinal cord surgery 1 1/2 years ago. This has left me a partial quadrapalegc. I have decreased function ans sensitivity in all 4 extremities. Since surgery I have gained 30 lbs. I need a diet that helps me burn calories not just ingest them. I also need to find more exercises that I am physically capable of doing. Rehab currently makes up the majority of my exercise and it is not enough.
I need this program because after having kids young I put on a lot of weight. My brother has recently began back at the Gym and eating better. I need this program to be able to one up him for once!

hi! first, i would like to thank you for the last 6 updates and the valuable informations they contained. 1 year ago, when i first first saw my friend’s sexy looking abs, i was a lot fatter. but, this incident inspired me to get as ripped as possible when i am 14. i was twelve at that time. Now i year from then i lost a lot of fat and built lean muscle mass and am seeing the definition of 4abs. In about 2 months time, i will be fourteen and the last bit of fat on my chest, legs and love handles are not going off. i tried some of the 6 updates of before ans saw some changes. This is why i KNOW that your program will be of a great use to me. And finally, my other friends and i, took a challenge of who will be more ripped by the month of june. (we were all born in the same month)

I have been reading your emails and would love to have more information on the program. I diet and I exercise but can’t seem to get the two to jive. I need to get the 2 together and then will have that killer body I have longed for. Also I see my teenage son following in my footsteps so would like to get him educated before he goes thru all the struggles I have had to face over the years. I’ve been trying for a year to get fit and feel good about myself. It’s hard researching and trying to figure out what really works. I just now got the whole eating healthy thing down. I almost can’t even afford to eat healthy. Before I realized working out was the answer I used to starve myself. It was kind of on purpose but also not, if that makes sense. I was so depressed I just never had it in me to eat anything. I’m still depressed but force myself not to ever do that again, because doing that made me lose a lot muscle. My arms look like noodles now! My family doesn’t even support me in getting fit, so it’s kind of hard for me. I’d appreciate it a bunch if you chose me as one of winner.
