Good Morning Joel, from a very young age I have struggled with weight. It has taken such a toll on my self esteem that I have not worn shorts in more than 10 years. The weight has wreaked havoc on my body leaving behind stretch marks that only bring me down more. Last year I was diagnosed with cancer and have since fought and prevailed against all odds. However, due to the medication, I became the heaviest I have ever been at 188lbs. I have been cleared medically and am looking for a transformation so that I can gain back my self esteem and feel beautiful again. Please help me on my journey. Thank You.

This is the first time I have ever read anything about the synergy between what you eat and what exercise you will perform for the day. It is mind blowing information. I have tried many diet and exercise programs including the famous P90X. I would always get good rresults forr 2 weeks to a month and then what happens. The body starts protecting itself from losing it’s excessive fat. My results stopped. Frustration set in and what happens, I would give up. Because I was depriving myself of some food I loved to have. Pizza, Pasta, Chocolate!! I sacrificed for the little gain. Stopped out of frustration and then gained all the weight back soon afterwards. I love the fact you can actually eat what you want every 5 days. I can sacrifice forr 4 days and enjoy my cheat day while still losing fat I want to lose. Where do I sign up for this! Hey Joel! I am really excited about your new & improved fat loss program. I feel that as a teenager, the time is now to set up lifestyle habits that I’ll maintain for the rest of my life. I have never truly struggled with how my body looked until this past summer, when I broke my foot and was directed by my doctor to refrain from excercise. The problem was, my appetite stayed prevelant although my active schedule did not. As a result, I am in need of your assistance. I despirately need to reestablish a healthy body, as failing to do so would cause irrepairable damage to my body. Please, Joel, help me out!

The reason I want this program is for the structure of the days and how to eat. My girlfriend and I eat 80% clean diets and I workout 3 days of cardio, 3 days of weights, and 2 days of jiu jitsu and kickboxing. I have had trouble getting back down to the 170 range for a while now. I thought is was thyroid issue, but it turns out it is vitamin D and testosterone difficiancy. The 25 day fat loss regiment will surely help get the 18 lbs of fat off. The schedule of when and what is the missing element in my routine I am sure of it.

I’m looking to burn fat as fast as possible and keeping it off!

I am only 27. I have 6 children and a wonderful husband. I was diagonsied with PCOS six years ago. I gained over 100lbs. in a year and gradually have gotten worse. Since I discovered your videos I went from 266lbs to 241lbs in a little under three months. I need help getting to my goal. I just want to be healthy again for my children and for myself. Between working full time and being a part time student, it’s hard enough for me hit the gym for an hour a day, five days a week AND diet. I need a program to supplement my training that I know I can commit to that’s easy to follow and that works, like the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. I myself am fairly fit at about 12% body fat, but I’m struggling to get myself to that 8% mark. I want my abs to pop! I’ve never seen them before… I can feel them but there’s a small layer of fat covering them! I really got interested in the program after listening to John’s results in update #5, and that even someone of his fitness level could lose 14 pounds of fat. I’ve been trying to change up my diet over the past year, but nothing I try is helping me lose that last layer of fat!

I also want to test this program so that I can recommend it to my family, most of whom are overweight. Namely, I want to help my parents and my sister, because I fear for their health and their future. I lastly want to have the program help my girlfriend, who has recently been feeling self-conscious about her body. I think she’s amazing, but when she thinks about her body and she doesn’t feel good about herself… Well, it doesn’t bode too well for me!

I’m 5’5″ and 170lbs. And my goal is to lose 45lbs fast! And to look great! Summer is approaching and I want to be bikini ready for once and for all. My cousin’s wedding is also around the corner so it would be amazing to be able to look smokin hot when I walk in the room. thanks! :)

I am 64 years old and I have just found out I am a type 2 diabetic. I need to lose 70 pounds. I work in a stressful environment. I work for a non-profit organization to help the homeless. As a case manager, I deal with many sad cases each day and I sometimes can not let go of the cases. My health is very important and I can not drop weight like use to. I feel like this program is just what I need to get me started in the right direction. Thank you for what you are doing to promote better health.

After having a stroke at 29 years old I had to come to terms with my body and what it needed to be healthy. I went through a myrid of testing that gave me the information I needed. K-my 1st comment is missing so will try again-I’m 67 and am coming back from a car accident 4 yrs ago. Have dropped my body fat by 6% over the past 2 years and am now at 32%. Work out 3 days a week, strength training, kettlebells, etc along will cardio on my off days. Watch nutrition carefully also. This is a long slow process. I expect to live into my 90’s (genetics) and want to look and feel good that long. At the rate I’m going I will be 90 “before I get to a to a healthy body fat. Not looking to be “ripped” but looking good would be fantastic.

Over the last three years I went from 285 lbs to 162 lbs. I’ve gone up to 177 lbs, almost all of it muscle, but I still have fat around my midsection. I’m looking for an effective and safe way to get rid of these last few pounds. I think this system could be it. Thanks for your time and consideration!

Now that I am 50 and fat. I really want something to work for me. I am lossing my energy and not lossing weight. I need a jump start and I think this program might do the trick. My wife and I have struggled with our weight, somehow got sypathetic weight gain from pregnancy – weird. i have arlready been following your updates for 1 week today and started with the 5 secrets. holy crap it worked. plus I like you do enjoy pizza and pastas knind of an italian curse so the cheat is a welcome bit. lost 8 pounds this week and i am starving – not for food but more information to keep this going!!! I’ve lost 22 lbs and I am stuck. I work out I eat right and still no more weight loss. I would love to be able to have a cheat day….I eat clean everyday and have nothing to show for it…I take my supplements and they don’t seem to be helping either. Hello, my name is Eric Wyman, and I would like a copy of the Xtreme Fatloss System 2.1 because I have tried a lot of things to lose fat, but I cannot get results quick enough. By the time I realize the program I am doing is not working I am tired of dieting and working out. My last stint of diet and exercise lasted 4 months and did not see the results that I wanted. I was on a no card diet for 3 months thinking I could lose the fat I wanted to, but was unable to do so. I think this program will help me achieve my goals especially since the program is 25 days!

My story probably sounds typical, but it is quite frustrating when friends all around you pick a diet and loose all the weight they intended to loose. Saying that, I am saying that as typical as my story may be, I am the one around me that continues to NOT loose the weight even with the changes I have made in my diet. I have given up sugary foods, processed foods, added plant food galore and have even done my best to limit “good” fats. My husband is a thinner man (almost looks like you in college!) and he has been willing to eat with me whatever I make so that has made it somewhat easier, I am struggling to have meals come easy to me, and have time to do any exercise 60 min. a day as my doctor recommended. My cholesteral is high too even on medicine which is really discouraging!! I am a mother of 7 and have used that excuse for my weight way too long and now that I am beginning to have grandkids I want to play with them more than anything and that is my motivator or just feeling young as my mind and not as old as my body of 55! So I hope this would be the answer!!

I wanna win because I’ve got no money to spare to buy this program cause my Doberman eats better than me! Sweet potato and burger is expensive for a Doberman to eat twice a day! Well Joel, like so many other individuals who diet and exercise on a regular basis, I have hit the dreaded “plateau”. After modest weight losses over the past couple of months, I have only lost 1 pound over the past 3 weeks despite all of my hard efforts!! I think I know deep down that I am not eating enough calories and my body has been in “starvation mode” for a while now. I truly believe that your plan, especially incorporating a “cheat day”, is just what I need to get over the hump and loose those last 10 unwanted pounds of belly fat. I also look forward to all of the challenges, both mental and physical, I know this program will put me through.

For many years we have been fascinated by a healthy lifestyle and so we got rid of many diseases. For several years now we regular runners and we are interested in diverse physical activity, because a lot of time we spend in nature. For several weeks, we know how to get rid of excess fat and lose weight. I’m 46 years old, and I’m about 25 pounds overweight. I go to the gym five or six days a week, and I train hard, but one of the things I’ve come to understand is that I can’t out-train a crappy diet. I like to eat with the best of them, but I also have discipline in spades. When I set my mind to a program, I stick to it, and nothing can make me get off track. I would benefit from this program because while I can get behind the idea of a cheat day, I also have what it takes to tough out the long periods of hunger. As I get older and my metabolism slows down, I need to try something new that will shake up my body stores fat and process food. On top of all that, I’m curious. This is unlike anything I’ve ever tried before, and I want to see if it works. Given that I’m game for scheduled indulgence, stoic fasting, and ass-kicking workouts, I’d say I’m a good candidate to give this program a spin.

I’m 44 years old. I joined Planet Fitness about 5 months ago and I’m extremely happy with the muscle I’ve built. But I haven’t been able to burn the last 10 pounds I need to REALLY look and feel fit.
